We attended a 50th wedding anniversary party on Jan 17, 2015 there and valet parked our car. We had our cell phone and $$$ stolen from the car. The owner of the banquet hall Frank Chopra did not care at all, he said that the valet services were nothing to do with him. He was not only rude, but he has no respect, no customer service, no humanity!!! Valet services are by Valley Valet, co-owner Colton said that I badgered him by calling him to inform him of the incident. He said that his employees would never such things and went on using vulgar language when I hung up. I hope no one will experience what I did but if you do I encourage all to make a police report.

I have experienced one of my best event I could ever imagine, this is one of the best banquet halls in Los Angeles I have ever rented, the food is incomparable, the service is top , the new management here is unbelievably good , I got all I asked for and plus lots of surprises from the ownership, To me this is the top banquet Hall in Los Angeles area. I celebrated my daughters birthday here last week, after looking around for many banquet halls this was my last stop, beautiful place, lots of options, 3 halls to choose from, and a large food menu I have never seen before.

This place is just amazing, I have been here few years ago and it was a mess but now its under new management and the new owner Ed is just the best !!! I did my wedding in Modern Hall for about 250 people and all my guest were shocked, food was incredible, decoration was breathtaking, service was unbelievably good... I mean WOW Thank you soooooooooooooooo much Ed, you are the best !!!

I celebrated my birthday in Venus banquet hall and I would defiantly recommend. After searching for halls in LA I finally made up my mind to do my event here, the place was very clean and beautiful, food was amazing, prices were very fair, the owner Eddie did everything what he promised and even had few surprises for us which was great. Once again I would defiantly recommend!

The atmosphere was amazing! The place is extremely well keep and the decor is high class. The manager Ed is very polite and was able to take care of all my needs. The employees are great. Especially the girl that worked behind the bar. I believe her name was Ella. High class service with a smile. Would recommend this place to my friends and family.

Enjoyed my nieces party here last weekend. Love the changes that new managment made. Atmosphere was cool. Food was very delicious and planty of it. Place was clean.Servers were very nice I recommend this place to everybody. Price was great for such a great service and food manager Eddie gave my sister great deal.
