It was our first time at this Cinema. It was clean, volume was good, and the seats were great. The girl that waited on us at the counter was nice, but the girl behind her answering my questions was really snotty. I asked for empty cups so my children could share their drink because even a small was huge. I had to pay for the cup, which is fine, but 1$ a piece for a 8 oz (give or take). They also dont have any of those plastic "trays" to dump the popcorn in, but the snotty girl was willing to charge me another $1 per for a paper cup. Really? She kinda ruined my first time experience. She didnt have to be so rude about every thing. Not very kid friendly for sure. Yes, I am basing my overall experience on her because she was the one that deals with the customers. When you go there as a family and have 5 small children it really shouldnt be that complicated. I would rather go to a cinema closer and more expensive then deal with rude customer service.

Great Experience. I went to see a movie with a group of 4, 1 of which was in a wheelchair. We go into the theater to get seats and we turn towards the handicapped area but there were no seats available except for the 1 seat and we want to be able to sit together. I realized then that the 2 teenagers who were sitting in the 3 seats with the handicap space beside it were not handicapped or with anyone who was. I then asked them politely I they would please let us sit there so we could sit together and they just looked at me funny. Well I then went and explained the situation to the Manager Chelsea, I believe, she asked if there were other seats available and I told her yes plenty. She then went into the theater and asked as well and the kids just stared until one of their moms came up and said something to them and made them move. The fact that she made the effort to try and fix the situation truly made the experience great.

The best! Really. I dislike seeing a movie anywhere but here. Clean, friendly and great prices...not to mention the seating... ohhhh the seats...so comfortable! I felt compelled to write this today because I was surprised to find star wars tickets still available. They were available elsewhere, local, but the theater was charge 11.75! for matinee (normally, according to fandango 8.07). NGC was $6! no premium price, but you certainly get a premium service. Really, dont waste your hard earned money elsewhere, even if they raised their prices above their competitors, I would have no problem paying it because you get a superior experience. To seal the deal, I first learned they had reopened the previously closed theater because of a promotion about showings for children with different disabilities and sensory issues...Awesome! That was enough reason to support them for me. but the great experience will keep me loyal!

This theatre is good. I appreciate the reclining chairs as they are comfortable and allow more space than your average theatre seat. However, because of the size of the theatre, there arent many available seats. Im the type of person who arrives promptly 30 minutes ahead of time to see a movie and was still unable to get a good seat. That was a huge negative for me! Also, I am not sure if there werent any previews before the movie because the theatre had just opened or for other reasons but I was disappointed. Part of the reason I go to movies is to see what is coming to the big screen next. Despite this, I will be attending this theatre again because the prices are low (may be promotional for the opening season) and because the staff was well trained.

I used to like to go there. Reasonably priced tickets, reclining seats etc. Then we went to see Wonder woman. Bought tix online for the 320 showing. Showed up@3, it was sold out so we had to sit front row because the theatre was so small. I dont really remember when they started marking us watch commercials before a movie, it used to be just trailers then the film. Well we watched 10 minutes of them before the 320 start time, then had to watch 15 more minutes of them after the start time! I asked the manager why the movie hadnt started yet and was told the start time is no longer the start time. Thats when the start showing the late commercials. First trailer didnt start until 335. WTH? Ill think twice before going back...

My Dad was disabled and now my Mom is disabled, so I empathize with the following situation. My friend took her parents to your theater today. Her mother is now in a wheelchair. Her blind father goes with his wife to keep her company. After your establishment NOT charging him for the past 20 years, a management MORON decided to hunt the family down in the theater to embarrassingly collect a mere $5. Im told that this is a new policy. Her father should have been allowed in for free and advised of the change for future visits. Due to the sloppy handling of this delicate situation, I would not consider attending this Spartanburg, SC location. This incident angered the family as well as their community.

Worst movie experience I ever had you guys need to hire more adults and less teenagers to examine theaters I had two grown men and the theater watching Batman Legos and they snort the entire movie it was very rude it was very loud and people that work there continuously came in to quote-unquote examine the movie theater and never once woke them up ask them to leave her anything because they were teenagers and they were scared to hire grown men to do that job because you should not be paying for a movie and cant hear it because grown men are in there sleeping

This is an awesome movie theater! Comfortable, reclining seating, with plenty of elbow room. The overall layout is smart. You can purchase refreshments & tickets at the same time, then go to food area to get your refreshments. Works smoothly & fast! The theaters seat fewer people, so must get there early if you have a larger group that wants to sit together. Every seat is a great seat though. Also liked that theater was brightly lit until the movie began so youre not stumbling in the dark during the previews. Best movie theater experience Ive ever had!

This is a great theatre that offers a differnent experience than the other chain theaters in town. For the most part service has always been excellent and I have almost no trouble finding a seat when I come here. Some negatives are a lack of logical parking, the noise of the seats (which you get used to after a few visits), and a lack of 4K/some screen quality issues are all that keeps this from being a 5 star experience. Always make sure to get your tickets online and early as the theatres are small and there arentamy screens.

The NCG theater was recommended by a colleague, so I took my wife and two young kids to see The Good Dinosaur. The theater was super clean, staff were extremely nice, the concession was quite affordable, and the reclining seats were incredibly comfortable - perhaps a little too comfortable as I actually fell asleep 15 minutes from the end of the show - LOL. After that experience, we have returned to NCG many times. Kudos to the staff that keeps the theater so nice and to the owner of this theater... Job well done!
