decided to come bowl with a group of 5 friends, came Friday evening (12/23) around 10pm. two people working at the front desk seemed like a manager and an employee both very helpful and accommodating. unfortunately when we went to the bar the service was horrendous. i wish i got the woman bartenders name. she was very rude when my two friends went up to order two pitchers of beer, ignored them for 3 minutes before taking their order when the bar was completely empty then giving them an attitude when asking for ID. we let that go but then about an hour and a half later at around 11:20ish pm i went up to the bar to order another pitcher of beer, i was told "I stop serving beer at 11:30" i was a bit thrown off since it was 10 minutes too also no one mentioned the bar closed at 11:30 they said open til 1am. we then decided if we werent able to be served after 11:30 then we did not want to pay to bowl until 1 am which was their closing time and the deal we took we said we would rather just pay for the one game we had just bowled... explained this to the employee at front and he rolled his eyes and then looked at who seemed to be a manager and they said "no shes wrong the last call at the bar is 12:30 , you guys can continue to be served." not only 5 mins has gone by and i turn to go back to the bar and i see the woman serving a man a beer, i confronted her being i work in customer service myself i said i think its very rude the way you spoke to me just before telling me you cant serve beer after 11:30 but are continuing to serve someone in front of my face , she then started SCREAMING at me that because i just complained about her she will now be serving and it was a miscommunication . this was no miscommunication, she did not want to do her job, SHOULD not be working in customer service and was very rude and turned me off completely to this place, which stinks because we love to go out bowling every once in a while and decided Levittown Lanes are a little run down the East Meadow Lanes are very nice and updated, well unfortunately now we will be bowling at Levittown Lanes where at least the bartenders are friendly! !

We called during the week to reserve two lanes for Saturday evening at 10:00 pm. We were told that there was unlimited bowling and free shoes for a cost of $20.00 per person... Showed up at 10:00, there was around ten of us, we checked in and started bowling. At 12:15 am our two lanes were shut off in the middle of a game. When we inquired as to why. We were told they were getting ready to close........ Now the place closes at 1 am, we were shut down at 12:15 am. Why were we interrupted in the middle of a game, told they were closing, and clearly people at the other end of the lanes were still bowling? We probably spent over $400.00 in food and drink in a 2 hour period! Not cool at all..... Unlimited bowling, and we were basically kicked off the lanes after two hours fifteen minutes.

The food is subpar--but thats to be expected, this is a bowling alley, not an eatery. They also have a few arcade machines on the premises. The bowling is okay--I suck at it, but thats hardly their fault lol! The big issue I had with this place was that I had to wait in line for twenty minutes as some family with some mentally challenged man took up the counter the entire time, taking way too long to complete thieir purchase...the entire time, there was another employee there just doing absolutely nothing that could have helped me..

Back in the 80s this bowling alley would put you in a trance; but today its a whole new mind bending experience! Bowling has taken on the personal experience today rather than check out the PBA league (People today form there own PBA league)! This alley atmosphere still reigns supreme, hopefully it still has arcade machines inside that would be sorely missed, I know it!

The bowling and billards experience was great but one major downside is that the food is highly overpriced. DO NOT BUY THE DRINKS. All of the drinks are filled with ice and it makes it feel like they fill the cup up with the beverage of your choice. My recommendation is go there for the bowling and avoid buying anything from the food stand.

This is a great bowling alley with spacious lanes and a great atmosphere. They often have karaoke available on weekends. I highly recommend this if youre looking for a great place to bowl.

Very nice place with food and a bar. They have the newest technology that I have seen at a bowling alley and the seating while bowling were very comfortable and accommodating to socialize.

Big alley so theres always room. Many leagues come here, they have a bowling shop too that carries balls, shoes, and holders...basically all your bowling needs

Great place, busy when we visited. Bowling was fun, as well as shooting pool. Pricey drinks, but the best wings Ive tasted in a while.
