Make sure you bring a couple boxes of bandaids. At first seemed like a really good place. 1st thing I went to put arm floats on my daughter and was immediately told that she could not wear those specific kind of flotation devices. Ok I put her in a very unfamiliar life vest which made her unable to be able to swim and have fun because she wasnt use to the life vest and it kept turning her sideways and her head would end up under water. I ended up taking it off. Then I was swimming with her and scraped my knee on the extremely rough pool floor the life guard saw and told me it was so the kids didnt slip. Time to go and I get my daughter into the changing room and see that her legs arms and feet are scraped up. Cuts on the bottom and tops of her feet, on both of her knees, and on her elbows. bleeding. She was in the water the whole time so I couldnt see the cuts until I was drying her off. The only way Im bringing her back there is if she is in a surfing suit and gym shoes. Only reason Im giving two stars is because the front desk people were nice and the life guards were attentive.

Great place has indoor and outdoor water park. Its zero depth pool is awesome and the splash pad. The water feels amazing and its not ice cold like most splash pads today r so cold u cant even enjoy them they do a great job w the water temp. Not too pricey, just feel that my 3 year old shouldnt b charged the same rate as an adult thats ridiculous since we cant utilize the whole park we cant ride any of the water slides so 30 bucks for a mom n tot to me is totally insane. Its clean and basic has a few water slides not a huge place but its pretty neat.

This place is horrible. The staff is rude. For 15$ a person and i have a big family i will not come back. It started to rain the day i went and was told to go to the indoor pool and that was ok untill we where told we where swimming wrong i told the staff and they told the lifeguard to leave us alone but she kept coming by us to make rude remarks. when we said we wanted to leave they told us we had to wait till they closed to get our stuff from the outdoor locker rooms. I kept my cool for my kids, but are you kidding me. Never again.

We all had fun here today except when we went to the indoor area and this very young female life guard was being extremely rude to my child and me. I was holding my child and waiting for my daughter to get out and she started yelling at my child to get out of the water after going down the slide. She was going as fast as she could. Then turn around and yelled at me to get out of the which I wasnt even in! The water touched my damn toe! They had then told her to go on break, she should NOT be working with children at all!

Thought it was awful, definitely not worth the drive, my daughter scraped both of her knees really bad, the floor was super rough! Then I was told as soon as I walked in, I was told that my 1 year old son was not allowed to use his floaty which was a little ridiculous because he didnt care for the life jacket very much. Understand you dont want kids to slip in the pool, but need something that isnt so rough, the staff was rude when my daughter got hurt and was basically making snarky remarks like as if it was her fault.

We usually have a great time, after we wait in the long line to get in. The powers that be need to make sure there is enough staff to accommodate patrons coming in, with AT LEAST 2 open cashiers. The food is very pricey, so we usually pack a cooler and bring our own. food and drinks. We just waited in line 20 min, and moved 15 feet in line. We ended up leaving because its 90 degrees outside, and we still had another 45 min wait. We are VERY dissapointed, and may not be back next year.

This is a robbery, I came on vacation to chicago and we searched for a water park we decided to come here and paid $ 75 dollars and at 5 minutes they did not let my children not get into the pool because they did not have the right clothes I said I wanted Talk to the attendant and told me that I could not give the money back. They kept the $ 75, my children not enjoying it but they kept the money. You think its fair, we will never go back to this water park

This water park is incredible. Working in Aquatics myself, this is one of the top of the line water parks in regards to polite staff; willing to go out of their way to help you, very well run, and excellent lifeguards who care about swimmer safety and enjoyment. Im not sure how anyone could have a bad experience here. These staff have very high standards set for them, and they follow through on all of them.

Awesome first time experience. I went today for a birthday party their and loved it. The slides are awesome. Theres 4 slides (outside.and another 2 inside) and the water depth is 3"6 for all of them which isnt really deep , which its great for children and adults. The deepest water depth is 4 feet outside and 5 feet inside. The diving board which is a seperate pool area and is 12 feet deep.

I like how its inside & outside waterpark. But I dont like how the water is cold, they should clean it & add clean warm water. Its dirty, the bathrooms are gross. Its really pricey too the food & all. But my kids love it there & its really nice because it doesnt get packed with people its decent. You actually can slide a whole lot of times with no hour wait its really nice.

I think it is very fun!There is a lot of things to do.The lifeguards make sure your safe and pays attention to you at all times which is good incase an accident happens. I go all the time and it is great....But i wish the food wadnt so pricy and the bathrooms and pool is a little cleaner. It also has a rough floor in the indoor pool. But its still worth going over there!

We really love this park. The indoor and outdoor setup is great for unpredictable weather. The design of the park naturally keeps big kids away from little kids so no worry of excess splashing or trampling. Staff and life guards were very friendly. Food was pretty bad, but we are happier bringing our own anyway.

Indoor and outdoor pools, kiddie areas in both, hot tub, diving pool and lazy river. Lots of fun, but frequently run out of Sun chairs and tubes. Lazy river could use a skim or vacuum to clean up the bottom. A great deal of fun for not a lot of money. Well worth a day! Nice facility with a lot to offer.

I Went There Once With My Summer Camp. And The Next Time I Came It Was For My Birthday. And All My Friends Liked It And Recommend It To More People And Had There Party There. My Camp Is Going Back This Year. WE GO EVERY YEAR NOW !! :)
