This course is great! From the entry into the pro shop and nice chat with Frank makes you feel welcome. The practice area only allows irons, but not bad for a warm up, and the putting green is nice and large to putt some long ones to gain confidence. The starter is great for a little chat, much like an old time bar tender exchanging a little friendly banter. With the exception of 17, 18 and 19 the course is very nice. Those 3 holes arent the prettiest, but the rest of the course is very nice. It does not play too long, but provides some nice challenges and lets you gain confidence. I have played here 8 times this year and look forward to returning for many more. Great value, friendly staff, play is a little slower than I like, but I left there on a 95 degree day not feeling rushed, and having a great time. Treat yourself to some lunch and a beer after, great food. LOVE the juicy burger!

Ive been to this place 3-4 times in the last 5 years and everytime I ended up with the same feeling: there is nothing to brag about it. Sure the setting is nice but the service and the food are just average. Given its name I was expecting something better but for example last week I got the crab cake and it did not taste much of anything. It wasnt bad but again I quickly forgot about the lunch I just had.

Played there early in the early Summer and it was fantastic. It was a challenging, fun and especially well kept course. Not the cheapest price but mainland is worth the money if you want to play a really well kept golf course. Im a 20 handicap, but regularly play at outstanding private clubs and the conditions here rival some of the great private clubs Ive played!

Solid course... Some nice holes (a decent amount with a similar layout). Short course (par 70 which I dont prefer), but adds a bit of difficulty with a large amount of trees blocking drives and shot angles. Overall, a fun course to play and priced about right. If youre coming from center city as I did, it may be worth the drive once to try it out.

One of my favorite golf courses in the area! Reasonable, course is in good shape, and fun to play. Have drinking water on course as well as a good half way house. If they would just stop putting the hole on the side of the hill on hole 8 I would give them 5 stars.

Decent course, sand traps have rocks and pebbles so stay out if you can. Its a shorter course and scorable. The price is good value and the people are excellent.

Decent course. A bit short but Ive played here for years and the course is always in good shape frienly to play but there is some trouble on about half the holes.

The guy in the pro shop, Frank. Not a nice person. Hate dealing with this guy. Ill go to pinecrest or lederach before dealing him again.
