Spent most of the day Sunday at the NEW strike and spare and I agree with other review, that the new juke box is horrible (Paid $1/song) the bowling lanes are from the old strike and spare in Gallatin and Hendersonville and the lane was not level and ours also kept locking up. We paid $96 for 5 wrist bands and the only thing that was good was the skating, the lazer tag did not work properly, lanes sucked, food was NASTY. Dont get me started on the BAR. We ordered a drink from the bar and I got my 7+7 (seagrams 7 and sprite) and the tap water has more color than my drink. When I told the tender it was not a shot (1.5 oz) she said it was, that it was because the glass is big. She asked if I wanted a double shot, I said yes and $36 later for 3 drinks was ridiculous!!! Drinks that combined only had 1 shot in them. Later I asked for manager and this girl said she was the assistant manager and I explained my situation to her with the bowling lane and bar and she just stared at me and I asked what she is going to do and she just said "sorry, but we are new and are learning". WILL NOT GO BACK!!!! Cant wait till Dave & Busters opens. Or when the old bowling spot re opens under new ownership in Hendersonville.

We came to this place because it had better reviews then the other fun center places. The dining area was extremely messy and nasty, literally one clean table. Employees are rude and not friendly. We were missing part of our order, so we go back to the counter and we are not greeted nor talked to. The manger made Eye contact with us, but never tried to help us. Then finally someone comes up but they have an attitude and got our Ballpark Nachos (which I might ad that it came out with stale tortilla style chips) for us and "nicely" informed us that we only get 1 bbq sauce for 5 chicken tenders and if we want more it is extra.... Are we serious? This was around 9-10 so I am sure people were tired but that does not give them a right to neglect their job or have poor customer service. Needless to say after we ate, we did not bowl like planned because we were so dissatisfied with the service that this company has provided that we decided to leave.

This place is huge! There is literally something for every kid to play with. Dont want to play a few rounds of bowling, you can do bumper cars. If thats not your thing how about some later tag? Just want to take it easy they have skating rink. Have little ones and they cant do any of that, well there is a huge indoor play place. You want some pizza if thats not what you want they have a full on cafe. Dont get me started on all the games they have, no need to comes home with a bunch of usless tokens all of them are quarter operate. Missing the Chuck E Chesse feel they have you covered, the games give you ticket so you can pick out a prize at the end of your day.

We went on a Sunday about 1:30 pm with 10 boys ages 6-16 for a birthday party. The staff was excellent, wonderful people and accommodating and so very kind the whole afternoon. We stayed til 5:30 pm, there was so much to do. Our sons and their friends had the best time and they were so active, non-stop. We definitely felt we got our moneys worth, not a doubt about it. Also, the bathrooms were clean the whole day, the staff kept the attractions clean and moving along, no long lines. Finally, we lost a chain and cross and they searched and searched for us, even through the evening to find it. Oh, and the deep fried chocolate brownies were very good!

Staff behind the counters are not friendly and show no personality, they are all very young, and need some adult supervision. One night, a Monday in January 2008, the person who seemed to be the "manager" was goofing off in the lane with his friends, incredibly unprofessional behavior in a bowling alley. Depsite the state wide ban on indoor smoking, it still smells like smoke behind the counter, and sometimes at the end of the alley past the pro shop. The lanes themselves bowl pretty good, which makes this an unfortunate situation. The guy in the pro shop, Mike", was the lone shining star in this establishment. This place is ok, but Id go elsewhere.

My girlfriend and I went to the new strike and spare that just opened this September 2011. We were very disappointed the lane we were on kept freezing up and if you prefer to listen to anything other than rap well your out of luck here my girlfriend played bodies by drowning pool on the juke box and they cut it down to where you could barely hear the music but when rap or r/b came on it was so loud you could barely hear each other. I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone. For such a new bowling alley they are having way too many problems. Oh and not too mention the staff is not that friendly.

Strike & Spare Family Fun Center
I have worked closely with the owners of this family fun center and I can say with full confidence they have built a business that is truly family friendly. This family fun center is by far a leader in the industry. With years of experience their expertise, knowledge and customer care is unmeasurable. I would highly recommend this company because they genuinely care about their customers receiving an experience that they are 100% satisfied with.

For our first visit, it was a bit overwhelming for me. It was crowded, which means that many people enjoy going here, but its definitely not good for a quiet evening with your family. If youre looking for excitement at every turn, this is a good place to be. I really liked their process for serving food, as they gave you a number that they would call over the speakers so you dont need to stand around waiting.

We went on a Wednesday morning in late July. Stayed about 6 hours. If not for the busloads of daycare kids that showed up around 9:30, we would have had most attractions to ourselves. But as it was, we had to wait in line 10 minutes for some rides and 20-30 minutes for the laser tag. We spent about $120 there total for 5 people $60 for entrance fee, $40 for lunch, and $20 for arcades.

This place is dirty. All the furniture is old and warnout. Cost to much. The staff is rude and unhelpful. They do not keep much older kids out of the little tikes room. Not a clean table to be had in the cafe. DONT EAT THERE... I watched a guy cutting pizza with his long hair right over the pizza. No Hair Net!!! Gross!!! No one wears hair nets that prepaid food there...

This place was pretty spectacular. Its a gem for kids on a rainy day. They have endless activities. You can just bowl if you want, or splurge on the wristband and get to do a bit of everything. The kids had a blast, and I got to connect with my mom friend and still have some adult time too. It was also kept quite clean considering all the kiddos running around. A+
