Adventure Cruises was one of the highlights of my vacation. The ship was comfortable and the crew was helpful and friendly. We were lucky enough to see a manatee as we were leaving the bay which was a nice added bonus. One of the guides had an eye for dolphins, spotting then hundreds of yards away. I was able to see many beautiful dolphins on our trip towards shell island because of him, with a mother and her child being 5 feet away from where sitting at one point! Once we reached shell island there were so many shells you couldnt count them if you tried. My family was able to find 2 sand dollars which we brought home. This adventure is a great experience for people of all ages! I would recommend it to my friends if they visit the area!

Adventure cruises was one of the best highlights of my first trips to Florida!:) It was great that the boat pulled up to shore, so that you could start your adventure right off the beach! The crew was fanastic, knowledgable and funny and provided great insight about the area. The trip is 2 hours which was easy to schedule around. The weather was beautiful that day and we even spotted several dolphins on the way to shell island. The island itself was beautiful, there were so many shells one couldnt even count! Overall, it was a fantastic adventure and highly recommended for anyone staying at the Tradewinds or visiting St.Petes beach!

This is an absolute "Must Do" trip! The two guys that ran the boat were very personable and very informative. It was a snorkeling trip but they tried to make sure we got to see the dolphins as well. Sure enough we probably saw 50 of them. Absolutely amazing! They were very helpful getting us on and off the boat and made sure our snorkeling gear was fitted correctly. They told us where to snorkel and made sure we were safe at all times. I will definitely take this trip the next time I am in Tampa. Very fun and great crew!

If you are staying at the tradewinds or the surrounding area I would highly recommend this trip. It is a family friendly atmosphere. Great views of the gulf and beaches as well as many dolphins! The crew is very knowledgeable on the area and the dolphins. You can ask them any question and they are happy to answer. Its a great opportunity to find some cool shells and sand dollars. They have two trips available one is 2 hours and the other 4 hours so it is easy to plan your day! Amazing trip, I loved it!

I would have given four stars but the two guys running the boat had almost zero personality and were not very personable at all. Ian had some personality but it didnt last too long. The boat was clean and the ride wasnt too long. You leave from the beach and not a marina which was a bit of a turn off. Overall, for $150 (tip included), I would have preferred to spend my money elsewhere.

Adventure Cruise Crew is fun, friendly and knowledgeable. The Shell Island trip is well the money to see the dolphins! We got great photos as the dolphins swam all around the boat! Great afternoon on the water...highly recommended for all ages! Next time, snorkelling!

My family and I have been a total of three times for every summer we visit. We really love the family friendly atmosphere and being able to see the dolphins up so close! Its great fun. I would highly recommend it!
