Ive read the customer safety statement, and let me just tell you its complete and utter hogwash.you could smell the weed as you walked in. And some of the security there have no good sense and one of the managers as well. Im chaperoning 3 kids at the concert, so after the concert is done I wait off to the side because the dudes are cleaning up and the kids go towards the merchant stands and I tell them meet me back right here. And I kept eyes on them the whole time. Mr big bad security guy come over and says I have to leave, I verbalize my situation, and his reason being that the dudes are trying to clean up. I decide okay Ill go by the kids then I start walking up to go by them and he puts his hand on my chest and pushes me back (clearly assault at this point). And he tells me I cant walk across the floor because the dudes are cleaning (mind you theres still plenty of people walking across the floor, and a dude I was talking to right beside me just decides to waltz across to the merchant stand and they give no cares). Now apparently Im causing a problem because Im yelling at the guy, who wouldnt get mad!?? The manager calls the cops and they kick me out, and Im trying to explain to the cop my situation, and he says Ill be back, once I was outside nothing mattered anymore. Nobody even spoke to me, where were the kids No one knew, what were they doing no one knew, did anyone molest my little sister who knows, did anyone offer them drugs? I dont know because of the horrible ways the employees of this place handled their situation. Forced to wait outside expectantly like a dog, Ive never felt so bullied or disrespected in my life! What part of Im chaperoning kids was not heard!? Wish I could give 0 stars.

Pros: Saw Ron White! Good a/c! Great sound! Cons: 1) Poorly planned security and inability to move people in and out of the facility in an organized and timely fashion. 4 people checking bags (usually one doing something else) and 2 people with wands. Imagine the image of the venue above full of chairs on the lower level at MAXIMUM CAPACITY. Constant stream of people well after show start time. We timed people waiting in line over an hour. 2) Seat width is small for an average sized person. Cannot bend your knees wider than 90 degrees without kicking the seat in front of you. 3) If you are lucky enough to have a tall person sit behind you, their knees hit your head. 4) Bars not open in all areas, so had to get water from other side of the complex since you can not bring water in with you, creating more lines and more delays that could be avoided. 5) Water bottles fall through holes in cupholders. 6) Televisions on the upper level not zoomed in on performer and blurry, rendering the size of the performer on the screen to be the same as on stage. 7) Due to poor ability to move people in and out, 1/3 of the attendees were seating themselves during the opening act, IN THE DARK, decending down steep stairs and wobbling handrails that are easily a foot to low. We will NEVER attend this venue again.

Love the band that was performing here but the way they (Revention Music Center) had set up the entrance to enter the concert was unorganized and the commotion of the different levels depending on what type of ticket you had purchased was not well explained. The people who worked the lines for the concert had major attitudes for no reason, we as customers and fans of the band were misdirected and if anyone had lined up on the wrong line or brought something they shouldnt have, should have been told earlier on by the worker maintaining the lines through out and not at the last minute from the entrance. On top of that from the workers misguidance and trouble (from standing in the wrong line and/or bringing things that you shouldnt have), you would have to go all the way back to the end of the line and wait again!! **Not that it had happen to me but things I heard while waiting in line, everything that I had seen made me felt like the setup was so unorganized and was not time friendly as the concert had been delayed for a good hour and a half.**

ATTENTION EVERYONE! Lipstick, lip gloss & chapstick are apparently not allowed in this venue! How did I find this out? As I walked up with my $91 Disclosure tickets, they asked to search my bag and I happily obliged. Security sees two lipsticks and chapstick in my purse and tells me I cannot bring them into the venue. I politely ask why. They tell me my lipsticks could be filled with DRUGS! DRUGS, YALL! I asked when this policy went into effect, no answer. I asked if this policy was listed on the website, no answer. I checked this morning and theres no disclaimer on cosmetics or makeup anywhere online. This is absolutely 100% ridiculous. If I REALLY wanted to get petty, I could go into how one of my lipsticks costs more than securitys hourly wage, but Ill spare you. Many women were leaving and not attending the concert, or walking miles to their cars to return makeup. As a 27-year-old woman who spends hundreds, maybe even thousands of dollars a year on concerts, this place has officially lost my business. WHAT A JOKE OF AN ESTABLISHMENT!

SMALL SEATING & SMALL CONCESSION AREA WITH FEW BARTENDERS Went with a group of people, spent twenty minutes in line to get drinks that were super expensive but thats expected in a venue like this, bathrooms were ok, getting in and out was ok but the worst aspect of this club is the seating. My wife is averaged sized and was very uncomfortable in the seating as was the rest of our group. Couples had to lean into each other to avoid spilling onto someone else. Im a large guy myself and i couldnt even sit in the chair when we saw Dave Chappelle. I literally had to stand up. if we had not been in the last row, i wouldve had to leave the venue. Im not 500 pounds or anything, im 6 foot with some baggage but i couldnt even get into the chair! if this was New York, or someone where else where space is a premium i could understand, hate it but understand but this is texas. Theyre just trying to cram as many seats as possible to the point where the venue is completely unacceptable. never going to a show their again (less i become anorexic)

This place is pretty great! Ive seen "Florence & the Machine" here as well as "Foster the People." The arena is about 2800 capacity, which I feel like is a good sized, medium music venue. Not really a bad seat in the place, but I typically like to be in GA when i go see a show here. The bars were spread out and close to all walkways. Drinks are pretty expensive, but I guest that is what is expected at these type of venues. Mixed Liquor drinks are about $9. 16 oz domestic beer cans are $7 and sodas are $5 each. I didnt like that after you get in, you have security checking your tickets again to see what area you are not allowed into. I guess they do this as a precaution, but since its not that large of a venue, I just think its annoying. (Reason for 4 rating instead of 5). The sound quality of the speakers is pretty good and the space is large enough to see some great performers. I would go back in a heartbeat if a good band was performing here. Check it out if you have the chance!
