It was an okay track, quite easy. The first 9 are all straight and wide, and even if you miss left or right you have shortish rough and just a few treas. Back 9 was more fun with a few other tee-shots than just a straight (driver) drive. They have some nice looking smaller pine treas around the course if thats your thing.... The ground was rock hard and some of the greens too. I had a high wedge shot bounce 20 feet up in the air of a green! Think this is due to a lack of water(ing). We also had a few lies that were on rock hard ground and had to be picked clean. Some greens were moist and softer... all greens had ugly ball marks and old cup marks. The staff; pro-shop, starter, beer-cart-girl, watering-hole-lady, and even some course maintenance guys we met were all awesome!

Horrible time. I played there once and the green were horrible and the rangers were very rude. I saw it on golf now for 12 bucks so I decided to give it a second chance. booked it for a buddy and me. showed up on a nice day and found that the club house has booked two additional people at my time and expected me to play with them. I said no and this cause a huge uprising. The greens were in worse condition and the rangers were letting people drive into us while we were still on the fairway. Dont go waste your money here. drive to pipestone.

This is a fair course and a good value for the money. When it opened, it had much less trouble because the trees were freshly planted. The trees now are in play on both sides of the fairway on most holes. The greens are small and safest shot is almost always to be short rather than long. Its not overly difficult to walk the course. Theres a creek thats in play on several holes and makes you think on risk-reward type of shots. Dont expect Pebble Beach but youll get a good course with a friendly staff.

This course is in a rural setting. This course is in a rural setting. The facilities are minimal. The course layout is challenging with a creek running across many fairways. The greens were too firm but rolled nicely. The fairways and rough were in good shape. The tee boxes were a little chewed up, but not too bad.. I give this course a B-, but a fair value for the price.

I love this course. Its always in good shape and has a lot of character to it. There are several interesting holes that will test you. Its fairly forgiving if youre not a really straight hitter, but by no means is it a pushover. This is in my regular rotation of courses in the area and I always enjoy myself when Im there.

In responce to Anthony and his problem with the course adding two other players to his tee time, you need to read the rules on Golf Now. It says on the site that the course can group you with other players. It rarely happens, but you had no argument. Read the rules next time before you book.

Paying $10 for nine holes after 6 p.m. is amazing. The front nine is in pretty decent shape, while the back nine was not in good shape at all and the 18th hole has a pretty poor design. If I was to come back I would probably only come after 6 and play the front nine.

The golf course was very wet the day I played here. Course is in very good shape. I think the course is very fair and rewards risk if you make the shot. Friendly staff. Will definitely come back

I like to play the scores. Its a good course for me being an average golfer. The people in the clubhouse are very nice and so are the Marshalls. Hope to play again soon

Friendly staff challenging holes only bad thing was greens were beat up but I blame that on the golfers not fixing divots
