Went there today and was not pleased. My husbands food was good (according to him), however I was unable to eat mine because of the sweet tea. The first glass I had tasted good, however the second tasted horrible. I tried to keep drinking it thinking it was just me, but I had to stop. After a couple of minutes I started to feel really nauseated. We let the manager know, and he went to check on the tea. He came back said he tried it and his waitresses who love tea tried it and said it tasted good (of course), and then proceeded to ask if it there was anything else that could he making me feel sick - to which I respectfully said "Obviously, you see that I am pregnant, however I dont get sick." I love sweet tea, in fact it is one of the things I crave and drink all the time - this sweet tea has made me feel nauseous, to the point where I am actually laying in bed only able to eat bread. He took my meal off the ticket, but we still had to pay for the disgusting tea. Long story short, I will not be going back.

Red Brick Tavern is a music venue with an EXCELLENT menu, plus a wood fired pizza oven, a full bar and the finest selection of wines and craft beer on tap. Talented Americana Singers & Songwriters play nightly. Sundays theres a gospel brunch. The "Sit Down Shut Up & Listen" dinner concerts are truly special for the serious music connoisseurs (they sell out fast). A local hot spot and a "whos who" meeting place for locals draws music lovers from all over Texas and coast to coast. Enjoy the autographed music/art collection.I tip my hat to Co-Owners Debbie Glenn & Jay Ross Martin for their success, Chef Steve for the outstanding food on the menu, the pizza and his expertise with craft beer. The entire staff is awesome and fun. Thats my story. I hope to see you there! Bryan Anthony is a local Real Estate Broker and a Regular at RBT

Have eaten/drank there many times, and is very consistent: the food is excellent, the beer choice is superb and updates regularly, but the service needs a lot of improvement, both in the bar and on the floor. Red Brick is right on the border price-wise as far as levels of service goes: for food less than they charge and in more of a "sports bar" environment, I can put up with slow wait times, lack of acknowledgement, empty drink and water glasses, etc. But at these price points, the service needs to be ratcheted up a few notches. Not too expensive for what you get product quality wise, but the service is definitely lacking for what can be spent per person there

Family owned restaurant with high quality, fresh food all around. Known for the pizza, the burgers, amazing specials and other entrees like pastas, soups, salads, and fish too! This place is great. I never get tired of coming here. I bring my friends there all the time and they love it. Its a safe to say that nearly my entire high school knows about the restaurant especially the teachers. I always get good feedback from them. The staff is about the friendliest you can get so treat them good. Theres live music Thursday - Saturday with Sundays being gospel Sunday brunch. Overall this place is amazing with a very kind owner I highly recommend it.

This resteraunt does an excellent job all around!! This is why, in spite the high prices, I will ALWAYS come back. First their servers are amazing!! I have never gotten a bad server here, they are always nice and helpful! Second the atmosphere is great...that has a lot to do with the attitudes of their employees. Third, whoever cooks in the back needs a raise!! The food is ALWAYS cooked perfectly!! Its such high quality cooking it has to be a professional back there!! Lastly whoever built this menu with the recipes really made such amazing combinations. I love this place!!! Managment/ownership keep up this work!!! This is why you are successful!!

Went here last night. The atmosphere was like a bar that crowded in some tables. The beer is over priced. $9 for a small draft beer pour is overboard. The food was underwhelming as well. Not seasoned very well and a bit odd. My wife had hatch green chili enchilada. They Called two flour tortillas they poured hatch chili over "enchilada". I had the Mahi-mahi and green beans. Both were under seasoned and not worth the price. I am sure if we had stayed the live music would be neat but again the beer was over priced so it was not worth hanging around.

Ive been here 3 times. The food was great every time. My problem with this place is with the slow service and the fact it is not child friendly. They have no high chairs. Onto the service; each time I went the service was comically bad. There would be maybe 3 active tables and a couple of people at the bar but they could not deliver appetizers before meals, forget drink orders, they even got the pizza wrong the last time we went. I will not be back, there are plenty of other places I can go for pizza and beer.

Have been here about a half dozen times. Food has always been excellent and service efficient. This particular night we saw on their website that live music was to begin at 630pm. We arrived about 6pm and ordered drinks and dinner. At 7pm we asked when the music was to start. We were told 730pm. At 745pm we asked when the music was to start. We were told maybe 15 more minutes. Needed to get home so had to leave without enjoying any music. That was a disappointment but eerything else veey good.

The food is to die for! They always have a great beer to try. My only disappointment would be the way info is relayed. We called to see what the wait was while on our way. No wait, she said, plenty of tables for two. When we got there, we were told that we could eat at the bar but the open tables were for the band. The food is worth it, but when you have to almost argue to get a table, the experience is lessened. This isnt the first time.

1st experience was awesome. Tonight, we came in for dinner, very shortly after receiving our food we were told that if we stayed past 9 we would be charged a 15.00 cover, yet we were asked if we would like another round of drinks. We felt rushed to eat and couldnt enjoy our meal. We had looked forward to going there this evening based on our 1st time. We will probably not be back. :( Very poor decision by mgmt to do this.

Great local spot. It was crowded for lunch. Always a sign that the food is good. Brick oven pizza and good burgers, cooked to order among other items on the menu. Good beer selection too. Live music many evenings, and a gospel brunch on Sundays. At least of the one the eateries to check out if you are in Conroe. In addition it is in the historic district in downtown Conroe, so lots of historic charm.

Horrible service. Waited almost an hour for our food and the restaurant was about half full. 2 families sat down about 15 min after us, and got food, drinks, regular check ups, and even to go boxes before we got our food. Had to ask for 2 of the 3 meals to be put in a to go box because they brought them one at a time.
