Went there for my 25 birthday and the night manager kicked me and my wife out because we started off with the hour of bowling for $28 time ran up and went to pay for another hour and was told I was not able to and was told to leave the night manager was very trashy and told my I was not as important as the people who were next and the only way I can stay and play is if I paid for the lane until closing time mind you that would have been well over $150 I do not recommend it the food had mold and they treat you like your the problem never been to a bowling alley that kicks you out after your time ran out and you wanting to pay full price for another game the worst customer service I have ever seen by that women not the smartest person but common sense does go a long way do not recommend if going for a birthday cause it wont be your day if that manager is there

Fun up until our hour was up and we were told to basically leave. It was our first time there and the cashier did not fully explain that after your lane time is up someone else has it. When we went to purchase another game the "night manager" was extremely rude and told us the its Saturday so you cant buy another game someone else already reserved that lane. When we asked for more info about the rules (since it was our first time there) she was rude and completely embarrassed us in front of other customers. She had no customer service etiquette. Ive never been to a bowling ally that told us we had to leave due to someone online reserving.

Wilsonville Lanes has been around for as long as I can remember. It used to be a regular hang out location for me in my younger years, and Im happy to see it still around. There have been many upgrades since I was there last (cosmic bowling, fancy touch screens with player photo capabilities, etc). Always a fun, family oriented place to have a good time, and hang out with friends and family. My sons recent football year end party theyre was great!

Illene is the best person behind a bar hands down love this place good prices and great service and since thst starred doing karaoke on Fri my 7 year old has really came out of her shell with signing and wants to come every Fri night so I would recommend this place to anyone and stop in and say hi to Ilene she will.make your night

Outstanding staff! Went to the Pro Shop, ordered a new ball and got my questions answered. Bowling alley is super clean with high tech flat screens for score keeping with very neat personalization features! We traveled from Salem and we plan to make the drive more often. Great place for birthdays. Good size arcade and cafe!!

The owners have great personalities and are warm and welcoming. The employees are always helpful. Its a safe place to spend time. The little cafe food is good (but basic). The place is kept clean. Offers more than just bowling - pool tables, pin ball and electronic games for all ages, oregon lottery video, and parties.

Came on a Saturday afternoon and was told we would only have an hour to bowl because someone had rented the entire place. Forced to rush at the end. Arcade is pretty bad--very expensive, poor selection and they use their own "credit card" so kids keep swiping over and over. A ripoff.

We spent date night here! We paid for an hour of games and had so much fun. The different bowling game options you can play are unique and entertaining. It was fairly quiet at the time we went, and we enjoyed ourselves very much. (I beat my husbands score!)

We went for the free bowling. It was a great family evening. Cleanest bowling alley I have ever been in. The owners and employees were very kind and prompt with their service. Pizza and nachos get two thumbs up. Kids had a great time!

Updated scoring system but the same old classic lanes. I love this place cause it feels like the bowling facility I learned to bowl in when I was a kid. Great staff plenty of games in the arcade. Great place for a cheap family outing.

The bowling was super expensive, and then we played in the arcade and it took literally 15 minutes for one of the staff members to come down to give us prizes. It was fun but jit worth it for the money in my opinion
