Though I love supporting local businesses and I love the concept of the theatre, they lack severely in the customer service dept. Ive been multiple times and have experienced very poor service, especially from the condescending, rude, arrogant manager. The attitude of acting like youre better than your customer is not a good look and will eventually cost you. And Im not the first person to notice this. Id revaluate your approach to how you treat people if you want repeat customers.

Saw Justin Hayward last night. Opener Mike Dawes. Fabulous show. Loved their interaction with the audience as well. Venue was great. Nice touch to add free water in cups. Reasonable prices on drinks. Great accoustics and perfect volume. Loud enough to experience the music to its fullest but without that ear vibration that distorts the music when it gets too loud. Great job on the venue guys. Very organized. Will be back.

The remodel to the old heights theater looks great and incorporates the new stage perfectly. Old church pews from just down the street I would guess make up the majority of seating upstairs. I can tell the place is gonna do well and it makes a great venue for any small to medium sized crowd. I would recommend you get there early if you want a seat because they seem to sell more tickets than they have chairs.

Although they have a good line up of performers the accommodations at this venue are poor. The bar is feet from the main entrance with 2 tenders & there are no wait staff. The main seating area is mostly uncomfortable folding chairs crammed together. I was lucky enough to have reserved a table & even though could barely move because of the close proximity to the other patrons. Not a very pleasing experience.

Small, intimate setting for a concert which I enjoyed. The only dislike is that it was quite warm inside when I saw Justin Hayward. Drinks also cost an arm and a leg but that is to be expected. I will definitely go to see a concert there again.

Show was great, drinks and bartenders were great. Would have been 5 stars had there not been an issue with the door guys. The theater shouldnt sell water bottles after the show, then try to confiscate them as they push you out the door.

Saw blind pilot here. Really loved the show. Fantastic little venue. They had some electrical issue that delayed the show, but it was so very worth it. Will go back

Very good music venue. Sound was great. Seating left a little to be desired (just folding chairs) the bar was good and reasonable prices. Bathroom were clean.
