As many others will mention, the prices are kind of ridiculous here. Nonetheless, we did want to take the kids to the amusement park for a little but of fun and the atmosphere. For the size of it (about 1 block) they have a variety of rides, games and even an arcade. There a maybe 2 places to purchase food and sweets - but expensive once again. There is no cost to enter the "park" and you pay per ride using tokens. One token is $1. Most rides are 4-5 tokens per child - thats $4-$5 PER child. Just to take two adults and two children on the Ferris Wheel was $20. We did notice that some "kiddie" rides offer a "lower" cost for accompanying parents. So the kiddie fire truck ride is 4 tokens, but it was "only" 2 tokens for the parent. So $6 to take out 19 month old on a firetruck for 1-2 minutes. I can understand wanting to be a profitable business and I am more than happy to pay a fair price for a nice experience. However, it it truly a shame that they cant offer much more reasonable rates and make the park more inviting to more families - or just make it more enticing to make an evening out of it. We went on 3-4 rides, had some ice cream and funnel cakes - then we left. We might have been there for an hour and change. This was entirely due to the cost of the rides. We played no games. $60 in tokens and some snacks and we were done.

Okay, so this is the SECOND time Ive gone to Fantasy Island Amusement Park and they closed randomly. The first time it was literally 5 on a Saturday because the "weather" was getting bad. I stayed on the island until 8 and it drizzled for about a half hour and that was it. Now today, its beautiful out and I drove out of my way a good 35 minutes and put $20 into the change machine at 9pm because the website says they close at 11pm...to hear that the arcade is closing in ten minutes...why wouldnt an employee stop people who came in and tell them theyre closing early? Why are they closing early on a Friday night? And why does this keep happening? Legit ready to stop coming here all together because this is getting really irritating. Youre about to go into the summer season, maybe you should hire people who actually want to work.

We went when they were offering $5 wristbands to ride all night which was worth it. My daughter is 8 so there are only about 6 or 7 rides that would be age appropriate for her. The downside of our visit was that the drop tower was closed and a small roller coaster called Hang Ten (maybe this one was new and hasnt opened yet not sure). The lines were long due to $5 wristband but we had fun. The bigger kid rides would be Sea Dragon, bumper cars, Ferris wheel, music express, tilt a whirl, drop tower and scrambler. They have a nice arcade but I ran into malfunctions with 3 of the crane machines. They did give me 2 free games on each one. I probably would not pay the regular price to ride the rides here especially with long lines.

They should just call this place "Extortion Island". 1$ per token to go on rides and if your kid is too short, they bang you out for double to get on. What adult do you think walks into this place and is dying to go on these rides? You shouldnt charge parents to go along on these things. It costs a family of 4, 20$ to go on the ferris wheel. And if you notice, the more popular family rides seem to cost more then the ones just kids can go on. This place is cool for the nostalgia where most parents take their kids there now bc they went there as kids but otherwise its nothing more then robbery. Do yourself a favor and avoid driving down to that end of the island if you dont have to.

Been a very long time since I checked out the arcade. I was very happy to see new and up to date games. I was very unhappy to see they make it virtually impossible to win stuffed animals with the claw anymore. I used to win them all the time. Now they have them strategically set up with a loose crane and staff that comes and fixes them like they are a display case of things that can not be won. Winning tickets at any arcade has also become somewhat of a scam as most machines will only give you a certain amount of tickets no matter how well you perform with your tokens.

My husband and I took our 2 children to Fantasy Island tonight. We were extremely taken back by how expensive it was. The cost is $1 per token and most rides are at least 4 tokens of not 5. In order for both kids to ride the carousel it was $10 which was absurd. On top of that many of the rides we had to go on with the kids and also had to pay for the adults. The best part of the evening was when they actually raised the amount of tickets needed from 1 or 2 to 3 or 4!!! I Would not recommend this place unless you want to take out a small loan!!!

Arcade has plenty of game options. Need more games like skiball. Would be great to have giftcards to gas or restaurants as adult prices to get more adults to play games. Amusement park has a nice assortment of kids rides but if you are older than 10 its dull. I love that they have a show, but they need more interesting shows. They used to do magic, etc but now its just dance parties. Amusement park games are overpriced especially when you only win a stuffed animal. Overall, very fun for ages 4-10.

They had interesting rides, like a Ferris Wheel but you had to buy tickets to ride anything. The tickets were horribly overpriced, as well as the food. The food wasnt as good as other places and as I had mentioned was overpriced. It was fun when we got to go on rides and there was even a little facts show that they hosted like a spelling bee, but its not worth it for the price.

Very costly .if someone has to ride with younger person should not have to pay .most places do not charge for rider ... . Pay enough for rides .then you get on the ride the people are rude.if they dont want to work dont apply for the job. Was not happy at all ..just cost way to much less 20min.40 tokens ..not worth it .when there are others places cheaper .and not rude ...

Ive been coming here twice a year for a while and I absolutely love it. Fantasy Island is absolutely amazing and a perfect place for everyone. If you go on Friday night, its not pricey and Ive got so many memories there. All the rides are amazing and awesome. The staff is friendly and I just love it so much!!!! Whenever I visit my dad, my family stops buy at this amusement park. We never really got on the rides before except for the pirate boat thing where it swings back and forth and it gets higher as it does which was really fun. We mostly spend time in the arcade collecting tickets and winning prizes. The staff is friendly and its pretty clean inside.
