I used to come to Jib Lanes, a LOT! Its a really nice place to go with your friends, do a little bowling, have some food, and kill time. The service is good. If you have issues with machines, shoes or balls, they generally treat it quickly. The bowling alley has various weighted balls, and a lot of them are in good condition to great condition, so you know you wont be stuck using balls with plenty of scuffs and dents. The food here is a bit pricey, but still relatively cheap. If you come to play unlimited games, I would recommend ordering some food, otherwise youre better off just going elsewhere. Funnel cakes here though, definitely worth it. As for pricing, Its quite cheap, on regular nights you can pay about $15 per person for unlimited, this includes shoes. If you and your friends have nothing to do on a week night, swing by, bowl a little, have some fun and be ready to feel pain in your hand the next day. Bowling is fun, until you overdo it. I believe theres also a league you can join, but that isnt my thing so I cant disclose much about that.

It is a great clean and friendly place to bowl. The one bad thing about this is it was hard to find and it is in the basement of this officetower. the neighborhood is not the best around it so make sure you park on jewl or parsons which are extremely busey. if you park in the ide streets it is all projects. Also be aware of your saroundings when walking down the stairs and around the corner to the place as it is very dark and poorly lit untill u get to the doors. once you goet in it is great though a big surprise. Our lane did break down one time badly balls were stuck in the setter but in consoltation they gave us a 3rd game FREE. The other complaint is that it attracts the drunks from like 4-7 or so. after that is emptyed out nice with familes and normal calm people. the balls also had bad divets taken out of them so if you gotyour own ball bring it.

The first time i went there the service was excellent but yesterday it was subpar. I had asked for a wheelchair ramp for my friend to get on the lane and it took 20 minutes for them to bring it. They didnt even bring it to me straight, they gave it to another family that came after me to use then they asked my friend if she still wanted it. By this time, my friend had taken the longer way to get on the lane so we had no use for it again. After we got over that, they took their time to put the pins down and raise the lane rail up. All this was done after i took several trips to the front desk to ask for the same thing. I really like jib lanes but that indian girl needs to work faster and smarter. No disrespect intended

Your employee name Myra ( I think thats how it was spell) she is there on firday night she as an amazing personality and so warm to me when I walk in, she is a big asset to you bowling lane and I would definitely come back cuz of here how ever the employee severing the food I would give them a 1 star ,,the look lazy and the move like there snails the food food was done 15 min which I understand but their attitude shows that they dont want to be their to work... I would come back

Literally the biggest waste of time. Set a reservation online a week in advance to reserve 2 lanes for 2 hours (over $200 including food).. got there and was told that they over booked and werent going to honor the reservation/ have me wait 2-3 hours. Heres some smart business strategy-- MONITOR YOUR RESERVATIONS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ENOUGH LANES TO ACCOMMODATE THEM!! Waiting for them to credit back my account... would have zero stars if it were possible.

This place is a terrific bowling alley except for the fact that the lanes dont work all time and you have to keep going to front desk to have them reset it for you. You dont get reception in certain areas but there is WiFi available. I dont really bother with the food. Im not saying its bad, just not for me. Overall its a good place to bowl. I would get a lane near the front desk where its quicker to receive assistance if something is not working properly.

I bowl here every week. Their special price is unbeatable. You can bowl for $9.99 per person from Sunday-Thursday. You can get a perfect parking spot at the other side of the street where those little stores are. Also if they have specials you should go around of after 10 PM because they have a league. I dont think anybody could find anywhere else in NYC or even in NJ such a good price like this.

I go to Jib Lanes at least once a week with my friends. We love the 9PM to closing deal. We pay 10 dollars and we get to bowl unlimited until they close. Granted you should bring your own shoes cause shoe rentals there are $5. You get what you pay for though. So sometimes your ball gets stuck or your lane is too oily... but if youre looking to just have a good time, this is the place to go!

Jib Lanes is a popular bowling spot by Flushing. Usually gets very crowded on weekend nights so make sure you get there early or make a reservation online. Just keep in mind, league bowlers come before you so even if you make a reservation, you may have to wait until they are done before Jib can give you the lane. Other than that, service is excellent, place is clean and theres food too!

I even had a trip there 2 times in a year! Its so good that you can get free food(Not really)to eat while you bowl! I got a 185 on my bowling score(I wasnt cheating, I tried my best, I didnt use the ramp)on my team! Id rather go on my birthday, not on a school trip. :)

Yesterday 9/10/16 was my very first time at Jibs & boy did I have a grand tie #. Attendant Myra was very helpful & patient with me. She assisted me with correct shoe size & bowling ball size as well as how to read & comprehend the score board. I had a wonderful experience & will go back as often as I can. Great staff.

I think JIB Lanes should start starting all fall leagues the second week of September instead of the first week of September this way leagues for all days can start at the same time in the same week instead of the Monday ones not starting due to Labor Day in the first week of September.

I think this is the greatest place to bowl. Ive had so much fun bowling. The bathrooms are a little bit on the well-kept side, but the food is good. Buying it, the service is a bit slow, but its worth it... Ive suggested it as class trips and I go every year. Highly recommended.
