My girl friend and i moved to this area not too long ago from Mansfield, TX. We came here for a date night on a Friday, because they had a good deal for bowling. While the bowling was great, they had this old bartender that was being very creepy and making my girl friend and I uncomfortable by asking her to drink from a straw to sample drinks, and by making comments like "I know what she likes." Also, the area where the building is located is a very ghetto area. I would not leave or bring valuables because there are a lot of random people walking around the neighborhood/nearby streets. So we came back last Saturday to give it another try, and we had a coupon that was $20 off. Our total was still $27 for 3 bowling games and shoes included. If we would have known that, we would have most likely gone to Main Event (which is $36 an hour). On top of all of this, instead of keeping all of the lanes in the building open for a SATURDAY NIGHT, they also decide to keep everyone bunched together and only place people on ONE SIDE of the building. We had a group of high schoolers right next to us, that also had a bunch of little children with them. They were just standing in our lane and area, screaming and dancing. We ended up leaving in the middle of our second game, and didnt even bother playing our third game. So in other words, we ended our date night early and will not be coming back to this bowling alley. Spend the money at Main Event!

We have been loyal customers for years, until last night (11/14/15). Our son even played on a bowling league in high school and Brunswick, Altamesa WAS awesome. But last nights experience left us knowing that sadly we will not be returning. Prices are now so jacked up that its too expensive for a family to play. We noticed for a Saturday night that no one out of the 15 people that were there were bowling. We bowled anyway but each of the 4 of us only bowled 5 frames each due to the incompetence of the employees. When we asked why prices are so high, the girl, very rudely responded, new company. She then gave me the wrong size shoes 3 times going from what should have been smaller to larger. We rarely have the entire family together now that our sons are in college, and to plan an activity for us and then bowl five frames each and have the manager come over to collect more money for her employees incompetence and rudeness was it. Well never return to Altamesa Brunswick, Ft Worth, Texas.

Hey Everyone... I was the GM for about a year during the new takeover, and while its not my place to question the new Management, in fairness, complaints regarding dated buildings and prices, truly have nothing to do with the staff. Brunswick is now owned by Bowlmor-AMF and so the pricing is regulated out of the control of the local center. When I arrived, the center was in much worse shape than it is now, we cleaned it up, we worked to make sure the team worked effectively and efficiently. As I said, it would be unfair to criticize the management. I was eventually promoted and moved to a different part of the company. My encouragement for those who do not care for the price increase or the dated facility is to share your concerns via your receipts in the surveys as they are held in high esteem. As far as the staffs friendliness, you need to address it with the General Manager of the location, as this is one area they do have control over.

Dont waste your money here. Old TVs, very outdated (they even say Copyright 1995 on them). The Old man (Cliff) lied to us and said it was $6 a game plus shoe rental. When we got done he then decided to tell us it was $6 per person on the lane. Lines were long with only him working the Desk. Food overpriced, Arcade 1/2 the games dont work, and all of this happened on a Saturday Night. Definitely will not be back!

We are in our 60s and bowl here often, as well as, with our kids and grandkids. Weve also had several birthday parties here and each time we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.The staff is great and cordial and the pro shop is very good and helpful. We always leave looking forward to the next time!!

They must have just remodeled, the place looks great.This place is not a bowling alley, its a Brunswick Bowling Center! Ill be going there a lot more often, now that I have seen the improvements at the Center.

The bowling center where bowling is considered entertainment and not a Sport. The lane conditions during league play reflect this attitude by management. Not the place for serious bowlers....
