I live about 600 miles from World Wide Corals (WWC). Ever since seeing a tour of the store on youtube (Joey from - The King of DIY) I have planned to visit in person. While visiting some family about an hour north of Orlando, I broke away to check out the store. Where to start.... The store is incredibly clean and well organized. The display tanks and frag tanks are especially well organized. Most aquarium stores struggle to develop a neat way to clearly price each coral. WWC has arranged their coral in a way that makes the pricing for each individual piece easy to find. I was never guessing what an individual piece would cost. WWC also has the greatest variety of coral I have seen under a single storefront. In addition to having a great variety of different types of coral, they have a great size variety of each coral. It was nice to have the option to purchase the same type of coral in almost any size. No matter your budget or what type of coral you want, they probably have something to fit your shopping needs. However, the area where WWC really shined is the staff. I called a couple days prior to my visit to make sure there would be no surprises. During this call I spoke with Ricardo who took the time to answer all my questions in an informative, friendly, and polite manner. At the conclusion of the phone call he told me to ask for him when I arrived at the store several days later. When I did physically arrive at the store (2 days later), I asked for Ricardo. He actually remembered our phone call and immediately picked up our conversation where the phone call left off. After looking around the store for awhile I asked another employee, Hunter, a few questions. Hunter was also friendly and very helpful. He was able to help me understand exactly which corals my lighting would support and he also gave me advice on coral placement in my tank. Additionally, I had a couple family members with me who know absolutely nothing about saltwater aquariums or coral. They were amazed and overwhelmed with the entire experience, they were asking different staff members questions like, “do these tanks take special water?” and “There is a snail upside down in the tank, will you flip him over so he doesn’t die?”. The staff treated my family (who was obviously not going to buy anything) with patience and respect. The point is, WWC is also a great place for folks who are new to the hobby to go ask questions and learn. I was on the fence about actually making a purchase (I live 600 miles away), but the corals were so beautiful and the prices were so reasonable that I could not help myself. Without reservation, I would recommend WWC to anyone. I think the staff at WWC make all the difference in the world. It is very obvious that they take their jobs seriously. It shows in the condition of the coral, the cleanliness of the store, and the customer service provided. Do yourself a favor and give WWC a visit.

I would highly recommend World Wide Corals to anyone in the salt water aquarium/reef aquarium hobby. The owners, Victor, Lou and Ryan are amongst the most knowledgeable people in this field I have ever met. No, I never met Julian Sprung, but Victor could certainly give him a run for his money. Victors knowledge of coral and all of the how tos associated with it is encyclopedic! Dre is also extremely knowledgeable as are all of the staff. I have been around aquariums most of my life. My father and I built our tank back in the mid 70s before much was known about the science of aquaculture. About 6 years ago my wife and I lived in N. Carolina and bought a 120 gallon tank. The coral available in the Raleigh area where we lived was nothing compared to the type and variety of coral you find at World Wide Corals. We moved to Orlando in December and my wife bought me a 29 gallon BioCube. Victor, Lou, Ryan, Dre, Jacob and Josh were so helpful as we pondered what to put in the tank. Ace, the installer is, is one of the easiest going people I have ever met. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful when he comes to either do an installation or service. He is also truly has an excellent eye for aquascaping and coral placement. He will do whatever needs to be done to make your install or service go smoothly and a pleasurable experience. On the day of the delivery/set-up, the regular guy called in sick, and rather than postpone the delivery/set-up, Lou, one of the owners came out and did the set-up himself. He spent considerably more the scheduled 2 hour set-up they charged me for, but at no additional charge. I go to the shop 3 to 4 times a week and the staff are always polite and helpful. They never rush me, and they answer all of my questions (Which are numerous.) politely. They always greet me when I enter the store by name and walk over and shake my hand. I recently bought a 60 gallon tank (Only 2½ months after buying the BioCube) because I was running out of room to the vast variety of coral available. I would highly recommend World Wide Corals to anyone in, or interested in getting into the salt water aquarium/reef aquarium hobby. From the personal service and the personal attention, to the selection of coral, tanks, etc., you cant go wrong. The guys there are all great! I will be a loyal customer for a long time to come! My wife and I love World Wide Corals and we love the staff there as well!

My husband and I interited a saltwater aquarium several years ago and have been going to a different store to buy supplies for years. Three weeks ago, we also bought fish from this other store, our first new inhabitants for four years. Big mistake. On Thursday of last week, the first one died. On Saturday evening, another fish died. On Sunday, we went to store where we had bought the fish, and the owner tried to tell us that they were dying because of aggresion, not disease. Our research and observations finally led us to the real culprit, ick disease. We frantically rushed to Petco, who had absolutely nothing to help, so we looked up fish stores online and found World Wide Corals. We called, and they had the copper we were looking for, so we rushed over. The store was PRISTINE compared to the store the had been going to. The staff were MUCH nicer. Youre greeted with a handshake when you walk in. The tanks are crystal clear, and all of the fish appear extremely healthy. They didnt have the antibiotic-laced food we were looking for, so they even offered to order it for us! Unfortunately, our efforts were not enough to save our fish. Every fish from our aquarium is now dead (in less than a week). Were going to wait a couple of months to let the disease clear out of the water, and then were heading to this place from now on. They did everything they could to help us in a time of need. I wish we would have gone here to begin with.
