Truly Charming and a Treat! We truly enjoy taking family, friends and guest to our Valleys charming little movie venue. Its a walk down memory lane. Original type seating, Hot fresh Popcorn.. If your looking for flash and neon gimmicks of the new theaters...go elsewhere.. If your wanting to relax and enjoy a movie with friends and family in a great atmosphere.. This is the place.

Quaint, clean movie theater running newest and best movies with two screens. Prices were fair, and concessions were good. Beer and wine too! The only drawbacks were the old, uncomfortable seats and lack of cup holders. Thus, the 4 star rating. Im sure these type of upgrades are very expensive, especially for a small town.

My kids and I have been here a few times. Its not fancy, even pretty run down, and like someone else said NO cup holders. Thats aggravating! But its cheaper than most nicer places, plus the only theater for many miles around, and never crowded. My little family is more than happy to visit Storyville again and again!

Weve been here several times. The seats are so old and grungy you ll be afraid of catching some disease. Super uncomfortable. One of the screens has a big tear or gouge in it. Prices are too high; Gold Hill Theaters in Woodland Park is cheaper and they have stadium seating and modern equipment. Thats where we go now.

Everything in the reviews is pretty much spot-on, although our popcorn was just fine. Darned shame about the cup holders; that will certainly spoil anyones experience. Its a charming joint in a swell little mountain town - they manage to book first run features. I give them credit and my continued patronage.

Friendly staff and first run films in a small mountain town are highlights of this Cinema. One theater offers stadium seating. Beer and wine are available as well as typical movie snacks. Pricing is competitive compared to larger theaters. Offers weekend matinees and senior discount.

Charming small town theater that serves beer and wine. Obviously it isnt a big chain movie theater, but it is a fun local place where you can catch the newest movies, which is hard to find in this area. I live in Buena Vista and drive to salida when I want to see a movie.

This place needs a face...yesterday. Stale popcorn, terrible seating and believe it or not, NO CUP HOLDERS. Couldnt belive I had to put my lousy drink on the ground. Honestly wont go back. Will drive to Canon or Gunnison from now on.

As a local, this is the best thing we have to a drink with a movie. The best nightspot and best time to have with your friends, its great thing to have a small town historic movie theater

The only theater in Salida. Very "old school" which is part of the charm. Definitely needs some seating upgrades. Not the most comfortable.
