Bought our tickets and entered theatre to where we saw our seats but was occupied by a family. We sat in the closest seats we found that were not occupied. We had a lady who claimed to be an employee tell my friend he was in her seat. So he moved to the next closest seat near me. Then as the movie started and was playing another employee came to check tickets To confirm two young ladies seats were where we were sitting. So as we went to move to the other seats where we were supposed to be sitting that was occupied already. A man sitting in the row in front of us decided to take it upon his self to make a scene and stand up and loudly confront us on how we were not gentleman as we moved silently and quietly to the seats next to where we were supposed to be. At the same time the supposed employee next to us decided to take it upon herself as well to go get the "manager" to ask us to move in the rudest way possible. Showing classic employee behavior for this establishment. A short while later. The supposed manager confronted us in the seats we quietly moved to that was as close to our seats as possible. She asked us to go outside of the theater so she could talk to us. Once outside she rudely explained what she thought happened and didnt listen yo what we had to say. She had a ride tone and a one sided personality. She asked us to the leave the theatre entirely and automatically threatened to call security. We left calmly and proceeded to the parking lot. We left after wondering what just happened and why it escalated as such when the only problem was a miscommunication in the seating.

Out of all the cinemark theaters in El Paso, East Montana is my favorite. It has been by far the cleanest, with a large selection of drinks and snacks (they even had some chicken tenders with potatoe wedges), and great customer service. Once, I got the wrong time for my tickets and I was able to fix that up in minutes, free of charge. I love that even in the regular rooms, I am able to lift the arm-rest for easy cuddling. They provide a large area for people who need wheelchair space. The use of the ticket machine (allows you to buy the tickets or print them out if you bought them online) is also brilliant. There is no extremely long lines even during weekends and I can always get to my movie on time. Overall, a great experience.

Saw the 3D showing of the Doctor Who 50th Anniversary and while the 3D was exceptional, the seats would not stay reclined without a bit of muscle to keep the seat reclined. Also, the audio felt like there was a simple two speaker setup playing the presentation back in a very low audio quality. Which was strange since the special effects came through louder than the dialog. Where I appreciated not walking out of the theater stone deaf, I wish I didnt have to strain to hear it all. Hopefully the quality changes. Maybe if this is to be expected of TV to theater showings, some notifications at the time of ticket purchase might be in order. Cant believe I paid $15 per ticket for what I experienced.

As all the cinemark theaters you can buy the tickets in advance so you dont have your get in line once you get there. Their printers never work and they ask you to get in line anyway... when you buy them in advance you pay a fee, which I dont mind at all but if you have to get in line anyway... there is no purpose... And I gave them the benefit of the doubt... four different visits and their printers never worked... Also some of their employees they need some serious customer service training. They go to the point on getting sarcastic to the customer with their comments.... Never again, I prefer to drive than deal with this place again.

This is a great theatre. It sells beer, frozen margaritas, and Starbucks coffee. Great snack bar. The seats in the theatres are very comfortable, plus you get to pick where you would like to sit when you are purchasing your tickets, for me its a great idea because you can purchase your tickets early then perhaps run some errands yet still know that when you come back to the theater, your seats are reserved for you .Its a very, very clean theatre as well.

Ive been to this theatre numerous times and the staff have always been curtious with me. There was even one time when I brought to the managers attention that someone was smoking inside the theatre while I was trying to watch the movie. He got the person stop and at the end of the movie he gave me and my family a ticket each to watch another movie on the house along with a little apology note. Very satisfied, I would definetly recomment this movie theatre.

For the first time here, its great ! But the way the food court is designed needs to be a little more organized or have information on where to go. Dont know why, but even though this movie theater is new.... Either People like the customers or staff dont seem to take pride in their job and the place, they just leave it to be messy... Which is a shame because its a fairly new theater.The dollar movies have this place beat because its much cleaner.

A generally clean location (possibly due to its fairly recent establishment, but more likely a good staff) that sells good concessions and has cool special events. The handicap seating is at a good level, one that is not too low that you have to look almost straight up. This, combined with the reserved seating, makes it a prime location for those who need special seating arrangements.

Im all about popcorn and this location has he best popcorn in El Paso. The service is always generous and the popcorn buttered layered is always on point. Ive had times where he popcorn was quite as fresh as it always is and they always apologize for any inconveniences and make a fresh batch of popcorn. This location also offers more concession and as many jalapeños as you want.

My And My Friend Went to go see fifty shades darker and I had my ID Im 18 my friend had her school ID shes 17 Cant the workers tell that shes 17 I mean her ID Does say senior.! Very disappointment we had to go to Tinseltown Becuase your employees were so rude towards this situation. They escorted us to our movie theater so that she wouldnt go into fifty shades darker.

Pre-bought my ticket. The machine I used to get it was a hassle. Food prices are ridiculous like all theaters. Seats were comfortable even for the premium ticket but had wear and tear. Staff were cordial and professional. Extra tip: if youre watching Spider-Man Homecoming dont bother waiting for the second extra credits scene unless you absolutely have to see it.

My daughter and I attended this theatre for the first time this weekend and LOVED IT! I enjoyed the fact that I was able to book my seat (XD Screen) ahead of time and we loved the self serve concessions concept. The major plus to this experience was the staff. Every single person was SUPER polite and attentive to our needs. Thanks for the great experience!
