We visited the location 2925 W Frank Gordy Pkwy to see The Lego movie. While inside of the movie theatre I received a very important email from my employer. (This message came through silently and at no time did my cellular phone make any noise) I then began reading it and Ms. Sarah Martinez (General Manager) of this location walked up to me and in a very loud voice stated "YOU NEED TO PUT THAT PHONE AWAY". I then asked if the light was distracting someone and she again stated in a very rude way "YOU NEED TO PUT THAT PHONE AWAY, THERE IS NO CELL PHONE USAGE IN THIS THEATRE". I then stated that I was not talking on my cellular phone but I needed to check an important email. She then stated that I had to leave the theatre in order to do so. Ms. Martinez not only disturbed everyone in the theatre but she acted in an extremely unprofessional manner. I did not leave the location as the email only took 2 minutes to respond to but I did request to speak with Ms. Martinez after the movie ended. Again she spoke to me in a manner that was consistent with a parent chastising their child. She had no respect for me as a customer and was proud to flaunt her status in front of the employees and other customers alike. I explained to Ms. Martinez that I was in the midst of checking an email and if this interrupted anyone in there plight to view the movie, I apologize. I then explained to her that a General manager should know how to treat every customer and that the way she approached me with regards to an issue was very unprofessional. I am a long time resident of East Cobb and their are numerous movie theaters in this area. I will be sure to alert all of my associates, friends and anyone that I encounter with regards to this location and the very rude staff. I will also advise them that they should visit better locations that appreciate them as a customer. Unfortunately, my children were involved as well and had a very negative experience due to Ms Martinezs actions. Ms. Sarah Martinez represented the GEORGIA THEATRE COMPANY in a very unprofessional way.

Saw Beauty and the Beast 2017 here. It was out for about a week and there were only 2 other people in the same showtime as me and my friend. Admittedly we went here to avoid the crowd, but its very much in stuck in a 90s timewarp. Staff was polite, theater was clean, but you can only do so much when the building itself needs new lighting, carpet, chairs... or maybe just a deep steam cleaning and a fresh coat of paint.

The theater now has a new GM (General manager). Before large frozen drink did not allow free refills now they do. The staff is very helpful. I can never find my theatre but there is always someone to help me. I am an avid movie goer and a place like this is very swell. The only thing i dont like are the pretzels, they taste horrible. Everything else is awesome

This is the first theatre I ever remember going to as a kid. I remember when it was built, which was over 2 decades ago. 12 screens was a lot back then! The sound and picture are good here, and so is the seating. The building feels a little old, but its still a good theatre.

Bad theater. It is dirty. We could hear sounds from the movie in the next theater. Completely ruined our experience. We watched fantastic beasts movie and the image quality was poor it looked a little grainy and greyed out like too many ambient lights in the room.

Park 12 is a great little movie theater. Its well-maintained, the parking is close and convenient, the theaters are on the smaller side, the sound system is good and the stadium seating is great. Ive never had a complaint about this place.

Movie theater is quite old - so thats not a big deal, but it smells musty. My little boy just leaned over and said it smells like a horse barn in here. Carpets need vacuumed...holiday weekend admittedly, but not up to even par. : (

Man. I graduated in this area in 2000. This theater hasnt had a face lift since. Its my first and last time back. Smells like an old locker room. Chair Im sitting in is falling apart, and narrow. Merchants blows this place away.

I saw Power Rangers 2017 here. Movie was great. Theater was dirty and smelled bad. Staff was rude. Managers were pushy trying to rush me out of the theater while I was urinating at a bathroom stall. Dont come here.

I like Park 12 a lot because of its location and the seats which are much more comfortable than most theatres. On the downside it does not have the Mega Screens and the popcorn usually tastes stale.

This theater is ok. Local and convenient for us. The last two times weve been however, theyve played the entire pre-roll with only audio - the screen is black. Sort of disappointing.

Nice little movie theater. Always willing to help the customers have the best experience possible. Managers are always willing to work with you. Great movie prices. Quality popcorn.

Nothing terribly special about this movie theater. Its been here since I was in high school and hasnt changed much since. Honestly, the worst part is they removed the arcade

Good food, convenience, friendly staff, comfy chairs, ultra-sound system, and piano music before the trailers definitely make this theater the best one in the Atlanta area!

A first visit. Will definitely return. Great value for the money. Great service too. -------------------- Cant believe they are closing!

I appreciate this place being here for so long but the theatres in Kennesaw and Movie Tavern in Woodstock have this place beat by a mile.

This place is cheaper than most theaters. Its not the cleanest but its a good alternative to the new trend of very expensive movies.

Its okay theater at best. Its dirty, and the chairs arm rests are always uncomfortable. The only real benefit is that its close by.

Great theater with recent movie selections. Always get the popcorn, and hit an early show after work to beat the weekend crowds.

Good, but no stadium seating. General admission only. No separate concession for movies already in progress (refills, etc).

Parking off the street. Could use updated stadium seating. Restrooms are clean and the Concession stands have short waits.

bad employees and manager, i bought a pretzel and they did not heat it up and the manager touched it with her bare hands

The screens are smaller than most, and the seats are fairly comfortable for a $5.30 matinee. Overall not so bad.

Itll be sad when they close their doors. But other theaters have upgraded making them more attractive,

Needs remodeling, but still a good, small theater. Great employees and very friendly.

A little outdated to some theatres in the area, bit that may keep the crowds down.

Older place, likely why it is not crowded. Friendly staff and zero wait is nice.
