Mothers beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have done my sons bday parties in many places, some cheap some expensive and they have all being great. Since my son was turning ten I decided to do it at Skyzone this time....and OMG!!!! Never Again. First, let me start by saying that if youre planning to take your kids friends for their birthday they dont allow you to sign a waver for them in order to jump as the responsible adult at the moment. They literally make you call each their parents so they can fill out the waver on line and then they allow the kids to jump. Mind you if you bought the tickets in advanced for 1 1/2 hours, at least 45 mins are wasted just doing this. Secondly, as a new visitor I thought that this would be as any other place such as (Dandy Bear, and Chuckee Cheese) where pizzas are made to order. Well to my dismay, the pizzas take about two hours to arrive because they are not made in house they make them somewhere else.Remember what I said before, (you purchased your tickets for an hour and a half). So the food would arrive after youre gone...Uh!! correct me if im wrong, but the math doesnt add up. Third, unlike many other places where you are allowed to bring your own cake skyzone will literally ask you to step out if you bring your cake and let along cut the cake for your birthday child. I had a horrible encounter with a manager which told me that if i didnt like the fact that I couldnt cut the cake i could leave the place...(MICHELLE) that was her name. Very rude and instead of maing the already horrendous situation easier, she only made it worst. Since the pizza was taking so long i requested a refund because My father is a diabetic and his sugar was very low therefore we needed to leave to eath somewhere else. She answered very cold hearted "stop complaining about the pizza and go take care of your fathers sugar shock" I was offended and very indignated. Mind you if something would have happen to my father they would have alaw suit coming right now. Michelle was not only screaming and being very deffensive, nasty, rude, and unprofessional but she assure me that nothing was going to be done and i could do as i please. PLEASE DONT CELEBRATE BIRTHDAYS HERE!! there are a thosand other places where the experience will be phenomenal.....

As a person thats not really a big fan of trampolines I can say this place amazed me in so many ways. The part that gave me a little trouble was the waiver it was a little headache but I understand the reason why you guys make customers sign waivers. It was a Saturday it was packed guessing thats the most busy day. My kids experience overall was great and I can truly say they had a pleasant time. They enjoyed every second of it , even though the time does fly I can say the time there was so much worth it. It was packed but it was good seeing kids have such a good time and seeing them happy. There should be more choice of foods the pizza wasnt all that great. The reason I gave it 4 stars its because of the amount of court monitors that I saw acting like they didnt want work or talk like their body language was poor. I do thank one of court monitors who went around and made sure every parent and child was having a good and great time , created a conversation with me and made sure my kids were having a great time. His name was Lazaro very amazing and very ambitious. Surprised hes just a court monitor. Majority of the court monitors should be as happy as he is working there and greeting other customers for their first time, making sure they understand where they can jump and where they cant. The front desk staff was also amazing and truly patient with me while it was packed , thank you very much. The rules are too much but at the end of the day I understand the reason why too many rules are enforced its for kids and adults safety. I truly respect that and some parents who ever understand its for the safety but safety always comes first! I will be back for another visit with a bigger crowd and a crowd ready to have fun! THANK YOU SKY ZONE STAFF!!!!

The actual facility is pretty awesome. Thats why I give them an extra star, however for my actual experience this place deserves -1 stars. I took my 2 year old here after having so much fun in a different trampoline establishment in kendall. This place was closer to my house, so I decided to give it a try. What a disappointment that was. We went into the toddlers section and were the only ones there, I was trying to hold my childs hand while he was jumping since hes little and cant really do it on his own... But I was told by the rudest supervisor girl that I had to sit down in the back of the trampoline and just watch him from there. I obeyed. We payed for an hour for 3 people, my husband, my boy and me $42 to basically feel like we are doing something wrong at all times by the look of the patrolling mean girl. Of course my boy was upset the entire time, try to explain to a two year old that his parent cannot be standing and holding his hand while hes learning to jump... Pretty horrible experience overall. We left half hour before our time was up. I understand there have to be rules in place, but the rules should not overpower the real purpose of a place like this one. You come to this type of place to have fun, to laugh, enjoy and share good times with your family or friends... Well, this place certainly does not have a good grasp on that concept.
