I went to this movie theater for a movie premier and experienced nothing but problems. We ordered tickets online and the only seats left were for the front row. When we got there we soon realized that you couldnt actually see the movie from these seats since they were literally a couple feet from the screen. Then as we were waiting for the movie to start, a couple employees came in and informed us that the projector wasnt working, so they split us in half and directed us to different theaters - which, the one I went to, was in the middle of playing a different movie. So we came back out and they had to find us a different theater. 30 minutes after the movie was supposed to begin, we were finally sitting in a new theater getting ready to watch the movie. They had trouble getting the audio and lights to work at first, but got it eventually, but just a few minutes in the movies audio was muted again and the audio from ads started playing instead, and the lights turned on. Some people also watching the movie had to leave to go find someone to fix it and rewind the movie. They rewinded it too far so we were forced to watch large portions over again. Plus the lights stayed on, so we watched the majority of the movie with the lights on. This happened a few more times, each more irritating and time consuming than the last. About 20 minutes before the movie was supposed to end, it happened again, and this time they gave up on trying to fix it, telling us to just go to the front desk to get an accomadation ticket. They told us that it happened in all the other theaters they had sent people to when the projector in the first theater failed too, as if that was supposed to make up for anything. So I sat there for three hours trying to watch a movie that kept being muted and rewinded and I never even got to see the end! And all they did was give us our tickets back! This did not at all make up for the hours I spent at the theater for nothing, the money I spent on snacks, not even getting to see the end of the movie, the terrible atmosphere and technical issues I had to deal with even during the portion I did get to watch, or the terrible experience I had overall. I will never spend my money at that theater ever again.

Wife and I went to see a 12:00 movie. We were told it was in theatre 11. We sat down and all of the advertisements started up, there was only audio and no video. At 12:00 the lights went down and the screen adjusted for the movie. The previews came on with no video only audio. All of the previews played with no video. At about 12:30 the theater person came in and said they were moving the movie to Theater 15. We all moved there. We were told they would give us movie passes as we left the theatre. Audience decided to skip the previews and go right to the movie. The movie started (great) and every thing was good until about 15 min before the end of the movie the audio for the premovie advertisements came on the size of the screen changes. We watch about 5 min of the movie with audio for the advertisements. The movie audio came back on and we watched the end of the movie. They did give us the passes as they said they would. It was so frustrating all of the problems. Next time I will pick a different Reagal Cinema.

Worst movie theatre experience I have ever had! The concession stand was dirty and not stocked. There was popcorn and wrappers all over the floor and for a Saturday night at the movies, there was only 3 people taking orders. I stood in line for 20 min and it actually made us late to our movie. On top of the fact that there were only 3 people taking customers, they were goofing around and not making the customers a priority. There was popcorn everywhere, no napkins to be found, all the dispensers were empty, candy wrappers and staw wrappers all over the floor, the bathrooms were smelly and unclean, and some stalls had no toilet paper ....it was Just disgusting! The theatre itself was even worse. Food and garbage EVERYWHERE! My shoes, purse and shopping bags were covered in liquid cheese...soooo gross! All I could think of the entire movie was the possibility of a bed bug jumping on me. Ill never ever go back. They should be ashamed of the job that they are doing. Just horrible!

I usually love the Regal..but wow. Today was a rip off. Angry Birds was advertised on their website as well as in the theater to play STANDARD at 5:10pm...come to find out its not just standard viewing as advertised but its RPX standard which is NOT advertised which happens to cost extra. The next ACTUAL standard viewing was past 9:00 PM. ..come on. For a kids movie? ..So having to shell out and extra 20 dollars was not expected or appreciated. I feel like this was a planned rip off. If Regal is going to have additional pricing for this "oh so special" RPX room with 500 seats and ridiculous amplified sound that makes your ears bleed - even though there were literally only 6 people in the theater- then they need to honestly advertise that and its pricing instead of surprising parents as they get there with their eager children- and then make sure any other showings are at an unreasonable time. Assholes.

Worst movie theatre experience I have ever had. The concession stand was dirty and not stocked. There was popcorn and wrappers all over the floor. and for a Friday night at the movies there was only 3 people taking orders. so we stood in line for 20 min and it actually made us late to our movie. On top of the fact that there were only 3 people taking customers, they were goofing around and not making the customers a priority. And the bathrooms were smelly and unclean, some stalls had no toilet paper ....it was Just disgusting. Then when my husband and I went to talk to the manager about it he just brushed it off like he didnt care and didnt even apologize for our bad experience. I was so disappointed. My husband and I will not be going back to this theatre.

I was very upset when I went to the Theatre to see Star Wars. I had a gift card and they charged me an extra $6.50 because it was being shown in the larger theatre. However, when I paid for three additional tickets using cash, I was not charged a fee. I did not notice the discrepancy until I got home that night. When I went back to the theatre the next week to voice my concern, I asked for the manager. The ticket taker indicated the manager was not available but she could help. She was not helpful at all and indicated this is the way it is done. I feel when I purchased the ticket, I should have been told of the extra charge. I would have paid cash for all 4 tickets. My husband and I along with our friends go to the Regal at least 2-3 times a month. I give gift cards to my family and friends but from this experience, this will no longer be the case.
