This review is solely for the course ranger. We were told to pick up the pace which is 100% fine. I can appreciate someone doing their job. The problem our group has is that we are all younger folks (ages 32, 29, 21, and 30 in our group). There are not words to describe the way the course ranger handled our slow play situation. The attitude, blatant disrespect, and malignant demeanor he took was solely because we were younger than him which made him feel that he had the right to talk down to us. Had we been all over the ages of 45 he would have never had the same demeanor towards us. There is no way he would he would have ever handled the situation in the same manner. A small tip: those younger folks who you treated so disrespectfully are also the same ones who leave online reviews. Thank the course ranger for the 1 star review.

First time to play and really enjoyed this course today. Nice friendly staff and helpful getting started. Not many players today, probably since it was the day after the Masters. Wife and I played at our own pace and finished in 3 1/2 hours. Bent grass greens were in great shape. Staff informed me that they were still in the process of recovering the traps after last Wednesday 5 1/2" of rain. Saw a lot workers doing just that. Will definitely plan to play this again if we are in the area.

Absolutely love this golf track. It truly is a golf experience that is unmatched. Everything is top notch from the condition of the course tee to green and the top of the line carts with GPS tracking and scoring if desired. Its a rolling course with a good bit of elevation changes at times. There are a lot of bunkers that can come into play if you miss. Its also very serene and secluded at times. The land & its natural environment is respected which is really enjoyable and precious.

Great course and value. Poor mans Augusta without the azaleas. Well maintained wide undulating fairways with close mowed rough. Brush has been cleaned out under the trees and replaced with pine straw just like Augusta. Lots of traps with white sand. The large greens are well maintained bent grass and were super fast at 11+ on the stemp meter. Played 18 holes as a single in less than 2.5 hours at 10:00 oclock on a Tuesday in 60 degree sunny weather. Absolute heaven.

Great course. For the price of $55.00 during Masters week, this place is unmatched. The bent greens were pure and extremely quick. Fairways were lush and green. The carts have GPS. I was shocked how well this place was manicured. I assume it is because it doesnt get much play. Only downside is there is no clubhouse, but there are plans to build another one soon. Compared to Cuscowilla which I paid $225 this is much better!

By far the best public golf course Ive played in the state of Georgia. Very well-kept fairways and greens.... Public course with a very private feel for an extremely economical price. Tom Fazio designed a simply pleasurable course that is easily played if you are on your game. Enjoy it!

Excellent course, usually well maintained...but the greens can suffer with not enough water or too much. Fazios layout is friendly on the eyes and scorecard. Hard to have a tough day there. Need a new clubhouse as the old one was destroyed in a fire.

Canceled my foursome because the desk person was quite rude to one of my group over the cost of the green fee, which in my opinion is expensive, too many quality courses around for less. No excuse to be rude, I have many other quality choices.

Front nine was great! Course was in great shape. Marshall could have done better. 12 &13 at one point had 5 groups. Play was too slow and Group should have been forced to let others play thru or play much faster...

Not the most accommodating staff but the course is nice. The ranger was rude to our group about pace of play when we were already rushing to finish. We wont be returning.

I just called and the guy at the desk was arrogant and rude. I ended up telling them to cancel my tee time. Get over yourself, you are a cashier dude.

Course is pretty well taken care of for this time of year. Not a lot of difficulty, but fairly long and tight with a lot of bunkers.

Great course. Lots of sand, so be ready for that. I enjoyed playing here. A bit on the pricy side, though.
