First time here since the renovation. The seats are great and I like the stadium seating. Picture quality and sound were good. I bought the tickets online and chose my own seats. I was able to get my tickets at the kiosk with no problem. Thats the positive, now the negative. This was opening day for Furious 7. It was also spring break for a number of schools. I had tickets for the 11:00 AM show. They had 2 people for people who wanted to purchase tickets on site so the lines were very long. They had only two people working at the concession stand. That in itself was a joke! The lines were outrageous! The fact that we had to wait over twenty minutes was unacceptable. Once arriving to order food we were told that they were out of pretzel bites and pizza. They were also out of several flavors of Coke and Mello Yello at the soda machines. My son and I got some popcorn and Sprite and went into the theater. Several times during the movie workers with flashlights cam in to deal with people sitting in the wrong seats. After the movie I spoke to a manager who told me that "they were not out of these products because the food order had come in that morning and there had not been time to put it all away." He also asked what time my tickets had been for. I told him I didnt see why that was relevant because if you are open for business you should be stocked with what you need. I also informed him that given the fact that it was opening day for a blockbuster movie and spring break, perhaps someone would have made sure they were better staffed. He gave me two passes to come back. I appreciated that but Im considering Movie Tavern to see The Avengers or maybe AMC Painters Crossing. AMC Marple 10 still needs to work out the kinks.

I was just here on Saturday and the movie theater itself was good but the woman working in the booth definitely needs more training. My sister asked for three tickets for 7:15 show while showing her student ID for the discount but we were charged three adult tickets. We caught it before we left so we had to tell her that she forgot to put in the discount. The lady in the booth had no idea what she was doing. She then got us 3 new tickets (2 adults and 1 student) but with the wrong showtime. We had to tell her again that she got us 5:15 tickets instead of 7:15 which we had originally asked for. Finally she was able to get us the correct tickets with the right time but no receipts for the return at all. We didnt want to hold up the line so we decided to leave and I checked my credit card account today and guess what? She refunded the student ticket instead of the adult ticket so I am charged with 3 adult tickets. I am not going to bother calling the place because of a dollar discount but she was very unprofessional and rude. She was mumbling that it was ridiculous while she was processing everything as if it was our fault and there was no apology at all. They really shouldnt have a person who is slow and doesnt know what she is doing working in the front on a busy Saturday evening.

I currently am suffering from excessive thirst due to a medication that I am on. Because of this I carry a water bottle with me at all times. I never before had an issue with taking a water bottle into this movie theatre. After buying my nonrefundable tickets I was told I was not allowed to bring my water bottle in. I tried to explain that I need to have my water and the staff simply did not care and I rudely was told to take the bottle to my car or I will be kicked out. They offered me a complimentary cup that looked to be about 4oz. Obviously I was dissatisfied with this because the cup would not last me 2 minutes yet alone an entire movie, so then they told me that my only option was to buy a $6 cup to fill with water. I understand that policy is policy and I really dont care about the money, but the staff was very rude to me over something so minor. On top of all of this the seats that my boyfriend and I had to sit in were broken! We brought it to the attention of staff and it still seemed like they did not care. We go to this movie theatre more than I like to admit, but neither of us or the people we were with will be returning after the service we got tonight.

Usually a great experience! Overall the prices are reasonable (we always try to go to matinees), the popcorn is fresh and the staff is considerate. I had the same baby problem one time. After the movie I spoke to the manager - when he asked if Id informed anyone about the crying, I said no... I didnt want to miss any of the movie hunting someone down. To compensate us, he gave us movie passes, and said if it ever happened again, to let anyone know, and management would take care of the issue. Thats good customer service! And last summer, 40 minutes into our movie, I HAD to tell mgmt that they needed to turn the temp down. When the movie/sauna was over, they stood at the doors giving everyone a free movie pass. Turns out the AC had broken, and they compensated AN ENTIRE THEATRE. People, movies are expensive. Stop complaining about the cost! Go to Chicago where a matinee can cost $12 a person! I earn free stuff with my AMC rewards, and go during earlier showings. This theatre has nice people who want our business, and know how to handle bad situations. We really like this theatre!

I just recently visited this AMC theater. Ive been here before, but only because its conveniently the closest movie theater to my house. I was never impressed with the employees, no one is exceptionally nice, the theater is not very clean. At my last experience though, the new coke machines were ALL out of soda. Mind you, they have 4 machines and every single one of them was out of everything except Fanta. It was fathers day weekend, whoever makes the orders should understand that families like to go to the movies on fathers day weekend, and order more so you are not running out. I was not the only person upset about this, the huge crowd of people around me were complaining. At least be courteous to your customers and have the cashiers let them know that all of their coke machines are all out of everything instead of selling them a $20 cup and then have them realize there is no soda or anything for them to get, thats the most frustrating. YOURE A MOVIE THEATER AND ITS A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. Its not hard to keep the popcorn popping, the soda full, and have some candy on hand.

Went to see Guardians of the Galaxy last night and although the movie was great, the theater has issues. First, the air did not seem to be working and it was a warm in the theater the entire time. Secondly, I am not sure if it was me, but the sound system was terrible. The movie was actually hard to hear. Not just the dialogue either. During the big action scenes, the sound was way low and it was poor. Lastly, the movie started at 10 and I arrived at 9:45 pm. I would have got popcorn or a snack, but the line was so long, I did want to take the time. Need to have more people working. I live close to this theater and always use to go to the movies here, but it is time I travel to the Regal to see movies. Although it will be a longer drive, it will be worth it, to get a better experience............ Dont even get me started about the AMC near the Granite Run Mall...............
