I used to bring my son here and look forward to the experience, now I cringe at the thought of bringing him here, and after today we will NOT RETURN. Why?! You ask? Here is why; This is the place were children and adolescents have better manners than the adults. The adults that are too lazy to read the signs and realize you need to fill out a waiver before you can allow your child to play, are now getting bumped to the front of the line after they are directed to leave the line use a computer against the wall and complete their waiver they were supposed to do in the first place. The facility is rewarding stupidity and ignorance. Those of us they came prepared and did our homework or completed the waiver ahead of time not only have to wait behind these people initially, but now a second time as they are bumped to the front of the line after finally completing their waiver. This does not sound so bad at least not for one person but when you have 5 to 10 people ahead of you that did not do their waiver and then are waiting to get bumped back in front of you, this gets ridiculous! After paying and getting my son a bracelet, he is playing and I decide to go get him a drink. As I get in line the way youre supposed to. I woman in front of me cuts in line in front of me to join her friend and asks her to order food for her, even after she has already placed her order. As I got up to the counter to order the employee apologizes to me as she saw the woman cut in line in front of me. Are they even allowed to say anything or do they? No! Really!? Cause conflict, NEVER!! Saftey used to be a priority here, it was one child per square dont jump with another, everyone stays in their own square, one square one child. Safety first. Even at the games you wait in line for games such as dodgeball or shooting baskets. Thats why you wait in line to get your own Square and take your turn. Things have changed now in the basketball area where there are supposed to be four squares for four individuals instead of staying at your desired basket and shooting you now have other people cutting over from other size baskets to use your goal too. The thing you waited in line for. Very often they end up jumping in the square with you and doing it simultaneously which is completely unsafe. Children get double bounced, they land on one another, and injuries happen. Why? Its a common everyday occurrence lets keep everyone happy, lets share…. not that theres anything wrong with sharing but at what expense, .. safety or common sense!? I even asserted myself got up and asked the employee who was watching the basketball area and said isnt there only supposed to be one child per square? He looked at me and laughed like I was speaking a foreign language. Unsurprisingly the bathrooms there are filthy! By packing people into the fire code limit and no one cleaning or emptying trash it becomes DISGUSTING! Off The Wall mainly employs teens and young adults, which I have no problem with if they were to actually enforce the rules. Too often they are more focused on being everyones friend, rather than safety and enforcing the posted rules. This review could go on, but I will consider myself satisfied if this review encourages anyone to avoid this place. If you share my thoughts and concerns even better. If you love this place and patronize it frequently and dont share my concerns; LMAO you probably didnt fill out the waiver and expect “special” treatment, and all your “friends “ will be waiting for you ….enjoy!!! The quality fun and safety that was once here is long gone! It went from a halfway classy Lucky’s Market to a run down Walmart Supercenter if you will. Where,” if its not on the shelf we dont have it” attitude prevails. I dont know about you, but my money will better spent elsewhere from here on out! I would rather be inconvenienced by driving to Sunrise or other towns with QUALITY venues than to put my child or his friends at risk patronizing a poor substandard dump such as this!

Just had the worst experience. We paid the 20 dollars for the all day jump as well as other things. Upon buying the wristband we were not informed that there were areas that we were not allowed to utilize. So when we saw an empty court with a sign saying "please get an attendant for help" (something along those lines) we did just that. Never got her name as they had no name tags on. But we went up to her told her there was an empty court we wanted to use that was not open. she said (with an attitude) "no its not its opened" to which we responded "no, thats the basketball" (we were referring to the dodgeball court number two) she said "no, its opened" again with an attitude. She finally said she would have someone come over... however, no one did. After awhile we went back again, i went up this time with a different person and specified, "dodgeball court 2 is closed but it says to get an attendant" to which she responded with an attitude "no one is using that" the person i was with politely asked "why" as we paid our money and wanted to know why we were being denied to using a court. She said "because no one is using it" with much hostility. At this point i grew tired of the back and forth and asked for my money back i waited for a manager for about 20 min. When he came out i relayed the story to him & he refunded us our money for the jumping as we did not jump whatsoever that day. The entire time we were talking to him other employees were staring at us and going back to tell the girl what we said. As we were being refunded our money the girl was standing behind the manager and was giving dirty looks and rolling her eyes. The unprofessionalism and unwarranted disrespect was appalling, not provoked, or necessary. Although we received our money back we would have appreciated an apology for being treated so rudely for no reason, which we did not get. It seemed the manager just wanted to get us out of there and go on with his day. I wont be back & they wont get another cent from me.

I have been to Off the Wall twice in the past 2 months. My first experience was great, everything ran smoothly and the kids had a blast. The second experience was yesrterday, and it wasnt very pleasant. The laser tag game, which was included in the package i purchased, was a nightmare! We had to wait approximately an hour to be able to go in. The first time I was told that the birthday parties had priorities, and although i had been waiting in line, we had to watch how a whole group went in ahead of us. I was told by the manager to come back in 15 minutes. We came back and waited approx 10 minutes, only to be told again that another birthday party had to come in. So again, we waited another 20 minutes. So of the people that had gone in, in addition to the brithday party, were then asked to leave by the manager. It appeared that the birthday girl had decisded she did not want any strangers in the laser tag with her group, so her parents told the manger and she kicked them out. This was the first time I have ever seen a manager ask paying customers to leave an activity because a child was having a fit. I watched in horror as the "unwanted" kids were removed from the laser tag area, and we all had to wait another 20 minutes. I could only think that mayb the female manager on duty was friends with the parents of this spoiled little girl. I had 5 children in my group, who didnt quite understand why they had to wait so long for somethinkg that their parents had already paid for. Furthermore, it was my sons 8th birhtday, and when i tried to explain that they were giving priorities to the kids from the brithday parites, he kept reminding me that it was HIS birthday party too. THe lack of consideration towards ALL paying customers was quite evident, and I will NEVER return to Off the wall again.
