We have had many parties at TBE...birthday parties, Bar Mitzvah party, GNO party, just to name a few. The staff is extremely attentive and the food is awesome. The music is great and it is a very family friendly environment. Whether we are bowling or in the arcade, we have an amazing time. The bonus of having a party room for privacy makes any occasion more special. Highly recommend! Maggie, Julie, Amanda, and the entire staff are there to make your event great! One of my children loves going to the arcade. He takes advantage of the daily specials. His personal favorite is the Monday special for $10 all you can play. The prices are awesome. He has won a beautiful poker said and has also won a drone. This is not a run-of-the-mill arcade. The games and the prizes or top-notch!

Love The Big Event! So many things make this place great: the staff, the well-maintained space, the different packages available for parties & fundraisers, etc. The owner constantly changes the game room and is always in search of the best games for his customers. Its changed & grown so much in the last few years. The food and bar are reasonable priced. My favorite are the nachos!! My kids have bowled here on a league for 10 years now and I finally joined the pack about 5 years ago. Some day I hope to make it back to the newly added billiards. Its beautiful back there. In addition to all this, the big event offers free meeting space and many local businesses have taken advantage of it. Cant go wrong here!

I just had a fantastic birthday party for the husband at The Big Event this weekend and couldnt have asked for more! The staff is professional and very accommodating. Every detail was handled to perfection and I didnt worry about a thing! The venue is fantastic! Our guests are still talking about the bowling, billiards and ping pong challenges we had! The kids loved the arcade! It was great to have a stress free party and feel like a kid again! Thank you! Well be back!

A great place for the kids of all ages. Bowling, video arcade and pool hall. We have been playing a Tuesday night pool league now for over 10 years and always have a great time. Friendly staff and great games for the kids. Pool hall is located all the way in the back and tough to find if its your first time there. Mike and Kim always take care of you. Waitress in the pool hall is tough to find sometimes.

I have hosted many events at Playdrome Cherry Hill/The Big Event. The staff is always extremely helpful and professional. We have ben happy with the service and location for our business events utilizing the meeting room. My family has always enjoyed bowling and playing in the arcade as well. All around a great facility and highly recommended for your business functions, parties, or an afternoon out.

A fun place to bowl but came in with my friend whose in a wheelchair and had to wait an hour and a half because they had parties and non handicap people on the handicap lanes. I have experience working at a bowling alley and if there are open lanes you NEVER give those lanes away. Really should consider making all the lanes accessible if thats how youre going to be.

GREAT place! Ive participated in many leagues, weve attended bithday parties, and my son is taking lessons now. Staff is friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the sport of bowling. Food is delicious (try the crispy chicken bacon ranch sandwich...yummmm) and they always have a great selection of beer. The arcade is tons of fun. Definitely check it out!

Was dissappointed there were no more late leagues. Much of everything is towards the recreational bowler for parties, events, etc. Used to bowl on a late league and it was like they were ready to get us out so they could turn the lights off to get the night started. Great if youre looking for kids parties, glow bowl, etc. but not the true bowler.

I have had several events here with 5th grade students. Every time, our group was there we were treated great by all staff involved. Kids had a great time. Maggie parker couldnt have been more helpful from the beginning stages of planning to being there for our every need during the event. I would highly recommend

This is a great place to go for both kids and adults. I have had a few parties there, and everyone was done perfectly. I highly suggest The Big Event for your childs birthday party, work party, or just A day or night out. The food is great and the staff members are outstanding. Maggie does a great job.

This is the Go To Place for Bowling and Family fun in South Jersey. I cannot say enough about this venue, as even the employees make this place what it is. My son had a few Bowling Parties and since then has joined the bowling league, where we have met some great people and have had a lot of fun.

AMAZING PLACE! So much fun and my son loves going there! Prices are great and there is always some type of deal going on! Everyone who works there is super friendly! My son is doing his 1st bowling leauge this year and the coaches are amazing! They have such patience with my son. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to spend with your family, great people working at the Big event as well. The staff is helpful and caring. Maggie takes care of everything including booking a room for parties or presentations. She has taken care of me many times and every time has been a great experience.

Great place to take the kids. My grand kids love this place and so do I. Their prices are great too! Makes it very affordable to take my 5 grand kids there and NOT having to worry about spending a fortune! The kids love the Velcro wall its funny watching them jump and stick to the wall.

The general manager is extremely rude and vulgar. Not to air out too much dirty laundry but lets just say this company only cares about profit. And not its employees or customers. Maybe if some people were let go they could really improve this place. 1 star for me. CHEAP LABOR.

This bowling alley is a lot of fun! It is open late, with deals after 9pm so be prepared for the over 21 and under 40 crowd who frequents the bar. On the weekends the lighting changes and there are prizes if you get a strike when the orange pin is in your lane. Good times!

I have had several office parties at this location and they were the best ever. Maggie helped me plan everything...food, drinks, etc. The staff was amazing and made sure everything went smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend The Big Event for any parties; small or large!!

This place has literally the worse staff always having attitudes had a hair in my food told the manager she told me theres nothing she can do ? I only wanted a replacement lol I spent $80 dollars on food n games and couldnt even get my order fixed worse place ever
