I purchased a ticket for a movie that began in an hour. Manager would not allow me to go into that movie early to see the last half of its previous showing. His name is Jeff. 15 plus years I have been going here...this has never happened. I asked for a refund

Its a small theatre with a few screens, nothing fancy. They usually have a mix of independent & big budget films unlike the bigger chains. Good thing is prices are cheap and it is close if your too lazy to drive to the one of malls.

My boyfried and I attended a 9:20 pm show in New City and 30 minutes into the movie we saw a RAT cross the aisle in front of us. We left...... We told and employee and the response was "sorry"...

Great theater , clean and affordable. It is a great place to enjoy a family night at the movies without large crowds. Staff is friendly.
