Words can not describe how incredibly happy we are with Mansion By The Sea for our wedding. Tiare Bordes was absolutely amazing from our first phone call with her, until she sent us off to our limo through the big beautiful wooden gate. Her years of experience as a host and wedding coordinator are quite obvious when talking with her about your special day. Her attention to detail was extremely helpful when planning every detail of our wedding. She has developed working relationships with many local vendors that have proven to be the best in the industry. Tiare made our entire wedding planning process so much easier and was a pleasure to work with. By the time we had our wedding, we had already met with her several times and she had become like family to us. She is truly passionate about her craft and takes everything very serious. She will make sure you special day is better than you could ever imagine. The newest addition to her team, Angela, her Assistant Wedding Coordinator was incredible. She will make sure anything you need is in place and allow both the bride and the groom to focus on them selves. All while remaining calm with a smile on her face. Her confidence and poise was contagious as we counted down to our big moment. Combine these two amazing woman with the extremely professional staff, and stunning beauty of Mansion By The Sea, and you get a dream wedding that far exceeds your expectations. The venue itself is truly unique. With all of your decorations under one roof including tables and chairs, center pieces, linens and colors, planning was a breeze. The versatility of the indoor outdoor reception area saved our wedding this past weekend. The weather was calling for rain and the skys were dark. Her quick decision to set the reception dinner inside was brilliant because moments after our ceremony, the rain let loose. It made dinner more cozy and everyone visited together. Then after hours of dancing the night away the weather cleared and we opened the large doors to the deck. We spent the rest of the night on the deck with the cool breeze. It was a perfect ending to a magical evening. If you are looking for more than just a place to have your wedding, than look no further. Tiare and her team at Mansion by the Sea are phenomenal and made our wedding experience truly memorable and as stress free as possible. Tiare has an incredible attention to detail and her décor is on point. She has closets full of centerpiece ideas and table cloths. Even when I changed my mind a few weeks before the event and went with totally different colors, she was super helpful and accommodating. The facility is beautiful and well kept- your guests will love it! The deck outside gets a nice breeze and the area behind the ceremony site has beautiful greenery that makes for a very pretty backdrop for photos. The vendors that Tiare has vetted are top notch and you can count on excellent service from her bartender, DJ, and other recommendations. Laura, our day of coordinator, was also so helpful and kind. She made sure everything ran smoothly and I was not stressed at all on my wedding day. A guest also remarked that the evening flowed perfectly. All in all, I loved working with Tiare and her team- they are gifted, professional, care about you, and are willing to do whatever they can to make your day special. Thank you for the best wedding day I could have dreamed up!

We searched all over the Gulf Coast for the perfect location and Mansion by the Sea was our #1 choice for the location of our elopement, unfortunately, we were unable to coordinate dates and travel to make it work. That being said, while we did not get the privilege of holding our event here, I feel that Tiares exceptional level of service was so respectable that she certainly deserved for us to share this. Even after I had to inform Tiare that we were unable to use her beautiful venue, she continued to treat us with the same respect and professionalism as if we had and was very generous to refer us to other professionals that were a better fit for our needs. Thank you very much Tiare and we are eagerly looking forward to holding an event at Mansion by the Sea in the future!

We got married here on Saturday April 29, 2017 and it was the most wonderful experience we could have imagined!!! Angela was god sent and helped us with every step along the way. Seriously Angela was amazing. Not sure how we would of made it without her help day of the wedding coordination. She was THE BEST! Wonderful venue and dream wedding style. I highly recommend mansion by the sea! We were extremely impressed with their skill and dedication to us. The owners were down to earth and very gracious. We loved dj Dave and our Cateror that Tiare recommended. We also loved Daniella who did our makeup and Marlow who did our hair!!! They made it so easy and perfect! Thanks again guys! I highly suggest anyone who lives in the area or wants a destination wedding, book at Mansion by the Sea. Tiare and her staff are impeccable with their help and resources with a timely and professional manner. As with any wedding planning, stress is involved and Tiare literally takes that pressure off of you. She promises and delivers, a lady of her word. The venue speaks for itself... beautiful, clean and calm. The whole facility alots for all facets of your wedding day. I loved all the different places to take pictures among the space for dinner and reception. Her husband even has lemurs he generously let us visit :) I would do this all over again, at the same venue if I had to. This team literally delivered the Best Day Of My Life!

Beautiful venue but the "owner" made everyone very uncomfortable. We were friends of both the Bride & Groom...and were so looking forward to this special day. We also have two daughters that will someday, quite possibly get married here on the coast. After the way we (and other guests) were treated, I can honestly say we will NEVER consider this place for a wedding....and will NEVER attend another wedding if it is here. Its bad when the groom texts you the next day, apologizing for her (the owners) actions. We chose not to "make a scene" out of respect for the Bride and Groom on their special day.

My husband and I had our wedding here June 8, 2017 and Tiare, Angela and their team is just AMAZING!!! From the moment I met Tiare I knew she was the person I wanted handling our special day. She provides so much information and goes step by step of your wedding day with you! Very organized and professional!!! The day of our wedding was so stress free!!! They take care of everything from set up to clean up! I always wanted a beach wedding and I had a DREAM COME TRUE WEDDING!!!! The weather was beautiful and even the dolphins came for a little visit!!! I cant thank Mansion By The Sea enough!!!
