This is my FAVORITE haunted house! Weve been going to it for years. Its family owned (or was...), & they add to it every year. We always go before Halloween weekend & arrive early. It has ALWAYS taken us at least 45 minutes to get through it. There is so much to see!! We actually LIKE all the props & "museum" effect. The cars & graveyard are always awesome. I love all the creepy music they play too. There are plenty of actors that scare the pants off me every year, so I dont get some of these reviews that are negative. If people arrive super late to any haunted house most actors are exhausted, or some had to get off work already, & it might suck. There are the most actors (& they are at their best) before 11pm. That is my experience with ALL haunted houses. One of the main things we love about this one is how long it takes to go through it. Just my 2 cents! :D

We went with a group last night 10/30/2010 and it was so crowded, that once we finally got going through the haunted house, we still stood in line going through the maze/museum. It was a bunch of hospital scenes, and stupid scenes you had to look at through cages,windows or doors. Every now and then there would be someone scary dressed up walking through the lines, or people with drills or knives trying to scare people. There was only one character inside that was from a scary movie that i can remember. It was not worth the money, im a big chicken, and i was not scared. Haunted houses are not like they used to be. The things that scare people are from movies, not just to walk through a maze to look at scenes with all mechanical stuff. Dont go.

Im a veteran of haunted houses having attended Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios for ten years in a row. I happened to be in Nashville and decided to look this place up last weekend. I was amazed at the length and the detail in the place. The props were great and it was truly a scary experience. But the big kudos go to the scareactors. I got several jumps (which Im almost immune to at this point) and they really got my girlfriend. She actually went backwards into the wall. It was great. Overall, a first class haunted house that ranks up their with the big ones like Netherworld in Atlanta. Ignore the fools that say anything bad about this house. It was a great experience.

Terrible haunted house! I havent been to a haunted house in about 4 years because I was terrified the last one I visited one. So saying that I was sooo apprehension about going because of fear,but wanted a thrill. When I say first you walk in and watch Halloween on an old small TV while waiting. That was probably the scariest thing. Next they had 8 actors I counted including the judge and the one in the back with the chainsaw. I was not scared at all,and it was just 4 people in my group. Please dont waste your time and money. Let me help you since I stood in the rain outside waiting. NO WORTH IT THIS YEAR!

Ive gone here many different years. Never disappointed. I always get there early so Im one of the first people through the doors. There are plenty of hidden areas inside so take your time going through so you dont miss anything. You can easily stay inside 45 min to an hour if you go through all of the areas. the women in my group always scream bloody murder when we go. dont listen to the people that say it sucks because they went when they were getting ready to shut down for the night. Everyone is tired and ready to go home by then and Im sure they dont get paid OT once the place closes.

Cons Just the same as it probably was 10 years ago. Just a classic scare house. Overall If youre in Nashville, there are lots of better options, this one didnt make the top 5 for the area within 30 miles of Nashville.

We went two years ago and why is it that you ask, WELL it was just boring and had like two actors ruining through the whole place over and over, this used to be the best haunted attraction years ago, now its at the bottom. Props all around that smell old from being stored all year long. Not scary, just stupid! Maybe they have an extra actor or two this year??? Its your money to spend but Im not doing it.

Loved this place since 2001 when it was across the street, was an actual prison for the criminally insane, back when it was really scary. Started working there 16 years ago, man it seems like forever. I havent worked there in years but still keep in contact with everybody cuz theyre cool as hell, well at least I keep in contact with the ones that matter LOL

If i could give it zero stars I would....like no actors and all props. I went years ago to this when it was actually in the old prison and remember it being amazing. Now....they should pay us to go through it. Save your time and money go to either Nashville Nightmare or Monster Mountain. This was absolutely ridiculous.

It was okay...I do like that they have people walking around in the lines scaring people and also they show up in the house! That was cool especially when you know who is scared :) But it was a lot of fake stuff like dummies, would have liked to see more real people in the cage scenes!

Terrible. Seeing all the old hospital equipment and antiques was the only cool thing about this place. There was only a hand full of "actors" in the place and they just scream in your ear. When we got done there was 5 actors sitting, smoking cigarettes. I guess they was on break.

Worse 30.00 I have ever spent. Was not scary at all. Mostly props very few actors. They were basically all dressed the same. Felt like a museum tour not a haunted house. Dont waste your time going here. New owners you definitely need to rethink your setup...

I feel they should have paid us the actors didnt even try to scare us at some points and there were so many places they could have had ppl not enough actors however the employees before you go I were very nice

It was the WORST haunted house I have EVER been to. I counted THREE actors. & then one of the actors was rushing us out & even said he was trying to go home. Worst $15 I have ever spent. Save your money.

they didnt separate people at all.... you literally were in line with people in front of you and behind you the whole time. Not scary at all. Skip it and go somewhere else.

They took my sd card after j deleted everything . It said 45 min it was only 20 min . Worst place they said they could call the cops even tho there wasnt any video on it

If i could give this place 0 stars i would, it was sucky and no real props. All they had were fake props that lasted MAYBE 20 mins at the max. Waste of $20.
