The customer service was lacking to say the least. The guy that is supposed to be running the front desk was never actually there, and got snotty when asked any type of question. He refused to put up the bumpers, and got an attitude with me saying "For who?!" When I pointed and said lane 21 he said "no, we just spent 10 grand fixing them because people kept throwing the balls too hard. We wont put them up for anyone over the age of 12." Yes the prices are nice, but that is the only thing positive about my experience there. I will not be going back there!

Recently a female couple were bowling with friends at the Cort Lanes in Cortland NY and were told to leave by an employee because it is a "family establishment." They were told to leave after one of the women kissed the other on the cheek. Do with this information what you will, but I strongly encourage a boycott. I have never gone there and now I never will.

Bowling alley that seems to barely be keeping itself running or so it seems. Parts have been updated but most of the building looks to be 50+ years old and hasnt been updated, maintenance or painted in the same amount of time.

Nice new computers, zero issues with scoring, good ball selection, reasonably priced beer...Whats not to love! And cosmic bowling after 9(?) at least on Saturdays. Staff was helpful and friendly as well.

Do these guys hate money? Cuz we wont be going back. The customer service was horrible from every single staff person. We were made to feel like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in.

Cort-Lanes have brand new bathrooms an arcade, a bar, a snack bar, and 24 bowling lanes for the family! Cort-Lanes also have leagues for kids, adults and elders.

Visited on a guys night out and not sure if we enjoyed the drinks or the bowling more. Will need to stop back into the bar to check.
