The staff is outrageous. In particular a old worker there named Randy. I find him highly un professional. He doesnt even put his real name on his badge. I had to call the regional office just to find out his name. Movie theaters are supposed to use School IDS however he didnt accept it. And decided to throw my friend out. At the end of the movies I go and ask him for his name. He doesnt give it to me. And gives me an attitude. This was one incident. There has been another one where he recognized me ( from a few months ago when that happened) and questioned me how I got in the movies when I was going to the bathroom. I bought my ticket at the front gate like usual. He even saw me come in but wanted to give me a hard time. I find this individual highly un suitable for this movie theater. Go to the Rave cinemas. I went there and the staff are so nice and welcoming.

I live in the town over and have gone here for years. In the past year, they have changed something with the front 2 theaters. Lights barely went down for the start of the movie. I could see glare on the screen and everyone around me brightly lit. The "movie experience" was ruined. I got up and asked to speak to a manager. He informed me that the lighting is their "emergency" lights. My guess is they have 60W bulbs instead of 20W or something. I go to a movie to be immersed, and the past 3 times Ive gone here thinking it was just a fluke, my friends and I hated it.

What I didnt like about theater is that after asking an employee before I went out if I can bring in a dunkin coffee and he said Yes I come back into a different employee and states with attitude that Im not allowed to bring in coffee , and as I tried to explain that the previous emplyee said I could a rude manager abruptly said no you cannot bring it in, never had that type of horrible customer service, I will go to eastfield mall cinemark who does allow coffee!

People are always friendly. I love the popcorn but I wish they pre-buttered it because the pumps take forever to get a good amount and then you only have butter on the top. Still, I would go there just to get popcorn. Comfortable seats in comparison to some other theaters. The price for food, drinks, and candy is a bit high but thats pretty standard for movie theaters, unfortunately. Love going on Tuesdays for the discounted prices! :)

This is the best movie theater on Planet Earth! No, but really, what do want from a theater? It doesnt smell bad, unless you count the guy next to you who hasnt showered since the Reagan administration. The people are friendly, and the seats comfortable. The snacks will make you need to take out a second mortgage to pay for them. But isnt that true in any theater? Enjoy the show!

I go to this theater on a regular basis. The ticket prices are pretty low, the food is good and inexpensive (well, as inexpensive as theater food can be) and I havent had any problems with it the six years Ive gone to it. It may not be the nicest theater with the nicest seats, etc., but I recommend it to anyone who just wants to see a good, casual movie.

The theater has good food,good movies,and I love the birthday parties there,they are so fun!!!I think everything is good about this theater.But the staff members are not as friendly as I thought they would be.One time I almost missed half the movie because I had to wait for a staff member to get my food/drinks.But overall it is a pretty good theater.

The enfield mall does not have very many reasons to visit, but this theater is one of them. The staff is friendly, the theater is clean, high back chairs are comfortable and offers a wide selection of times, and 3D and non 3d films. My only complaint is I wish the arm rests would go up instead of being fixed in place.

Wow! Incredible staff. The theater itself is a little old, but the staffs disposition surely make up for it! In particular, the handsome concessionist Anthony and his stunning co-worker Lexie were personable, professional, and overall polished. If theyre not getting paid $50/hr they should be!

While tickets were affordable, the snacks were HIGHLY priced! Everything is $3.85 (minimum). For a family of 3 tickets total was $17.85. BOTTOM LINE: Its cheaper to buy tickets for 2 movies than it is to enjoy snacks.

New lower ticket prices and cheap matinee tickets. No longer accept AAA discount tickets. Theater is pretty nice. Seats are not leather and do not recline. Good theather and way less crowded then Buckland Hills

It was a awful experience wouldnt let me see a Rated R movie because I didnt have my id dumb dumb I do not recommend going there ps my popcorn was dryer then the Sahara desert and the toilets were dirty

The theaters are nice and big, plenty of room to relax!! The ticket guy behind the counter was not friendly at all!! The girl was!! The seats are a tad low, Im tall so my legs were uncomfortable.

I like the seats comfortable however they dont let you into rated R without id that I can see but when it is obvious that you look over 17 and the food was ok however it was too pricey

Great location in the mall, near all the shopping you would need. Comfortable enough for a movie, but not as nice as some of the theatres in Manchester.

One of worst theater experience. Bad seats . Dont recline and not elevated to enjoy the theater experience. Its batter to sit at home and watch a DVD.
