Ive never wrote a poor review up until this point. I came with a group of 8 ready to bowl. The method in which we had to pay was very confusing. The confusion began with a tall white male, who was on his phone worrying about the Miami Heat game (guessing hes playing fantasy and/or had money on the game) while trying to explain how my party had to pay. I literally stood at the register with money in hand ready to pay while he was in his phone. We regrouped and came back with the amount he told us. This time we are being taken care of by an Asian male who was a little more personable but told us a completely different price. When he asked the white guy he kinda gave a shrug and wasnt willing to clarify the change in price. This point Im still confused as to how much we shouldve paid. We ended up leaving to go to another alley 20mins away which worked out to be a better experience. It seems to me customer service isnt a priority at this establishment, therefore not worth my business.

stay away from this horrible establishment, it was our first time going to this bowling alley as we came all the way from brooklyn so as expected I called ahead to get prices and info. when I called they told us it was $7.50 per game and $4.50 for shoes, however upon arrival we were stopped and asked to pay a mandatory fee of $20.00 pp which was not told to me over the phone. I requested to speak to the manager, a very dingy man came and spoke to the gentleman who stopped us at the door instead of acknowledging and speaking to us and very rudely said out loud they cant pay I dont care what info they were given thats the price they cant come in and walked away. I have never experienced such distaste and rudeness at any place of business like my family and I did at this run down, overly priced, dingy bowling alley.

It was alright, havent gone for long time but I was pretty disappointed. One game is $15 each. Two man were too busy checking on their phone, one person at the food bar, and one person at the cocktail bar. Heads up, bring your own first aid kit because they told me they ran out of it & told me to go to the cocktail bar. The girl there was somewhat rude and just pointed randomly that there is a vending machine for bandaid. In the vending machine, 4 small bandaid for $1.00 Bathroom- Theres a small rectangular bin next to the toliet, not sure what is that for?

Ugghhhhhhhhhhh what a total and complete disappointment! I wish I could leave them 0 out of 5 stars !!!! This sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

its a little dirty and used but it gets a lot of traffic as the only bowling alley in the area. It can get pretty ghetto later at night with a gangsta wanna be crowd showing up. Ive never seen any problems but it can make some people uncomfortable but most of the time everyone is there just to have fun. They have security there which means there has been trouble just not when Ive been there. Go early dont stay late and you will have a great time.

Tons of lanes, open 24 hours. Theres a secondary parking lot behind the building, which isnt so obvious when youre looking for parking in the front of the building. The alley itself is cash only, including the food. In addition, the food menu is pretty barren and the service is slow, so Id recommend eating beforehand if you can. I went on a Saturday night and all they had was chicken fingers. Somehow they ran out of pizza.

I went with my 3 kids there and staff was very rude and didnt want tO help us. They just wanted me to pay and not explain if theres any special since I have a family of five. I asked them many times but still ending up paying full price for my family. Once I paid I felt I got ripped off or someone was pocarting the money behind the counter. Very bad experience and I dont think I want to go back there.

Great venue to go bowling, would visit again. Pricing was very reasonable considering the length of games and shoe rentals if you didnt bring your own bowling shoes. The lanes were well spaced out and you dont need to interact with the other lanes. Has a small arcade area which was underwhelming but other than that it was a good time. Would reccomend.

I guess I would have to make it really clear - bowling facility wise, this place was decent; however it did not apply to its associated food service. They have had some good deals during weekdays, and even during weekends. 20 bucks pp for two sets of games, pretty good bargains! Wish they could serve some hot dishes at the bar just to pair it up...

Surely one of the worst bowling alleys Ive ever been too. This place is disgusting, and over priced. They tried to charge me over $100 for one lane for 4 people for less than an hour! Worst staff members, dirty bathrooms, filthy everything. Just a bad environment overall. Better to save your money trust me, this place is not worth it.

I went with my wife on a Friday afternoon with a groupon coupon a d was attended by this friendly older gentleman. He was very helpful and attentive to my wife and I. The bowling alley was quite nice and I especially like the automatic scoring. One less headache. I highly recommend this establishment and will be returning soon.

Used to go to this bowling lanes few years back with my family and friends. Very reasonably priced and ample lanes to accommodate parties and crowd. Best thing was lots of parking which in New York is always an issue but not here. Food was acceptable as it usually goes at bowling lanes. A good place would recommend for sure.

Two roaches in our lane. Couldnt finish our food. Got a partial refund. Spend almost $80 got $30 back plus VIP passes for 1 month. Food service refuses to give us our money back. The female handling our refund for the bowling was the only positive, she was nice and tried her best. Everything else sucked. STAY AWAY.

The best place to bowl in Flushing, Queens. Unfortunately, the owners have not invested in this place for years and the building is falling apart. They really need to renovate and upgrade the facilities; otherwise, this bowling alley is going to wind up in the dumpsters and turned into another hotel.

Basic Bowling Alley. Nothing special . Def not a fancy Bowling alley, like Manhattan bowling alleys such as Bowlmor or Frames. Def not lounge and pool fancy type of alley Just basic and in my opinion alil over priced for the experience. Food was good though. Also basic. Pizza, wings etc.
