ABOVE AND BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! I have a 6x2x2.5, 210 gallon, tank that I was able to maintain myself for 4 years without professional help. I did however have to do monthly then weekly water changes, multiple filter changes, and a lot of gravel cleaning, and constant replanting of plants (it took up many hours every month). Then i started losing a battle w/ filtration in general that I couldn’t solve with my normal methods or the advice of my trusted fish store. (Felix solved all of my problems and gave me back my weekends! Felix was not only reasonably priced, but he was extremely flexible with my time schedule. He didnt just clean my tank and save my fish, he waterscaped so that my plants are no longer uprooted daily, and he even went as far as suggesting a different way of filtering the entire tank. The professionalism during the project was also amazing. It has been about 2 months now since he has finished his work with the thank (i am not one who writes reviews, this is my first infact!). But that time actually makes his work even more amazing. My plants are still planted! I have only had to change a filter once. The water is crystal clear. My fish look awesome (and I think happy). So this proves, to me at least, that the work was quality and not just a quick fix. Thanks again Felix. You not only fixed the tank but allow me to enjoy my weekends! -Eric O, Williamsburg.

This man Felix is a fraud. His company/website is fraudulent. When we initially found his service online, he was in constant communication for our initial tank cleaning. He claimed that he does not take check, only cash! As a business we need to keep a record of all our expenses, therefore I explained that in order to use his, we must write a check. Mr. Felix asked that we write a check for the follow up month so he can cash it and be sure it was a valid check. He cashed the check, and we never heard from him again. When we tried contacting him for approximately 1 month, there was no answer, eventually going directly to VM, Im assuming he blocked the phone number. Then I called from my personal cell phone, and what do you know? there was an answer. While demanding an answer, he hung up the phone on me, and also will not answer again. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I was visiting a friend and notice his fish aquarium tank and started to ask him how do you maintain this large tank with so many fishes and all of these decorations,so he started to tell me no way do i clean my tank you really need to know what you are doing so he recommended his aquarium service to me,when i meet felix and his staff they were very knowledgeable in his aquarium services,he explaines to you what is needed to protect your fishes and how maintain your tank until his next service appt , and the price was right and so i made a few calls to friends and family members about his services.so feel free to look him up at (Best Aquarium Service NYC, Inc.)you will not regret it ,once again thank you so much felix & staff job well done
