Brynn is Amazing
We went to the flow bar and it was bad. Our waitress sits us and takes our drink requests. Keep in mind she sounded Russian so we tried to be as simple as possible. Instead of coke, she gave us some diet drinks but we said it was a mistake and it was fine. Im in a group of 5 btw. She comes over takes ONE order then walks away. We tried to grab her attention but she kept walking away so we told another waitress. Our waitress walked over and said that she took our orders, when she didnt. She decided to take our orders and left. We looked around at the other 5 tables and everyone has their menus looking around for their waiters cause they havent took their orders. And we were here probably long after these people. After a pretty long time we got our orders. Instead of ranch, we got sour cream. And instead of barbeque, we got mild sauce. Food wasnt great and neither was the service! We will never come here again!

Great place to spend the day! As a mom of two little girls, Ive been to a lot of water parks, but there was something very special about Splash Zone Water Park. I loved that the lazy river tubes had bottoms in the center so that my youngest could actually sit and enjoy the ride. (She falls through normal tubes.) The place was very clean and the lifeguards seemed to really take their jobs seriously. (As a former lifeguard, Im always checking to see how well they seem to do their jobs.) Great variety of slides. Plenty to keep us busy! My kids werent big enough to ride the new Flowrider, but my husband was! And we enjoyed the show... wipeouts and all! Loved the private cabanas! I packed my own sunscreen, but saw many parents helping themselves to the free sunscreen the park supplies. I mean, who does that?!?! We will be back again!

This park was a lot of fun. The employees were great. I had a couple of questions and I quickly found a few employees. They were knowledgeable and polite. They made a great visit even better. I read some of the reviews about this park before visiting. One reviewer, Jonathan L made a rude comment about an employee "mumbling intelligible gibberish while taking his $15 for a locker " then continues his review.stating how he wished the park hired American employees he could understand. Intelligible gibberish? Intellible means comprehensible. I wish Google didnt allow people like Jonathan to post stupid comments that have nothing to do with a review and everything to do with his own beliefs. I think he meant unintelligible not intelligible. Talk about poor English skills.

Was there on a Sunday late in the season. Staff said it was a busy day but as water parks go I wouldnt call it crowded at all. They have a nice mix of rides for single, double, and multiple riders. There is a splash area and lazy river for the non-adventurous types. The reason to go here is the Flowrider surfmachine which allows two people to ride a perpetual wave. They provide boogie board or smaller stand up flow boards. This was my second time riding one of these and the experience is out standing. Manager mentioned crowds are usually light but busiest are Sundays adn teh last two week of July & 1st two weeks of August. Offer deals on living social or groupon.

Foul Smelling putrid bacteria ridden waterpark, slipping around on the CONCRETE!! The splash bucket water pool area was GREY - could not see through to the bottom of 1 foot of water. NEVER again. Smelled like horse manure at the top of every ride there. (bacteria at its finest) Needs an incredible powerwash or to be shut down. NJ Health Department visit. There were also people not listening to the operators and sliding down ending up right on top of children and other adults instead of just waiting for the clear signal so they could take their turn. The rides were all crammed together, very tiny place. Pin code locker for the day = $20, no deposit returned.

I come here often because I live in North Wildwood all year around. I know like all of the staff. Their food is overpriced and cheap. I went to the waterpark today with my friend. We got two drinks and nachos. The total price was $11.46 which isnt that bad. The cheese that came with the nachos was horrible. It made both of our stomachs hurt. We had to go to my house and take an Advil pain reliever because our stomachs hurt so bad. So I dont recommend the nachos. But from previous times their french fries, mozzarella sticks, and chicken tenders are an 9/10 for me.

Would have given two stars except Toni was so exceptional. I had a Slavic summer employee mumble some intelligible gibberish as she took fifteen bucks from me to rent a locker. After fumbling for 10 minutes Toni appeared and got our stuff stowed. Generally the staff is friendly but I am very concerned that English is lacking with these people and saw several times how it could be a big.problem where safety is concerned. Wish the owners would consider hiring Americans for these jobs. Maybe they have but gave up. they should consider it again.

Currently at Splash Zone and after 30 minutes its not looking good. Purchased a cabana and was told I would be escorted to it so far 4 associates and a person in a tan polo (assume a manager) have no clue what is going on. One associate escorted my family and I down to the area and left us. One associate is trying to contact a manager but says she is not responding. Really would like some organization here. Positive: the associated Zach and Dillian are working to help me out.

I recently visited one of the bars for a beverage, and I met one of THE MOST brightest smiles and great customer service from a sweet girl named AMBER JOHNSON. She was Courteous, polite, and very conversational and above all fast. I was visiting some family and with 2 special needs kids i had to hurry. Whatever can be done for her to be recognized would be amazing!!!!!

We had the best time at Splash Zone during our recent trip in August 2016. Our family was there all day, and had so much fun. Staff is very friendly and helpful as well and we have memories to last a lifetime, especially of grammy at 71 years old going down water slides. Priceless! Thank you Splash Zone.

We had a good time, I think the cost is silly, and the food prices even worse, but thats their racket.$22 for a crappy frozen crust cheese pizza? Really? Like $8 for a large fry. Chicken wrap fries and a drink combo $13. Slides were good, I expected more, but kids 2 and under are free, so thats a plus.

Not a good place to bring your little ones. Adults and older kids run around knocking little kids over. From what i know this place was supposed to be for little kids and my 2 year old wasnt allowed on not one single ride, despite the fact that she was over the 42" pole they had to measure heights

A plus is they offer their tickets on Groupon. Its a great place for families, the slides are awesome and they have a separate wading pool for babies. Great location on the boardwalk, the eateries and arcade are right outside the entrance. Pay by-the-day parking is right across the street.
