Had my 9yo birthday party there. I scheduled the, lazer tag only, party for 11am and told them what food I wanted. They called 3 days before needing an exact count. There were several invitees that had not responded yet so I had to guestimate in case some rsvpd late or just showed up as a lot of people do. They would not let me give a range. They kept telling me they needed an exact count for bowling. I told them we were not bowling. Then that morning of the party they called me while I was driving there and asked what food I wanted. I told them I gave that information online and to the person when I booked the party a month ago and they didnt have any record of that. We showed up about 10:50 with a few boys and was immediately told to go to the lazer tag line even though half our guests had not arrived. We were told that lazer tag started right at 11am. I was never told this all the times I spoke to the staff while booking this party. My husband and I were going back and forth meeting our guests because the person that was supposed to meet them and bring them to the lazer tag was doing a poor job. A couple of our guests went to another counter for 10 min before they were told where to go. Lazer tag only lasted 15 min so half of the guests didnt even get to participate because they showed up 10 min late or took that long to find the party. I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni pizza for food. Instead of getting whole pizzas, each kid got one piece of cheese and one piece of pepperoni. No choice. It was cold and not good. There was no extra so adults had to purchase their food. I wasnt too impressed with the party helpers either, they dissapeared several times when we needed things. Then after 40 min at the table we were told we had to move so they could get ready for another party. I had to buy the boys that didnt arrive before 11 a round of lazer tag. My son and friends had fun, But I spent $480 on this party!! For that kind of money I expect better communication and organization from the party planners, unlimited lazer tag for all party goers, excellent service from hosts and longer time at the table, which I did not receive any of that. I will never go to this place again! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS PLACE. Its way too expensive. Altitude Trampoline Park is a much better party for the price. Weve had 2 birthday parties there and love it.

So we went here to avoid the lack of AC at home while the new one was being installed. We immediately checked in at 6pm on a Tuesday. Had this been on a Monday the evenings activities would have been 10.95 per person, but because it wad a Tuesday it was 18.95 per person. This price included All you can play: Pool, bowling, laser tag, and gravity ropes. Several downfalls: This location is a pilot location so the ziosk on the table is only partial menu, LONG WAIT FOR WAITER. Food came out all at the same time...apps with entree. Waiter was interrupted three times while trying to give 6 top drink order to refill another tables drink order (instead of of those waiters refilling it for Petes sake). My steak was ordered medium rare...came out rare..like blood on the plate, blue rare...didnt even have cross grill marks on the back RARE. asked to have fired a bit longer and waiter said "the kitchen will be mad", proceeded to fill other tables drinks to give me time to "think about it". Finally got the manager, after finishing app, kids finishing food, and me finishing my side. Manager did try customer recovery very well. Just wasnt interested in a mad kitchen. then took three additional requests to have the waiter remove the steak that I didnt eat that the manager said he would remove. Got a new waiter for bowling! Hes 99% reason got as many stars as he did. Fantastic! Cared. Personable. could actually carry conversation. Even fixed us getting kicked out of the bowling after 1 hour desire open lanes and our entire families unlimited play. Even offered to warm up the leftover pizza So I COULD have hot Food! He deserves 5 STARS! So for finale, we could no longer play on any of the activities because they ran out of time slots at 1045. Manager ended up giving family 30 minute pay card because the kids were still hanging and were bored...again trying to beat the heat. So overall, 3 stars for available kids activities, alcohol available for mom while the kids played, and for the best 2nd waiter ever! Otherwise eat before you go and plan to spend a pretty penny.

On September 20th, we brought our children to enjoy some games and dinner. I will be very honest, this will be the VERY LAST TIME that I go here as well. I could not help but overhear one of the managers by the name of Dwayne literally talk extremely rude to one of his employees. I am not sure if he called him in to reprimand him or not; however, as we walked by he was holding some sort of paper and was YELLING at him to the point where my kids even took notice. I have seen this kid working before in the bowling area and has always been helpful and polite, and I was literally mortified. This young employee was beyond embarrassed because he was being YELLED at PUBLICLY. It does not make any sense whatsoever to PUBLICLY HUMILIATE and DEMORALIZE ANY HUMAN BEING FOR ANY REASON. If this manager DWAYNE felt he needed to speak to him, he could have done it behind closed doors. As a small business owner, I would not be in business if I spoke to a customer or employee in the manner and tone that this "SO CALLED MANAGER DWAYNE" treated this poor kid. My family and I was embarrassed for this poor kid, let alone I am sure others heard it because we were in a facility that was already loud. Seriously, this "SO CALLED MANAGER DWAYNE" owes not only this employee, but everyone else an apology due to his unacceptable behavior. Right or wrong, and without knowing the back story; the FACTS are this; he HUMILIATED this employee in a PUBLIC SETTING. Why would I EVER want to patronize this place again? I had such a hard time sleeping last night, that I will ensure that I tell anyone and everyone what a terrible "SO CALLED MANAGER DWAYNE" at Main Event North Fort Worth is. As they say; if you see something, say something, so therefore; I am saying something....Dwayne, you are a terrible person and you need to apologize to this employee, and you need to go back to training. I would NEVER hire anyone like you. YOUR EXTREMELY POOR BEHAVIOR is what gives good managers a bad name.

This place does have a lot to do (Bowling, Pool, Laser tag, Gravity Climb course, decent sized arcade) but the service is awful. Theres always a TON of people (employees) standing around but it takes forever to get a drink, food service, or at the service desk where you need to go to buy a game card for the activities / get Bowling shoes so forth. The food is ok, nothing special and as always a huge wait (20 - 30 minutes) no matter if they are busy or slow. The food is also VERY expensive for what it is. The bar has the most expensive drinks you can find anywhere and are extremely weak. They pour with a Jigger for every drink, but usually end up (due to poor training I would guess) using the small side of it shorting the liquor you should be getting in your mixed drinks. If you are going to get drinks here recommend sticking to beer. Just try and point out a dirty look given to you by an employee when you ask them to stop wiping down the bar and clearing empty glasses and help you (after watching them do this for 10 minutes when they have a bar back whos job this is and theyve seen you waiting there for the whole 10 minutes ignoring you). You will not get an "Im sorry". What you will get is a hand full of excuses. "Shes new" "were super busy" "Im new" "were trying our best", there were 4 bartenders (one for each side of the bar) and I was the only person standing there waiting for a drink. At the end he offered to refund my drink, and he took it back, leaving me without the drink I had ordered (1st drink mind you, we had just showed up), but at least I didnt have to pay for it. Overall, this place CAN be a fun place (activities) but this location has extremely bad management which leaves a lot to be desired when it comes to customer service. Just dont go here with thoughts of food or good drinks in mind.
