Mr.Spiro, Yesterday was my sons 11th birthday. And for his 11th birthday I got him the best paintball guns I could find. They were M-16 model rifles and a pistol that shoots paintballs. Along with all of the gear to protect him as best as possible, I wanted his birthday experience to be somewhere fun and safe. We chose Orlando paintball because of the online comments about the amenities. The comments came nowhere close to the excellence in your facility and by your employees. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of the customers perception. Upon arrival we met with one of your employees in the parking lot and asked which way was the office and instead of just pointing, he said follow me. Upon entering the check-in/store area, we met a young man whose name was Keith. He was an absolute delight to deal with answering every annoying question that my wife or I had and was explained completely to our satisfaction. While in there, I decided to purchase myself a new vest and a paintball hopper that is motorized. "Very cool"! One of the guns that I bought my son is a T IPX Tippmann pistol and it was not operating properly. The staff explained that there was a repair department and that they could get it working properly. Although it was my sons, I was excited to shoot it as well. I even attempted to take the Pistol apart on the counter area and they loaned me tools to do so. I was unable to determine what the problem was even with multiple staff members stopping what they were doing to see if they could assist me in any repairs. This was absolutely above and beyond what was expected. They also pointed out to me, one of the rifles I got my son required a 9 V battery, which I was not aware of. (Im a novice and really didnt understand how to make the high-tech equipment that I bought my son work properly) So after happily spending about $400 on additional paintball equipment, we went to the field. This was my son’s first time being on a paintball field and my first time in 20 years. At first there was some confusion about where to go. One of the staff members led us in the right direction.. He adjusted the guns accurately and then had team members take us to the field with their group. We started and my son ended up being one of the team leaders. From that point on everything went perfectly! He quickly got the hang of what to do and operating his paintball gun. Needless to say, he had a blast. The field director was awesome and explained everything clearly and it was obvious she was enjoying her job immensely by her behavior and interactions with both players and her associates. Which was great, as you usually do not see that type of interaction with employees of any kind. The comments that we found online to describe this facility did not do it the justice that it deserves. Nowhere did it mention the level of excellence that the staff has nor how the staff helps the players during every facet of the experience. Most important to me, was that my son never having played paintball before, was able to immediately immerse himself in battle and I am positive that was due to the level of attention that was given to each individual player both on and off the field. We try to find fun things to do as a group. But, this really allowed him to excel on his own with the assistance and support of those around him of which made him comfortable playing. I could not of asked for a better experience on my sons 11th birthday then what we got. I cant thank you all enough for your “above and beyond” attitude and assistance. Paintball is now my sons new activity that he is "All About". I am sure that we will become very good friends, especially due to the fact that I think we will be there very often! Kudos to you for making a family friendly company with probably the best group of associates and making the experience absolutely spectacular.

Orlando Paintball is by far the best paintball park I have ever been to, and Ive been to over 30 all over the country. The referees are fantastic and cater to the needs of your specific group as opposed to behaving in accordance with a set of personal guide lines. If you are having a birthday party with a group of 13 year olds, the referees will be upbeat and fun. If you are in an experienced group that wants to play seriously, the referees will act as a professional and well experienced mediator for your games. Also, the field selection is fantastic. They have woodsball, speedball, hypertubes, scenario, indoors, and close quarter fields (which is my favorite, the cops and crooks game they play there never gets old, and is always strategic and fast paced). The rental guns they have there are like no other I have every seen. They are extremely high quality, electronic, and all in good condition. So if your group needs a rental, this park will give you one that enables the best possible experience. The only complaint I have......is the laser tag.........you can be having an absolute blast at a field and have a cohesive team that has a fantastic strategy, then out of the blue you will be kicked off of the field for sometimes over an hour while the laser tag blasphemes all over the paintball field (obviously I have had less than great run ins with these groups). The people that the laser tag brings in are usually between the ages of 4 and 8 which makes you very nervous when playing, and doing anything off the field. For example, I was working on one of my guns while I sat on one of there many benches. Next thing I know I hear some lady yelling at the top of her lungs in my direction. What happened was a few of these kids thought my marker looked cool and did not realize it was mine. They walked over, took the barrel plug off, and proceeded to shoot a car parked a few yards away. The shot was accidental, which makes the situation all the more scary. What if the kid happened to be aiming at someones face? This was also not a matter of my not paying attention. The marker was on the table just an arms reach away. These were ninja children, I did not hear them whatsoever (which is how most kids that age are). With this experience I really do believe that Orlando paintball should reserve a single day out of the week exclusively for laser tag. It is irresponsible to place such young children around such dangerous tools. A paintball gun is completely safe if used correctly, but becomes a weapon that can cause serious injury if the user is irresponsible, or ignorant to the danger like these kids were. All in all, this is a fantastic park, with a fantastic idea behind it. If you decide to go there, always lock up your stuff, when it is unlocked keep a close eye on it, and enter the field knowing that you will get shot walking while exiting the field, it happens from time to time.

Ive been here many times. Its a pretty good place to go. That being said, last time I was there was a little disappointing. Went for my brothers 18th birthday. Once in a lifetime birthday. He had never been paintballing before. We were there for 6 or 7 hours. Went through 10,000+ paintballs with our group of 10. We had a host for the first couple of hours. She seemed nice at first but quickly got irritated with doing her job. At the time we were the only group there and she wouldnt let us pick the course we wanted to play on. When we asked her she would say "no, Im the host and I pick where we go", which I understand... If they were busy, which they were not at that time. At one point she had 22 of us on a tiny speedball course when all other outdoor courses were open. We then went into "theme park" mode, which was a mess. Course D was open the entire time, but the female ref there was get frustrated when we kept interrupting her conversation with one of the regular players. Biggest complaint I have is that every time we say an employee with a camera, we asked if they could take pictures of us. Which they were super friendly and had no issue doing so. I follow OP on Facebook and knew that theyd post the photos. Awesome memories of an 18th birthday. They had us pose for several pictures and everything. Apparently our group of 10, and another group of 6 paired with us, were the only ones all day to not have photos posted. We werent in the video at all. Nothing. We stopped taking pictures right away because they were doing it for us. Now all those memories of an 18th birthday are gone. I understand that isnt a responsibility of OP, but we were told the pictures would be there and they werent. There were plenty of pictures of the campers with memberships who would sit in the same spot every game. Which we also complained about their guns being chronod because their paint was drawing blood, but not once was anything said to them. Outside courses smell bad. The inside is always crowded and unorganized. I damn near bought a platinum membership but this experience kind of changed my mind. We went to Off The Wall Adventures for my buddys 30th a few weeks back, and they had plenty of pictures for us. Price is on the high end of paintball. Most places is $35 for rental, air and admission with 500 balls. Here it is $45, but there is always a Groupon out there. They claim to use premium paint, but my cheap Spyder paint flies straighter than their overpriced custom paint. Some of the pluses about OP. Most of the staff is amazing. Very knowledgeable. Free slice of pizza is a plus.
