Wouldnt recommend it because theres so many little things that arent right about it. Went to meet my friend, for a business meeting, and sat outside. While the place is lovely, great view of the pond, the service needs work. We ordered drinks and they messed up one of the drinks, which is not an issue. Ordered wings, buffalo (she even said "buffalo") and we received BBQ. Still dont care, wings are wings and we started to eat them. They were a bit dry and felt like they were days old and microwaved. When I got to my 3rd wing, it was raw in the middle and traces of blood could be seen. Immediately, and very politely, sent them back and the new wings still did not taste fresh. We had to ask for napkins and only got one each. I walked up to the bar and took a roll of paper towels they had setup for the crawfish orders. Noticed that other tables had maybe 1 or two napkins too. They need better training on how to operate a bar and grill. If I wanted pre-cooked and heated wings, Id order from a pizza chain. Glad I didnt get salmonella poisoning from the raw chicken too.

This place on Mondays has $3 burgers that was a decent size and awesome tasting. I had 2 and was satisfied. The main reason to come here was the watch the game on the many TVs around the place or to do the karaoke that they had set up for Monday nights. The DJ (and one of the waiters) does a pretty good job singing by the way and encouraging people to come up and sing. The Waitress that served us did a good job of making sure we were OK, in terms of refilling our drinks and asking if we wanted anything else. Most importantly cleaning the table of the dishes we finished and keeping it clear for more to come or just for us to relax with no worry! This place has a patio that overlooks the huge fountain for the area, hence the name "The Fountains lol. There is a pretty big bar inside also that you can sit at and enjoy drinks and watch any sports, news or whatever floats your boat on the TVs there too! I have seen some music groups that have come up here to perform outside on the stage on the patio, these days it can be pretty loud of course but it not unbearable!

This is the second time weve been here. The first visit was not great but we decided to give it another go. Last night was probably one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. It took over 20 minutes for our actual waitress to get to us... A busboy made sure we had menus and drinks otherwise we would have already been gone. Next I had to tell the waitress on three different occasions my drink order. Once we finally got our order I (for 4 people) it took more than 45 minutes to get our food to us. The waitress never came to Check on us, we did not get refills on our drinks and half of our food was cold. We asked for our Check and it took another 20 minutes for the check to be gi en to us .. Then once our cards were taken back it was an additional 15 minutes. The icing on the cake was when she was walking past us to get a beer to someone else she dropped it didnt say she was sorry after it spilled all over me and rushed off in a huff. Needless to say we asked for a manager who said he wouldnt be able to help us and left it at that.

Potential bands avoid this place like the plague. My band recently played there and it was a complete disaster. Front of house mix was poor (we recorded our show) and we had no monitors at all. You have to park directly in front of the venue walkway to load, so be prepared for dirty looks from the security team. Speaking of security I was harassed for having a backpack full of recording gear. According to the security guard who accosted me they get a lot of "guns and drugs". If thats actually true its not a place my friends and i would want to be anyway, but I found it strange he zeroed in on me ONLY AFTER having loaded in, played an hour set, then loading out. Thats some top tier sleuthing. Nevermind the people puking next to my car in the parking lot and the drunk black and white guys shouting racist comments at eachother, im obviously a sleazy criminal because i have a backpack full of cameras and sd cards. Great job guys. Well never play your venue again.

Visited this place on 5/3/17 because of the $3.99 per lb crawfish advertised. It is/was a seat yourself establishment. Once we sat down, it took about 7-10 minutes for someone, presumably the host, to provide us with menus and let us know that our server/waitress would be with us shortly. The best part was the ambience of the place. Although we went at a slower period of the day, I felt that acknowledgement couldve been more reasonable time wise. Our waitress was friendly but fell short of customer followups, again they werent that busy and you barely saw much of any of the staff, with the exception of The Bar. The crawfish was "okay" because all the seasoning was on the outside and there was no evidence that the crawfish were boiled in seasoned water. They had a kick to them but the kick started to become salty. If you want crawfish, Razzoos two doors down is much better. If you want faster service, go to the bar.

I have worked in the service industry for 10 years & this is the first online review Ive ever written. I love that Pub Fountains has a cool atmosphere & entertainment and tasty food (and its 2 blocks from where I live), but their kitchen/food service has constantly been the worst Ive experienced anywhere in the last 2-3 months Ive gone there. Apart from the fact that every meal Ive ordered has never come out without something missing like the sauce, dressing, condiment, side, etc.... tonight when my gf & I went there for street tacos, I found no more than half a small bite of fish in each taco after I opened up the taco when I realized that I couldnt taste any fish in my fish tacos... and of course, they werent served with the chipotle ranch or vegetables as described in the menu.

When I started going there about 2 months ago it was a great place to meet up at and enjoy some food and drinks. Lately it has been terrible. One night the band started late, and only played 3 songs and then went on break. The band sucked, we got up and left to go somewhere else. Another night I showed up on karaoke night and it was not very busy, so the karaoke kind of sucked, but the worst was no waiter even came over to serve us. They would serve the table next to us, but not us. Now, under new management, I hope will help, but already they are making it worse. They wont allow dogs anymore on the patio. One reason I enjoyed the bar. As far as I know there were no issues, people enjoyed seeing a dog (as long as their owner was respectful about it). Got to go find a new bar now.
