Since the renovations, this place looks spiffier than it used to. Its got its pros and cons like all venues do. At the bar area there are two pitchers one w/ water and one w/ ice water and some plastic cups nearby. - Its nice that theres free water for the taking and its a bit unclean as anyone could sneeze or cough or drop something over it. The bathrooms are small and only one stall per door. I think they could have better managed that for lines and whatnot. Theres efficient use of space to provide more lanes. They have two areas for lanes, technically three with one service walkway dividing. Sometimes our balls would frequently get stuck and we had to call personnel over to help. I think we contacted someone about 5 times during our time there. Get someone to fix the kinks! Theyre quite pricey but its a trade-off. It cost $22.00+/- for two games and shoes on a Saturday night. The plus to that is you can stay as long as youd like. Youre not rushed to finish a game before your time is up! The downside is that youre a few dollars short in your wallet for the next fun shenanigan in your life! Some of our buddies ended up drinking and eating and chatting on the side, while those of us who wanted to play, forked up the money to do so. When setting up the board - you can choose what kind of display or background, which is kind of neat. I noticed a nautical one, and it was cute to watch on occasion. The fact that we werent pressed for time, was nice because we could take our sweet time and enjoy with all players and those who opted out from a bowling match. I got two strikes the night that we went, so that made me happy too! I didnt eat or drink anything aside from the water provided - but everyone who did seemed to really enjoy the french fries and beers. If youre looking for a nice date spot, this would be the place. Saturday night became slightly more hectic after we started to bowl around 9pm. We went there, because the original destination we had in mind had bowling leagues and all lanes were taken. We tried contacting other nearby bowling alleys and also faced the same issue. As a word of advice: call ahead for any bowling alley to determine if there are any leagues and/or if lanes are available. Happy bowls!

Well the lady on the phone sounded nice. I called ahead checking out rates, foods etc for the day. Sounded great. A friend was meeting me at this location because it was closer to where he was staying from out of town. He had driven in from Buffalo the day before. I live next door to AMF Commack lanes. We meet at sheridan lanes at 4;00 pm figuring to grab a lane for our kids and relax. The manager turns us away saying there is a party coming soon and they need all the lanes. I peek inside and see no one at all. I explain the situation to no avail. They simple turn us away. So we spend our $105 at Amf lanes in westbury instead.

Looks remodelled slightly. Definitely new scoring station controllers. They have newly animated screens. They even show the speed of the bowling ball. But for some inexplicable reason, sometimes the display stops showing it. Even the front desk person couldnt explain it. But bowling has become increasingly expensive. For 5 people shoes and 1 game, it cost $65. Wow. The subsequent cost for 4 people to play one more game was $25. But Sheridan was filled with families having lots of fun so, it was a great environment especially if youre coming with kids.

As a fun after work event we stumbled upon Sheridan Lanes. The building was brimming with young teenagers, clearly enjoying the night bowling, in a clean and relaxed environment. The food was average fare, with pizza, chicken fingers and french fries. We drank sangria at the bar as we waited for an open lane and had a pleasant conversation with the bartender. A great time was had by all.

Where do I begin? Customer service is Super outstanding! The atmosphere is electrifying! The value unbelievably perfect! I just had my daughters birthday party here. The welcoming staff made her feel like Princess! I recommend Sheridan Amf as Long Islands greatest party place! My family nights will be here as well! Super outstanding service Jessica as well who helped me on the phone.

Very affordable and pretty good food. On weekdays they have an awesome deal for 4+ people where you get 2 hours and a pizza and pitcher of soda for like $16 each. Thats a sweet sweet deal. We got bored before the 2 hours was up though. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Definitely try the chili cheese fries, amazing. Add some jalapeños for some extra kick.

Recently renovated, great friendly stuff, and multiple sections allowing for private groups such as birthday parties. The arcade game section is great, so there is entertainment for everyone that goes. And plenty of parking in the lot in the back. For birthday parties, they have a good kid friendly menu as well.

Came here for the 1st time after hearing so much about this place. The Cajun shrimp was so bomb with the bread. The plantain and the black beans were pretty good also. Cant wait to go back and try more from the menu. My husband wants to go back today he says lol its clear he enjoyed it as well.

Im sorry but the service is horrible, ordered food on a slow night and waited 45min for an order I didnt place when I told then and showed my receipt they said they already made the oder...but I didnt get the right order smh other then that no problems

I came here on the Friday after Thanksgiving and the staff were helpful and nice. The food and drinks were really good. Also it was clean and the staff were quick to help remove any garbage while we were playing. Would highly recommend

Only 1person working on veterans day. All the lanes were full, call for service for more than 30 minutes, no one (only 1 is working) shows up, still waiting, personally ask for help twice,...

The Service was horrible. One of the worst bowling alleys Ive ever been to. The food was disgusting and there was a lot of filthy tables. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great place for a fun family bowling. You should bring your whole family here. The price isnt too bad and you can enjoy two hours here without even noticing the time.

Would not recommend. Its a nice place but 5 dollar shoe rental and 6 - 7 dollars a game per head. Thats really expensive for bowling.
