Funny thing, I didnt know it was a bowling alley when I was headed there. I only went because I very hungry and a coworker recommended it since its close by my workplace. At the alley, the old woman who attended to us took ridiculously long to acknowledge our presence before even taking our order. I ordered the bacon cheese fries and the classic burger. I did not like fries at all. I dont know if its because I ordered the string-like fries, which are extra skinny, or because the cheese tasted so artificial. I was also disappointed by how few bacon chips were on the fries. All in all, the fries were bad. The burger on the other hand was really good. You could tell it was freshly made. This, however, does not excuse the 30 minute food prep time. The meal is still considered fast food and should, therefore, be prepared quickly. I dont know which took longer: being attended to or trying to get the check. After about twenty minutes of waiting, we just walked up to the cashier to pay for our food. Its safe to say, I will not be going back there.

Dont bother. Its in the middle of nowhere if you dont have a car. I called before we came and I brought 7 people for a birthday party and said Id be there by 7pm. He said that would be fine. The cashier was extremely slow. We told him we were going to bowl 2 games. As we started the second game, they came up and told us to leave because there was a league coming. Why did we have to prepay for 2 games if he knew leagues were coming? He couldnt figure out how to refund us. In the time it took to do that, we could have bowled the second game and been out of there. They kept throwing free bowling coupons at us. Thats BS. Its basically a good bowling alley ran by a bunch of kids who dont know what theyre doing. My ball kept getting stuck and the screens were glitchey and some of the scores wouldnt register.

I went here with a group and did not find the scoring systems to have any of the problems mentioned by other reviewers. The alley is fitted with touch-screen consoles that cant be more than a couple of years old. The alley is a bit out of the way if youre going by mass transit, but its an easy bike ride from Astoria and parking is no problem if you drive. In my experience, service at the counter is relatively fast, bathrooms are clean, and pitchers of beer can be had at reasonable prices (and taken to the lane, unlike AMF on 34th Ave). Thumbs up.

Nice, no frills bowling alley. Pretty clean, well maintained lanes. Staff is pretty friendly. Hard to get to by public transportation, but if you have a car, parking is pretty good - I never have a problem finding parking. They have burgers, sandwiches, fries, pizza, etc. Bar with about 8 taps, mostly macro brews (Bud, Guinness, Blue Moon) but lately one from Brooklyn Brewmasters Reserve. There are also some deals on some nights, but call ahead to make sure there are lanes because they have a lot of leagues.

Great food selection, reasonable prices, parking available, so far nothing I dislike bout this place! I will need to take more photos the next time I return! So far ive tried their waffle fries, astoria fries, shoestring fries, and mozzarella sticks. Theyre all delicious. Their burger looks amazing when a friend ordered it but they immediately consumed it and I was unable to steal a photo.

I went to bowl with my class and it was amazing!!!! the laser light show was really fun. Here are some songs they put -gangnam style -uptown funk -lips are moving The food was amazing. There were fries,pizza,and coke Our class got about 1hr 30min of unlimited bowling BEST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Stumbled across this gem while taking a quiet Sunday stroll. Everything youd expect from a bowling alley: a little bar with a few taps, clean shoes for a good rate, and food, which, judging from the newspaper clippings in the window, the neighborhood approves of.

Great bowling alley for friends and family. Plenty of lanes, friendly staff and a clean bar/dinning area to host parties. Best deal of the week is Sunday nights, when $14 gets you two hours of unlimited bowling.

The staff here are attentive and helpful. The bleu cheese burger is DELICIOUS! The best part they work with the kids bowl free program which extends their days from just summer break to april 14th-sept 4th.

Excellent place to hang out, chill, etc. Lots of lanes to bowl, excellent bar spot to hang around in. Recommended for making parties, having fun, etc. Food is a bit expensive however good food is served.

The lane was just out of wack. Couldnt play a legit game here. The lane wouldnt register that you just bowled. Not just once, but throughout the "game" And all this for $22 for two people. Shame on them!

Great service. They offered the special rate that we overlooked and saved a lot of money. Fair warning. Saturday night is Cosmic/disco bowling, if you are not into bowling in the dark.

This place was homey and affordable. It has a parking area which is a plus. It was easy to get to from the city and a great alternative when the weather changed my plans. :)

The staff were very friendly, the food was pretty good. We really liked the Astoria fries with feta cheese and the sliders. Prices for food and bowling are very reasonable.

Its not a swanky, modern, glistening bowling alley. Rather, its one of those places that evokes real Americana. Plenty of lanes during the day and some decent beers on tap.

Only rating 2 stars because when we got there, there wasnt any lanes open! Mon-Thur lanes are unavailable AFTER 6PM!!! They should advertise this!! Waste of a trip -_-
