This theater is the WORST!!! After we had already spent over $60.00 in tickets (NO matinee pricing, and kids are $7.00) and the concession stand, I was taking my two children upstairs to play a video game, all of which were either broken, or cost a dollar apiece, when I was approached by a flunky in a blue coat and asked point-blank if I was a police officer or something like that. I said no. (I didnt bother elaborating about my qualifications). The lackey then explained to me that there were no weapons of any kind allowed inside the theater. This was the point at which I realized that my shirt had slipped up in the back, and my LEGAL AND LICENSED FIREARM was peeking out. I tucked my shirt down, apologized, and said that I hadnt seen any sign. The jerk just smugly said there was one, and asked us to leave. I was more than happy to comply, and found, on my way out, that the purported sign announcing that no weapons were allowed was on a sheet of paper on the side, not front, of the box office, and that the actual no weapons sign was smaller than 1/2 dollar sized. Once again, I didnt bother to tell the rude idiots about my legal right to possess and carry my weapon. I simply packed up the kids and took them home after these jerks had ruined a very expensive family night out. My family will not be returning to this dump, and I will be informing all of my friends and family of their horrible service and attitudes, as well.

I switched the theater I go to long ago because of poor service. Went back to Spotlight to give it another try because of the movie time. Should have waited! Nothing has changed, if anything, it has gotten worse. Had to stand in concession line for over 30 minutes. They only had two lines open with over 20 people in each line. Two employees on the registers with another just standing around behind the counter. when I brought my concern to a manager, she blew me off and said that she was just short staffed. I went on a Saturday afternoon. I asked if she could get back there and help and she said, "No." I expressed my concern about the line and my movie having already started. She shrugged her shoulders and said, "Sorry" as she walked away from me quickly. Just learned my lesson again. Will not return to this theater.

I have gone there a number of time to different theaters... all smell like old urine and popcorn grease. It freaks me out to sit on the chairs and get stuck on the floor. I had friends in town and we went to see Hellboy 2, it was all okay until we sat down. James asked, "Did someone pee on the floor?" I explained it was the norm. He went to some other part of the room to check and came back. "It smells bad over there too." Long story short. Prepare to smell a gross theater and be overcharged for the experience.Today I am planning to see the new Terminator movie at the new place with the digital sound and projection. I keep hearing people rave on about that place. Hope it all works out for you.

This place is filthy. Floors are sticky...food spilled all over the place. Im pretty sure the last 10 movies I saw here had food stuck on the screen that evil teenagers threw at it. Last movie I ever saw there was messed up.....had a ghost image. Went to the manager while the movie was airing to see if they could fix it and he admited that the projector had been broken for a while but they couldnt afford to fix. They could however continue to tell full price tickets to show movies on it. Had to ask 4 different times before we got vouchers. Never used them, wont ever go back. Moore Warren isnt that far away and so much better.

1.5 stars. This theater would be nice again if they put some capital improvements into it; id be willing to spend more on tickets if that happened. Get rid of the game room, put in a restaurant/bar, up date that drab and outdatted worn out carpeting, change the seating, just make it more appealing. It looks worse that a dollar theater and i feel like i need a shower every time i leave. I have had to change seats sometimes because of some being broken. My feet would stick to the floor. Just all around a bad experience. For a better experience go to the Warren Theater in Moore. They have their act together!

If you enjoy or want to see movie without a large crowd and gaming like atmosphere, this is the place to go. Customer service is excellent throughout the theater. Seating is comfortable. The screen is a standard movie screen in which those who are into surround affects may find disappointing but this does not affect the quality of the movie. The movie shows crisp and clear. Sound is very good. They offer popcorn and drink specials for two, making it perfect for a couples night out. Check out discount options such as AARP or the Regal Card for extra savings.

My family and I enjoy going here because they are always way less crowded and they always give military discount to military and veterans, no matter what day, night, or time you go and for any movie as well. Unlike Moore Warren that never gives the discount on Friday and Saturday nights or for new releases. Plus Regal cinemas have the membership card that is free and you get points for every movie ticket and concession purchase you make. You can save your points they dont expire and redeem them for free movie tickets or free food or drinks!

Dont listen to the other reviews, theres nothing wrong with this theater. Seats are fine, prices are generally cheaper than The Warren (though its very nice), and the free rewards card will get you free popcorn and occasionally a free ticket if you use it every time you go. Ive never noticed any weird smells or excessive trash, and Ive been there quite a lot. And I for one feel much more comfortable now that they (like many, many other theaters) are lightly searching bags, due to the recent events in other theaters.

The only problem for me is the carpet, its bad and stinks for real. But everything else is good the bathrooms are kept clean . There is not a lot of people anytime ,so its good to go there. I can understand the theater not wanting to invest the money for new carpet. Its a big theater but they need to or shut it down . I think a lot of people go to warren down the road .but Norman would support this theater .I live out east of Norman and prefer Norman But invest the money for carpet ,dont do anything halfway.

The theatre smelled like urine. I prefer going to Moore theatre and go there often. This is the second time I went to this theatre and I would never come back. The guy who sold me my ticket asked to look in my purse to assure I did not have a "weapon". I thought that was ridiculous...most people carry their guns on their waist. That policy is bias and assumes only "women" or "puse carrying" men carry guns. It is ignorant and maybe the theater should invest in medal detectors! To eliminate all bias and stereotypes
