My 7year old little brother spent his own money on the duck claw machine game. It states on the game "winner every time" and "play till you win" so he thought he would surely be getting ducks for himself and his niece. He did not win, the game did not let him play again or collect a prize to be a "winner". Sky high refused to honor the game or give him a prize...dont let your children spend their own money on this disappointment!! I was also was made to feel inferior for breastfeeding my 4mo old daughter. They did not ask me to stop but I did have a member of staff come to inform me that some people had been looking.. though I didnt see others who seemed uncomfortable, nor was I out in the open.

My 14 year old little brother had a BLAST here!! Not to mention, they always have little sales and promotions going on to help circumvent the high price! We went for their After Dark Special where you can jump from 8-11 and pay $15, so I cant speak to the normal prices they may charge. However, their after dark event has their cosmic jumping with all of the laser lights and whatnot and it was pretty cool! It is definitely worth checking out! You have to either walk around barefooted or buy a pair of their socks to wear around, so Im a bit too much of a germaphobe for myself to truly enjoy it, but this place is definitely fun for all ages!

Broken Clifford ride which I told 3 kid workers about, one replied, "Yeah, its not working" --where is the sign? Maybe the printer was out of ink and they couldnt print anymore broken signs. Change machine was down, but we did get change from the front. Quarter toy machine for a slappy hand toy, that ate our money but no toy. Duck machine for a $1 play til you win only lets you play ONCE even if you DO NOT win. Vending drinks say $1.75 but its really $2. No court monitors but lots staff walking around? I guess thats good *wink wink* Lost $2.25 to all these broken machines. Kids love the foam pit though.

Disgusting! We have gone in a couple of times when they opened. There were still crumbs on the tables, and the bathrooms were never cleaned. If they arent cleaning tables, I wonder if they are keeping their trampolines in good repair, and what about the recirculating air we are breathing?! The kids and I have a great time, it is a fun place! But its just not worth my unease of bringing the kids here anymore.

Over priced and the staff looked like they just hated being there. One girl just standing around with her hands on her hips not even helping the kids grab the rope over the foam pit they were falling in trying to get it themselves. A different guy just walking around with his Earbuds in not paying a bit of attention to the bigger kids racing around knocking others over.

Again really bad service. Stood inn line for 45 min....the last time I came they had a party and did not tell us when we called and was informed when I got there we should have checked the web site.I live 35 - 40 miles away...and the concession stand closes at ten the snack machines dont work...not a good place to take 3 preteens.....

Very fun place but you need to be in shape! I was worn out after about 30min of jumping. Great place for kids to blow off steam although it is expensive. Unless you want to go barefoot you have to buy socks from them. It wasnt explained why though. Staff was friendly but reserved. Would be a great place for a kids party.

As a nanny this was a perfect place for me to take a 9 and 11 year old. I jumped with them as did several parents. Although if I didnt want to jump there was an area I could sit in and watch them. I really enjoyed it but its definitely a work out !!! A little pricey when paying for multiple people but not too terrible.

I take my son here almost every Saturday, he has a great time and everyone there just about know him by name, the staff is very friendly and I know that he is safe when he plays, he spends two hours there each time. The cost is fair and they have enough activities to occupy him for the entire time.

I went here and had a blast. Sadly about 1 hour in i pulled a muscle in my leg and upon going down the staff was extremely helpful. They made sure I was alright and during the whole scenario I also lost my phone. They couldnt find it at first but latter they did and called me.

ATM doesnt work Change machines dont work Most of the games dont work properly Snack Bar not open all in all a bad experience. there is nothing that makes me want to bring the kids back. Im supposed to sit here with them and cant even get a snack. come on management!

Had people jump line just to get in. Only one staff member working the front on the busiest night, what a joke. Waites almost 45 minutes before leaving. This place needs management Will never go back at least to this location.

I went there and I could not where my own socks so I had to go bare foot or buy there socks and I went to go get a snack but there snack bar was closed waste of the expensive cost it took to get in GO TO JUMPSTREET

It was fine but Im just confused why I paid $100 for 2 hours but it shows in my email I signed it at 5:17 but had to leave at 6:30??? Im going to call there and get my money back or something. Thats a rip off.

It was the best experience for a kids birthday party. Our grandchildren and friends had fun. The pizza was better than any kids spots. The service was excellent.

One of the worst experiences Ive had. Most of the activities they had there were closed, and the staff were very nosy and annoying. Never going here again.

The employees are very engaging, and include all kids on every court. By the end of our time of jumping, I loved sky high. Its very family friendly.

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Waited 30 minutes for a Mnt.Dew and pizza. Staff is racist and showed towards their friend who DIDNT pay to jump.

Not al lot to do got boring really fast and not the best service. The people could be a lot nicer. Jump Jam is defenitly better.
