Paid $46.60 for two people for unlimited bowling. Arrived at 10:55 as the promotion goes from 11pm to 2 am according to both their website, as well as their in house signs. We didnt get our lane assignment until 11:15 as despite having 5 people working behind the counter only one was helping customers check in. When we were next in line, someone stepped up to the side of the counter, skipping the line, and was taken immediately. Bowling was fun, until the lights came on and they shut off all the lanes at 1 am. As we walked back upstairs, confused, we ran into the assistant general manager, Michael Havemeyer, who insisted that the alley closed at 1 am today because "he received a call to close at 1" we asked if there would be any kind of refund or reimbursement offered as we had paid for unlimited bowling until 2 am per the site and the signs. He said that they would not offer anything as "[they] always closed at 1 am." This begs the question of why he would have "received a call to close early" if closing at 1 was their regular time to close. Overall, the place is very overpriced with $5 sodas, $16 for 8 wings etc. My friend group and I chose this location as it was in a convenient location, but Im sure there are other alleys that are able to, at the least, keep their signage up to date so as to not deceive customers.

This place is utter garbage. Ive bowled here twice now, and if youre at all serious about bowling, youve got the wrong place. Ive never bowled with worse equipment and facilities. In addition, the price was absolutely insane, even for New York standards. I think we paid the "discounted" price of nearly $6 a game. I was blown away as the closing staff decided to mop the floor and have us lift our feet for them literally mid game. Wet bowling shoes make the approach stickier than even their normal conditions, which were abysmal. We were actually shut down two frames from finishing our last game with absolutely no warning. To top things off, a friend bowling with me dropped his wallet inside, and after some prodding of the management and employees, they finally produced his wallet from the trash, and it was light by approximately $300 cash. I dont write reviews of places, really ever, but this place inspired me so much I felt I have to warn the general public. To second a prior review, "to anyone that supports this establishment, may God have mercy on their soul."

Went with my family of 5 had a great time bowling. However I ordered the pizza and 3 of us got food poising. My 11 yrOld daughter was vomiting for two days and we had to hospitalize her. I on the other hand had diarrhea for two days, fever and ended up with a big blister on my lip that is still healing . Between playing two games spending $80 & and additional $50 on the pizza fried mac & cheese and drinks and $20 in the game room downstairs it was a total of $150 that on top of that I have to pay a lot of hospital bills because of the Pizza we ate there. its not worth it. They dont even allow you to bring in water or food. My suggestion is eat before you go. Also the bathroom upstairs we filthy. We got there at 12 noon when they opened . I guess the evening staff did not clean the bathrooms it look like somebody had vomited in one of the toilets. ( possibly from the night before ) It makes sense why the food was contaminated they dont care for cleanliness in their place.

Kept having issues with our lane, but manager came and gave my party a free pass for next time and he, along with the staff were super helpful. I only rated 2 stars because of the arcade with its rigged games. Dont play the chicken game where you hit the ball and hope it lands on the green light unless you record your actions on your phone. I clearly hit the green light to win the 500 tickets, even had a witness present, only to have the game reward me 10 and the staff behind the counter wouldnt help me out at all. Also jump rope game was busted and staff gave me my credits back only to take away the points I had actually earned prior. Will probably go back for bowling but never pay for the arcade again. I realize this seems extremely petty, and not necessarily the fault of the staff, but I have no reason to lie about winning a game where even that 500 points wouldnt get me a top tier prize. Regardless of what the computer says

My group of 10 had reserved 2 lanes on a Saturday night and were denied waiter service simply because they were understaffed. They also turned the music, tvs, and lights off almost 2 hrs before to closing time AND it was while were were in the middle of our frame. They were supposed to be open till 12am but shut down at about 10pm because their staff clearly wanted to leave. It was honestly mind blowing. Everyone was thrown for a loop. I just dont understand how mgmt could let that happen. They didnt mind taking our money when we showed up at 9p though. Ive been to several Bowlmors in the area that Ive enjoyed but I honestly cant say one positive thing about my experience here. We left feeling cheated. I cant see myself ever revisiting this place.

I am an 18 year old. I went with my friends to bowl to this one because its nicer than our local one. We had to wait an hour for our server to come over and take our pizza and drink order. She waited another hour then came with a pitcher of pepsi and no cups. Had to wait another 15 minutes for cups. We didnt even get the pizza until we finished the soda. Then she refused to give us the free refill we were told we get with the pitcher. When the new people next to us came in she helped them right away and got them everything they ordered within 20 minutes. I wouldnt think that just because we are 17 and 18 year olds that we would be treated with such disrespect. Our waitress Ashley L should be fired for her rudeness.

Bowlmor is overrun with loud party-goers who have had too much alcohol to drink, loud music, flashing lights and arcade games, with 2+ hour wait times on weekends to bowl, not a traditional bowling alley for a person who really enjoys recreational bowling. The staff is arrogant, and since the demand exceeds their ability to provide bowling, they have the upper hand. It appears to be a fun place for teens and party-people who want plenty of booze, arcade games, food, loud music (it is difficult to hear the person standing next to you) and entertainment, with lots of distractions, not for everyone, especially a person who really enjoys a day bowling. Very pricey, and even longer wait times to bowl.

Its cheaper then most places in NYC, cause you can pay $25 for 2 hours in other places I have been in it costed us over $125 for 7 games i played 6-7 games here for only $25 for 2 people. The old women who works there is kind of mean, the machines can sometimes damage your balls, one Tuesday after 8 me and my friend Steven were bowling cause its $2 per person per game plus $2 for shoes and he just bought his Assassin Bowling Ball and it got 3 really damage marks on his Assassin and 3 on 2 of my bowling balls it was lane 29. The guy who sells you the bowling balls there is really cool and nice he knows so much about bowling. He can do so much for you if you let him know what you want etc.
