I will rate this place with zero stars. They made me pay in advance for a food that I never received. We finished the game, sang happy birthday to a friend, ate the cake, etc. and any time that I asked about the food they said it was going to take 20 additional minutes. When I was leaving I requested the refund. The manager Craig Jordan was really unpleasant and arrogant. On top of that I will have to wait for a week to have my money back when it took a second for them to take it out of my account. We were attending a birthday party this time. This was our second time in this place. In our first visit I put my credit card to buy tokens for the arcade and I did not receive any tokens. When I talked to the employee they said that they were out of tokens and that I had to wait 2 weeks until the person in charge of the machine checks on it. Then they were going to decide if they were doing a refund to the card. I refused. After 30 minutes they gave my $20 back with a very bad attitude. Now I decided to go because we were invited for a birthday party and my children really wanted to go. Tonight the experience was even worst. Definitely I will never ever visit this place again. I would advice everyone not to visit this place ever.

They told us it would be 40 minutes then I went to check after waiting a while then they told me that it would be another 20 minutes then we finally get called up to the counter then it took another 15 minutes to get us on a lane then they have NO SMOKING but you have to be fifty feet from the door and they were smoking right in front of the door. We tried to call and nobody would answer we tried for over an hour. Then they waited for a lane for almost an hour then they gave us a lane that had already been open for 30 minutes. This is one of the worst bowling alleys I have ever been to. They need to get ahold of there business before they get shut down!!!!

This place was not bad just not as good as it used to be for an bowling alley to survive. And strive it has to cater to the public and the leauge bowlers their balls all had dents and the .machines keep messing up not good for league bowlers and dents in balls not good for public you wont know your true bowl going to this place.. But the groupon rate for two was great. And the service was awesome. The manager came out and fixed our price issue asap. She was pleasant. And the e experience. Is what you make it but its just not where they used to be with the servers all over the place caring shots around but all n all make the experience. With your friends

If I could rate this place 0 stars, I would! They hold your credit card just to overcharge you at the end. The prices are ridiculously high for the quality of the place. I had to wait an hour for some pizza and wings and the nachos..Oh, and they came 10 minutes later, without the guacamole and sour cream. To top it off, the food was pretty bad and service was horrible.Dont waste your time or money. Do yourself a favor, and go somewhere else. I will never be coming here again!!!

We decide to do something different for my sons birthday party. The food, drinks, and table was set up. However, we had no attendant to help my and the kids to set up the bowling. Luckily someone next to us helped us and the attendant forgot to give the bithday boy his bowling pin to sign and gift certificate to the children which I paid for in advance. I give it 4 stars because the children really had an awesome time.

NOTE TO OWNER(S): IF YOU CANNOT MAINTAIN LANES THAT ARE SAFE FOR BOWLERS WHO PAY TOP DOLLAR FOR THEIR EQUIPMENT, THEN HAVE EACH BOWLER SIGN A WAVER THAT THEY BOWL AT THEIR OWN RISK BOWLOUNGE DOES THIS AND IT WORKS :) I knew that if I threw my own ball, Id be doing so at my own risk. Otherwise, all of the staff are extremely nice, and Ive had no problems in my interactions with them. ;-)

Terrible service. Cashier was rude, obviously needs a new job. Terrible management, didnt have an answer for anything. We were bowling our 9th frame, 11PM came and they didnt let us finish our 10th. Food came out terribly slow, estimated 15 minutes and it took 40. However, the bartender was great. She is the only employee who deserves to be paid for the service given.

The setup sucks. One table per 2 lanes. We went during their cosmic bowling, which consists of the lights out with one strob light per 8 lanes. It was so dark you can hardly see your lane. Our table was never cleaned off so we had to clean it ourselves. Its over priced. I wont be going back.

Thats right, and this "Jose" person really sucks. I mean, I dont know what shes talking about, but "Jose" shafted our family out of $70 on a Wednesday night. He then made me get my car in the rain without even offering to get it himself. What a jackass.

It was pretty great , as my first experience in bowling i really liked it ,it was very comfortable and the ppl mind there own bussines the staff is cool and outgoing very calm area i really liked it even the food was great

The service is poorly and sucks, the food is nasty as hell, the drinks are watery and the prices are ridiculously high. The manager Chris was not help who hired u! Get yall act together. STAY AWAY JOKE OF A PLACE!

I bowl hear a couple of times before. They have good prices and good food. Me and my friends like the selection of pitchers. But its really family orientated.

Bad.....poor lighting. Manager c told me he couldnt turn up the lights...it was too dark to see the markers on the lane. I will never go back.

Good bowling alley but If you want to play games the people the owns the games are not there. So if your money get stuck then its stuck.

They are making some cosmetic upgrades but the need to work on timeliness of getting food cooked and out to the customer.

Have fun bowling prices of good drinks with water down but other than that great place for family fun day
