For the most part, I have enjoyed my experience at this location. When a theater system is properly tuned, it is worth the money, but when you got a hack in the crows nest that only loads film it tends to be most annoying. It would seem that the easiest way to avoid any problems is to get their early and tweak the system prior to opening doors. This is the second Regal to be removed from my list of of viewing venues because of the same reasons: Poorly configured theater equipment. The first thing I noticed was the commercial tripe that played prior to the previews only had sound coming from the left front channel. During the previews and feature we only had stereo, no digital multichannel sound. Secondly, the video looked more like it was playing from a projector running a florescent light source rather than any digital or focused projector; the flicker was horrid. To add to that, I dont think they set the lens source correctly because the image wasnt centered on the screen and was "fuzzy" on the fringes. This is why I crossed Westgate off my list, and now Metro. With all the complaining going on in Hollywood about poor box office performance it would at least make sure your viewing experience was positive. No one is going to go pay to view a movie if their personal home theater is better. UPDATE: Went to see War Horse with my significant other, and it was once again in theater 5 of this complex. Since my original post Dec. 6th, 2011 they have done nothing to improve or fix any of the problems I reported previously. The manager wrote back to me saying they were sorry and offered me free passes. Why bother? It was like offering to write me a bounced check with another check. Really, whoever is in charge of the sound and video need to quit playing mahjongg and check the actual experience.

While we were about 15mins into our movie the projector went out. All the customers sat there for a good while and few customers volunteered to go ask what was going on. When they returned they said the staff told them they were not sure theyd be able to get it working. About 10 mins had past we were still in the theater no staff members had come in to say what was going on or let us know what to do. After sometime the picture came back on but no sound... again no staff came in so customers volunteered to leave and check with the staff... when the customer returned he said he was told they were working on the sound and wouldnt be able to restart the movie to where it went off. We also needed to leave to go get a refund. Had to stand outside in the cold and rain and only the manager could refund us... which was not available at that time... also they said they were not going to refund popcorn and drinks... we waited a while and decided to leave due to the ridiculousness of the situation. Poor management that clearly didnt know how to handle the situation. I love Regal cinemas but this theater No way will I ever go back!! I attempted to contact them twice hoping to at least get a voucher to see the same movie I paid and didnt see... but no response.

Well for the most part, this theater is great. Pricing a little high, then again..where is it not! Point I want to make is on several occasions where many people are expected to show, most recently-twilight and devil inside me-a woman who must be a mng.or something, just has the worst attitude ever! So rude! Not so tall, not so blond, wears a suit jacket and a braid. Seriously lady, How is it anyones fault that you are not staffed, organized, prepared, or whatever enough to handle a crowd big enough, which is expected! Find the rude attitude very uncalled for. Literally yelling at people, ughh just not right! I am a manager myself. This is obvious behavior observed too many times to not say anything about, she needs to be taught some manners or basic management skills! Asap. Cant handle the job and the people attached to it, whats the point. That is the only complaint I have about this theater.

I like this theatre, although you really have to know where youre going to get to it. If you drive past it on the feeder of IH-35, there is no where to turn in and you have to circle the planet... I like that they serve things like pizza as well as the usual movie fare. What I find highly ANNOYING about this theatre is the disruption that an employee will cause at least once and sometimes twice during the movie. I have started avoiding this theatre because I find it very distracting to have a person with a clip board walk in front of our seats to the other side of the theatre, stand there awhile with a flashlight on said clip board, and then walk back. They typically do this at a time in the movie when I want the distraction the LEAST. Irritating. It seems to me that they could do whatever inventory they seem to be doing from the SIDE of the theatre without parading in front of everyone.

I saw Quarantine on 10/12 with 2 of my friends. The theater itself was decent. However the sound was below par. The ticket prices and food prices are above average ($9 for a ticket, $5.50 for a large drink). My complaint with the theater is all of the people who were allowed to bring their 4 and 5 year old children to a graphic, rated R horror movie. Im not even complaining about how ignorant and negligent you have to be to bring a child to a movie. Im criticizing the theater for allowing this to happen. Children have no place in anything other than a PG movie. They cry, they talk, you hush them and collectively you ruin movies. I blame the Theater Management specifically for this. Is it really that difficult to ban babies from R Rated movies? Take your money and go to Alamo or Regal Westgate. This place wont see a dime of my money again.

Pretty bad service. Im sitting in the theater now with nothing showing a few minutes after the scheduled time. $7.00 Nacho cheese is lukewarm & teen at the counter told me to look elsewhere when I told her they were out of jalapeños. Another few minutes have passed & still no show. Wont come again. Several more minutes have passed & still no show. Lukewarm cheese is now cold. I can barely feel my feet. I am starting to rethink my life choices, have I always taken the wrong path in life?....

I like this theater, and Regal theaters in general, as they tend to offer the mainstream movies but also a few less popular selections like art movies or documentaries. This location also has an absolutely huge parking lot, but I agree with the other reviewer who said it was somewhat hard to get to; you really have to navigate your way through the many strip mall shops to get there. Concessions are your average, chairs are comfortable, and the audio and projection were good.

Hadnt been to this theater in a while, but movie I was catching was sold out everywhere else. Not crowded at all. Nice to find a theater that you can just show up and watch something instead of having to pre-purchase tickets in order to get a good seat. Not the cleanest place, but sound and movie quality were great, service was good and seats were still comfortable without having the reclining chairs.
