Very ridiculous how they cant let a 17 year old in a scary movie , especially when I had my ID so we both can go in, very ridiculous how the worker said that my daughter needed the ID as well to go in when I was there, the poster clearly says If your parent has an ID then you can go in with a minor (Rated R movie), it doesnt say that both the minor and the parent need IDS it only says the parent, and I as a parent showed that ID to them and they still didnt let us go in

This place sucks! There was a very rude employee who was questioning my age. I was able to buy the ticket and get in, but was not allowed to get into the theater room. I did not have a Texas id, but I provided proof that I was old enough. This employee insisted in seeing a Texas id which I did not have. I then tried getting a refund and was asked for a Texas id. After fighting with her for a couple of minutes she finally gave me my money back.

Movie screening room was super dirty with dirty napkins on the cup holders. I was waiting to buy large popcorn and the cashier was upset at nothing , while the other cashier was goofing around because he saw a friend. I completely understand that Tuesdays get crazy but it does not justify extreme dirtiness and unprofessional cashier that hold the line because of goofing around or spacing out because of being upset.

I really like it here... Good selection of movies, good popcorn & snacks but could use more variety to keep up with the competition... Its surprisingly clean and looks pretty nice after all these years... The seats are not fancy but they are comfortable... The XD theater is a great addition... They provide a safe environment & have a small arcade to keep you entertained while waiting for a movie...

I went to go see The Dark Tower at 4:30 on a Friday. It wasnt crowded at all. I quickly bought the tickets and headed to the theater. It seems that the previews are getting longer every time. There are 25 minutes worth of previews before the movie starts, so if you are running late you have some leeway.

Works and GM are always in a bad mood. And this the only location that does not offer refills when you buy a large popcorn.. never coming by this location. It would be nice if proper information would be displayed regarding the no refill policy.

Great place to go and enjoy a movie. Fabulous popcorn and excellent weekly e-coupons that save you money at the refreshment stand. Theaters and bathrooms are always clean. Mondays are senior discount days and Tuesdays are family discount days.

The newly renovated seats are great. I really appreciate their new Cinemark App and all of the wonderful discounts it offers (on Tuesdays the films are $5). Its always a great time at Tinseltown! The popcorn is amazing!

I have been going to this movies since I was in High School. it has grown a lot after so much time. Matinee is just 7.25 and they got a new cinematic experience called XD, highly recommended.

One of the best movie theaters in the valley. Best popcorn and the drinks are the best. People who work at the food place are very nice and very fast :D. Enjoyed my movie in piece.

Pretty good theater. Tuesdays are very crouded but the price justifies it. Other than that could have more HD proyectors. But id def recommend it.
