I learned about this bowling alley after seeing them advertised via Groupon. I visited with two friends on a Friday afternoon and we had a ball! When we arrived getting parking was pretty easy but the lot was small and filled up quickly. There were plenty of lanes when we arrived but they also fill up pretty fast. Once we got to our lane to start bowling we were greeted by a server who offered to take food orders. I did not order anything after reading the reviews of the food but my freinds did. They were not impressed with the taste of the food and they stated that they wished that they had waited until afterwards to eat because the prices were high. The service overall was decent but the receptionist needed improvement. Once we were assigned a lane we were confused as to which way our lane assignment was but she offered no help. The place was pretty modern and had huge viewing screens playing various music videos. Each lane has an assortment of balls available in various colors and weights which is great if you want to change balls during a game. Each bowling lane also has a foul line buzzer which was set off several times in my lane because of attempts to cheat! LOL At one point the type of music was switched from R&B to pop music and a staff member announced "nobody wants to hear this bs". We of course were shocked that this was allowed and our food server stated that she has been allowed to do that so she continues. I didnt mind the change in music - some songs I simply liked and some I didnt. I personally did not like the dim lighting especially when I knew it was daylight outside. Overall i enjoyed myself and this location is just as modern as those in the city just not as costly!

I had a small birthday party for my child here a couple of weeks ago. I booked online without any problems. I arrived at 1pm and everything was set up. From the front desk/party concierge to our waitress and the manager, they were all terrific. My friends and family that came were impressed with the place. They mentioned how they have been to places in long Island that are subpar to this place. Everything is clean, shoes look well taken care off ( you wont be scared to put them on like other places) Ive been here b4 to bowl, never had a problem with not beign called or anyone beign racist to me. . My family is mixed and we never had issues. I totally recomend this place, my kids love it. Its great for families on too hot or rainy summer days, they have some special and its soo worth it. If you want to have a get together with friends book a party totally worth it, they are generous with the foods, you get discount on the games and alcoholic drinks. And best of all you dont have to wait on line. I love this place, and after my sons party, my older son made me book his birthday party here too. You guys made lifelong customers out of my family. Thanks.

This is a great bowling alley to have some for. I find it better than Bowlmor in times square (both of these are owned by the same company.) Currently, they have a summer pass sale going on which offers 3 games + shoe rental a day for a 1 time $40 fee. For $5 extra, you can get the passport that you can use at other locations (Bowlmor Times Square & Chelsea Piers.) Overal, this alley is really fun with an arcade and deals Sunday-Tuesday. I come here at least 2x every week. One bad thing Id say is that you have to try to find a server most of the time. Not sure if theyre supposed to say hi to you when you come in, because two different servers greeted us at our lane (one at the beginning, and another came at the end.) The food is good here too. Overall, this is a great bowling alley. If they improved the service of servers, it would be better (maybe hire one more so each would handle 10 lanes?) This place is definitely better than the other alleys I have been to (Jib Lanes, Bowlmor Times Square, Brooklyn Bowl, and The Gutter.)

no issues with bowling a few great employees do stand out, but too many weird experiences, on one occasion, i pressed the drinks button and my lane light lit up, so i can get some snacks and drinks, 45 minutes later my games were over and we left, never having a waitress come over,on more than one occasion i play pool in the bar area and 4-6 staff in there and acting like its thier lounge joking cursing, all while my five year old daughter is wih me, another time we went in and a birthday party was going on for kids and the screen and proj, was being used and three consecutive songs with vulgarity throughout the music during this kid party, i have fun and its the cheapest bowling alley around which is good but i just wish they clean up thier act as far as staff professionalism, cuz if it wasnt for the bad apples in the staff they would be "the place to be"

Cosmic bowling nights are great! With the music and atmosphere it will be a fun night... been here twice before and was great. But... I went on a Tuesday and we waited over 35 mins for a lane with I counted over 8 lanes available and waited over 50 mins for food that came wrong. ( blt in hamburger bread and hamburger in sandwich bread, no fries and missing orders) and the young server behind the bar was just horrible. Her attitude sucks, hey if you dont want to work then dont. Dont ruin other people night by rolling your eyes and throwing plates of food on the table. If it wasnt for this night I would love to go again probably give it a few before returning hopefully management will train the staff in customer service. Just a real turn off.
