Dealing with these people who run this place are very rude. On the phone or in person...I got called 15 minutes before I was suppose to arrive there having them tell me, that are waiting on me and my boat ride was not scheduled until 45 minutes later. One lady at the payment counter is doing too many things at once, when you get there to pay for your tickets. (shes talking on the phone, or dealing with two customers at once etc....) when I asked her for my credit card back, she claims she gave it back to me....NOPE, NADA...wasnt in my wallet or my purse. Oh woops, there it is, on her counter under some things, where she rudely tried to tell me she had returned my credit card. The boat ride was nice, the guys on the boat were nice and informative, not much to point out on this 2 hr trip tho, but to just be out on the water for the 2 hours was enjoyable ..the short stop on island was ok....but I would not patron this business again because of the rude women that run it.

We just came back from the Tarpon sponge docs for my birthday and we decided to take your Dolphin Beach Cruise and WE HAD SUCH A WONDERFUL time. In fact, when we got off the boat at the end, my youngest daughter even said, "THIS WAS AMAZING. THE BEST DAY EVER!" I wanted to let you all know that everyone of your staff was generous and courteous from when we purchased the tickets through our most delicious lunch well into the cruise and even our return. My kids want to know when we are going back for another cruise. As a small business owner myself, I understand the necessity of great customer service and you all outdid yourselves!! We will be coming back for another cruise and we will recommend you guys to everyone we know!!!!

Just giving you some feed back on your cruise from my recent vacation. We felt ripped off! It was a little sight seeing cruise and shelling. As soon as everyone was off the boat, the captain said dolphin. When we all got back on the boat, he didnt even look for dolphin, he headed straight back to the dock. What a rip off. And I talked someone into going so they could experience the dolphins and the whole experience. I would never recommend this cruise to anyone who was promised that it was that type of cruise. It was just to take you money and pick up shell that you could get from any beach. Very disappointed in the service. You should refund people their money!

Completely frustrated! We bought our tickets over an hour before the trip. When it was time to board, we were last in line and were told there were too many people on the boat. They did a roll call. Turned out a group snuck a 5th member of their party on board without paying. Instead of making that group get off and take a later trip, they were allowed to stay on board. We were told we would have to wait. Waiting was not possible because we had other plans. We were refunded and given $6 off our next visit. Unfortunately, we are just visiting, and will not be back to Tarpon anytime soon.

Great trip! We took our kids (9 & 6) out for my daughters 9th birthday and we all loved it. We spent about 10 minutes looking at dolphins on the way to the island then spent 30 minutes on the island picking up shells. The time was well managed and the crew was very professional. The captain did a great job explaining what was going to happen and when it was going to happen, in addition to providing information about the local area. He had a very professional speaking voice and delivery which was also nice.

First cruise I took in July was great. Took another group of friends from out of town in March. It was awful. Late leaving, crew was not friendly, free parking was full. Did not see any dolphins on the way to the island. Didnt have a chance to stop and look on the way back because the crew thought they lost a passenger and we sat at the beach after boarding for 15 min. Then they figured out they didnt know how to count. Finally left the beach and cruised at high speed with no explanation.

Great boat tour for the money, had a blast, boat was not over crowded..Me and my boyfriend did a cruise at 4:30 on Dec 7, 2016. Maybe 10 other people with us. Captains assistant was very friendly. For $40 got a great tour and boat ride and a stop on anclote key for 1/2 hour ocean and shell and sponge dock picking. Whole trip was 1 hour and 45 minutes. Got more for the buck with this trip than the $80 dinner cruises

Booked a 2 pm cruise and its 2:22 pm Now and the boat is full of people waiting to leave. Apparently they will keep pulling people off the street to fill it to capacity! Also the people off the boat before us said there were no dolphins at all. I asked the captain and he said nope they are not out playing today. I would not book this again and wish I could get off it right now .

Nice ride but lacking in service and courtesy. They asked us to be there by 1215 for the 1230 departure then yelled at us every few minutes for lining up to board. The captain and other employee sat on the boat smoking and relaxing until 1240 when they finally started boarding. The narration was minimal as we headed towards the gulf. Not friendly at all.

Very enjoyable... Excellent for an afternoon with kids...moderately priced...gift shop staff was extremely friendly....our group ate at the restaurant prior to excursion and again the staff was very accommodating.... Would definitely recommend! Boat cruise was well worth the money! We had 5 & 6 year olds with us and they had a blast!

Really enjoyed our first Dolphin cruise today. Seeing Dolphins in the wild was something I had always wanted to see; the captain spotted some Dolphins and positioned/repositioned the boat closely so everyone had an opportunity to watch them.

Took the Spongeorama Sunset Cruise and it was beautiful. Saw lots of dolphins and some turtles.. Also had a great view of a lovely sunset. The cruise had nice cold beer too! Will definitely be doing this again.

For my daughters birthday we chose to do this tour. A fabulous time from the initial boarding, seeing the dolphins play in their habitat, cruise to the island and return. Staff was awesome and accommodating.

The cruise was enjoyable to the island and back. We stopped to watch a dolphin fishing, and I found good, whole shells at the island. The scenery was beautiful as we cruised out into the bay.

Great ride for the money. Everyone was very nice. Kids loved it. Got to see the dolphins playing and got some very nice shells. If every in this area again will definitely ride again.

The dolphin cruise was awesome! We were lucky enough to see both dolphins and manatees, it was amazing. It was my first time in Tarpon and it was definitely a memorable experience.

Been on this cruise three or four times. The people are great and we always see dolphins. Every time we have company, we take them on the cruise.

The meal after the cruise was awesome. We were 30 mins late taking off. Didnt see dolphins we were late returning. People were smoking.
