The theater has gradually gotten dirtier and dirtier each time I visit. I could hear my shoes sticking to the floor when I walked to my seat on Wednesday night. My biggest complaint is that the previews are sooooo loud I can barely stand the pain in my ears even while covering them! I cant complain too much about the temperature as many places get cold due to air conditioning and it being late summer. I do know there appears to be a real problem with the heating system. I think one side of the building is easier to heat than the other. I complained numerous times last winter but not much help. Sometimes I go and it can be pleasant and the next time I go I am shivering so badly I cannot follow the movie! Staff replies there is something wrong with it but they will turn it up. It usually does get a little better, at least bearable.

The theater, motion pictures, and customer service is comparable to that of any good theater. However, the parking lot is in very poor shape (pot-holes everywhere), lack of lighting, and lack of parking lines. Additionally, the red cloth theater seats are stained and generally in poor shape. Most theaters in neighboring cities have replaced cloth seats with a leather-like vinyl. Half of the theater experience is the movie; the other half is comfort and cleanliness. The last thing I would want is to sit in a dried puddle of Pepsi and gum, which, unfortunately is the case with this cinema.

Ive had great experiences here, and less than ideal movie experiences. Air conditioner was running full blast during The Force Awakens in January. It could have been an attempt to simulate Hoth, but for the 15 or so of us in the theater wasnt necessary. Spoke to someone at the box office, but it just got colder. It was single digits outside and in the 50s inside. Bathroom was warm though. Also an issue with the audio that night, but it was corrected when brought to the attention of staff. Other movies have been fine, but staff was less than helpful about unnecessary air conditioning.

Had times posted but they were closed. Nobody to answer phone. There were people waiting outside including customers in wheelchairs from a local facility. We all came back for the next movie time and still the place was still closed. I wasted my morning, I took off of work. Had so many things I could have done without my kids with me. Not cool.

The theater has recently updated their seats (I noticed on review saying the seating was old/uncomfortable) and for being in a smaller town it is overall a nice theater. One thing I noticed is the staff seem to be much more friendly than at most theaters.

Decent theatre for the area. Picture was good, sound was a little soft, but still ok. Seats were comfortable, but arm rests were dirty. And the seats dont recline. The seating needs an update. Big downside was that the concessions were very expensive.

Largest movie theater in the area. Staff is nice, house is generally clean, and Tuesdays are the night for free refill on large popcorn and/or drinks. Audiences are respectful, and the staff makes their presence known throughout the shows.

Dissapointing that the seats were so filthy. It would be nice if they were cleaned regularly because I honestly couldnt enjoy the movie with sticky pop spills, stains, and hair from the last person there.

$9.50 for a movie is way too expensive for movie when in Erie its only 5. Then they checked my purse and grabbed a water bottle out of it. Ridiculous.
