Rude staff kinda just expects a tip I tip on service not bc I half to so I will not be ordering anymore drinks from here the beer was barley cold and the prices for a family establishment are just way to high a LG dr paper and a corona ran me 10 13 after he told me 2 prices before it went from 8 to 9 something and told me I have no Chang and says I owe him 13 cents I feel he just took my money and tiled himself I was with my kid so I didnt make a scene with that waiter but I will be back later on to look at that menu price and if it differs from what I was told somebody is looking their job

The staff was very unorganized and Rude !! We had a family of about 18 ppl tonight and collectively we had a Bad experience over all. the manager didnt really help much and just blatantly didnt want to assist us .... also the online view doesnt match the instore view ,so that was misleading & it also caused much of the confusion ..the staff doesnt seem to be trained on how to handle big groups and it just made things more confusing and Frustrating overall!!

Bowling is always nice. But they apparently have alternating AC unit and the last couple times we came here, it was almost 90 degrees on our end (lane 30). The actual manager said there is nothing he can do. The waitstaff for the bar said they have alternating AC. And they have been using it on the other side since they opened. I didnt get the managers name but I guess making 12 dollars an hours gives him the right to be a prick. Double thumbs down.

Rude. Called earlier in the day to check hours and was told they would be open until 12. I get there at 11 and was told no they are closing and we couldnt play. The girls working were very ugly about it. I was taking my kids because he had been wanting to go bowling at night for a long time and he was so disappointed. They had several people playing and still even had people after 1130 there. We could have played one game.

While having lane issues with the ball getting stuck and the staff not answering to the line, I was very disappointed with the service that was provided. The staff member behind the counter was much more interested in bowling alley boyfriend than the customers that came there to have fun. I sure hope this is being read and viewed for quality purposes to make it a much better experience for everyone. Two thumbs down...

80s tech, our first lane (15) had to be reset after each throw, the staff said it was that our bowling balls were too light too activate the pressure switch. We moved lanes and all of a sudden we didnt have to reset it each throw, and we didnt change ball weights. Overall outdated, and aggravating experience

Enjoyed bowling. I will have to say that the rental shoes need updating. I was given a pair that had half the botton sole falling off. I cant believe they are still trying to rent that pair out. It is a safety hazard! I aaked for a glass of water and never got it. My husband had to ask 3 times for popcorn.

Went on a Sunday afternoon with young children. $6.50 per game plus about $5 for the shoe rental. You have to prepay for your games that are nonrefundable. The ball got stuck 4 times during 1 game which required employee assistance. Those 4 delays combined took 20 minutes to resolve. We wont be returning.

Bowling here is always a great experience. The lanes include high tech touchscreens and nice seating. The only thing I would say negative is that the lane gets jammed sometimes and I have to call a worker but I suppose that is to be expected every once and a while at any bowling alley.

Beware of the guy with long hair working the counter needs a lesson in customer service and not treat customers like they are morons. Very rude personality he should find another job where he doesnt have to deal with customers. Dont ask him any question unless you want a rude answer.

Started off with pins stuck. Had to periodically reset pins durning both games. Employees were rude, unpleasant, and disrespectful. Trash was everywhere. Never saw anyone clean up anything. Overall was a very unpleasant experience. Dont recommend going..

The seating, scoring system, and scoring screens are COMPLETELY NEW!!! High definition scoring and interactive games make this fun for all ages. This places rocks. A great place for my 6 year old to play.

Love this bowling alley! My husband and I go every Sunday. They are always friendly, and the place is clean. They always come by your lane to see if you need anything! Thanks for creating a fun experience!

The manager is just very disrespectful. Could be a nicer place but he just doesnt communicate across accurately and all he does is yell when you have questions or there is something wrong.

Its a good place for league or individual bowling. The lanes could use some work. Sometimes they are very dry. Other times they are oiled only in spots. This is problematic.

This is a bowling alley with food. You can rent a pair of shoes and they provide the ball - or you can bring your own. Friendly service and very modern bowling alley.

Food is good, especially for a bowling alley. Service is excellent and friendly. Bar takes a little bit because they all use measure jiggers but drinks are good

Great looking place. Will only let you bowl if youre on a league! Took my nephew for his birthday, the place was empty but we were not allowed to bowl.

Lanes are garbage and prices are astronomical. Theres no way I will ever go here again. Just a warning this place is too trashy to pay $6.50/game

A nice big, clean, updated bowling alley. Family friendly. Also has a pool table, a full bar and kitchen for pizza, burgers, fries and pretzels.

Was in a bowling league here, drink and concession prices we so absurdly high that many people including myself abstained. I felt gouged.

The lanes frequently break down, pin spotters are old and outdated, ball return gets stuck. We need an up to date bowling facility.

Had a blast with my coworkers. Definitely out of shape for bowling, but still a fun time. Who knew it took back muscles. LOL

Almost 7 dollars a game per person not including show rental which is 5 dollars. Since when did bowling get so expensive??
