PARTY ROOM REVIEW- First off, my wife and I bring our 2 year old here often. We never have any issues, as we pay 5 dollars and our toddler jumps for about 30 minutes and we are done. Since this is one of his favorite spots, we figured why not have his 2 year B day party there. From the initial contact we made with the staff, it was extremely relaxed to get a party room. We were told to give the date and set the time and that was it! We were told we had to put down a deposit, but when we wanted to pay we were told that there werent any other parties that day, so no deposit was needed. We asked how much it would be for our other guests to jump and were told we pay $225 and it includes 20 jumpers. Great we thought. We never heard anything back...no communication after booking on the 21st of December for the 15th of January. We ended up having to call them two days before the party for our pizza order in (they never reached out to us and they acted VERY non chalant throughout the whole experience). So finally we made it to the party day. Management was very helpful during set up, but once the party started, our 35 guests were left to a poor 16 year old girl who, in my opinion, was not experienced enough and obviously needed help. From the get go, everything moved at a snails pace...from serving the pizza and getting the drinks, to rudely asking my wife why she was handing out stickers (really? You put them on the cart!) Mind you, the party room was VERY VERY stuffy (is there any AC in there?)...and it didnt help that drink orders were an afterthought due to the young girl having to manage a party with no management help or other staff helping. To make matters worse, the girl that was working our party was hanging out at the front counter eating chips and talking to coworkers just chillaxing. We had a $200 cake, party favors, pinterest level decorations and it was all a let down because of Jump Streets lack of communication and professionalism. In the end, the manager Elliot was told of the situation and was very professional in allowing me to explain my displeasure and he ended up offering a discount (which honestly didnt matter because the party was a letdown, no offense). The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because the manager (Elliot) handled the situation well. Jump Street, you are awesome....but PLEASE get your communication together and staff the appropriate amount of employees to allow an enjoyable experience for big parties.

To all parents planning on having a party at Jumpstreet, please keep in mind, the majority of these employees are teenagers...high schoolers! They work their butts off only to be yelled at by parents who think they know everything! They have a job to do and procedures to follow. When you dont like how the company has asked them to do their jobs, please confer with the manager, not by yelling at the teenager. If parents think they can run a better party and dont want to follow the rules, then STAY AT HOME and do so! My 2 teenagers have worked there over 2 years and love it! However, having them come home in tears because of mean parents makes this momma bear angry! This facility is great place for kids to have fun! So let them have fun and quit micromanaging! In the end, the children will remember all of your yelling instead of the fun time they had. More times than not, the kids are more than ecstatic; it is the parents who ruin the party!

Went there with my 4 year old and had ONLY 2 slides in a small area that was cramped in. These slides had a big sign saying "Stop, do not enter without an attendant" and no one was ever present. Waited 20 mins to pay...there were other 3-4 attendants but they wont assist and only 1 girl who was busy checking in and giving bands to a group ahead of me. Had no water water in the vending machines for kids just bcos someone decided to sell it at the counter instead and make money off of water sale..all Gatorade Kids facility and bathroom sinks were not kids accessible...what were u thinking.... Very pricey since adds every hour and not worth it...there are much much better places around... Sorry but this places days are numbered in this market :)

We have 4 children - 13yo Female, 12yo Male, 11yo Male, and 3yo Female. We went on a Wednesday for about 2 hours and the kids were not ready to leave; they all had a great time. The facility is very clean, the staff was pleasant and helpful, and the price was affordable - ($4 for the 3yo, and the others were $8 for the first hour and then $6 for each additional hour). In recap, 4 children were able to play for 2 hours for $46; not cheap but cheaper than other activities in the Franklin area. Jumpstreet has more offerings for the older children than Monkey Joes or Goofballs. Everyone was able to enjoy several areas as opposed to other indoor play providers where they typically have 1 or possibly 2 items, which they quickly become bored with.

Great place for kids to jump around. It is a bit pricey, though - at $14 per hour for older kids. Or soon is 3 years old so we only paid $5 for his entry. Smaller kids can only play at a limited set of trampolines though. We usually take him to Monkey Joes at Rivergate so this is a new destination for him. Its also a bummer that you cannot even bring your personal water bottle inside. Maybe they want their customers to just buy water from them.

A great deal and they let me us my own socks whereas some places make you use specific socks that they sell for an extra $3 or so. Would have been nice to have a foam pit, but the extras they had were pretty cool; a mechanical bull, some really tall columns that you can climb, and some basketball goals in their own trampoline area. Overall, pretty darn fun, even for a 28-year-old.

Kind of expensive but a fun place to bring the kids. You pay to bounce for an hour. I dont think we even stayed for the full hour because we tired so quickly. To bounce on those trampolines uses muscles that you dont normally use. My daughter loved it though and we will probably be back.

After we spent ten minutes filling out paperwork to jump, I was informed that my three-year-old could only use the bouncy houses and could not jump in the trampoline area. We packed up and headed to the other trampoline place in town, where everyone can jump. Lame.

AWESOME! Except all the little kids running around on the "big kids area" My friend and I have been close to injuring a little kid twice. Whenever I get ready to tumble, A little kid just runs right at me.

My boys had a blast. Plenty of seating for parents, not overly crowded, and the price was fair. Definitely not dirty and staff was nice, unsure why other reviews mentioned otherwise.

Way too many rules, and extremely ridiculous you have to pay extra to do certain things. Very irritating, and makes me mad that no personal water bottles allowed. Not going back.

We had our Millers Thrillers Haunted Woods managers party here and we liked it so much that I booked my 4 year olds birthday party here for the following month!
