I went to a movie there with my SO on Valentines Day. We saw the 9:40pm "Boy Next Door." About midway through the movie at least a dozen people who appeared under 18 swarmed in. They ran to the front seats and proceeded to run through the isles. They were loud and obnoxious and threatening. Following this they left. They did this same thing 3 more times before the movie ended. I went to find an employee but there was none. I went back on the following Monday. I was told that its "always like this on Saturday nights." I kindly said that if its always like this that it might be a good idea to have employees rounding the theaters. Then I was told that there were no employees there that late. When the movie ended there were 2 dozen (counted them!) kids sitting around on the floor or benches or trash cans as we exited the movie theater number 9. We felt very uncomfortable as we walked through the lobby and to our cars. One older couple looked really worried in front of us. Obviously if they know this happens "every Saturday night" youd think theyd make some changes. Scary place.

It was $20 for two adult tickets... and the quality of this place was worse than the dollar theater! It was grimy, the seats smelled funky, and worst of all... the speakers would crackle loudly at times to the point where it was actually painful to our ears. Also, the seats are VERY old and uncomfortable and the arm rests dont move up like in nicer theaters. I cannot believe that this place is charging as much as Cinemark, AMC, or Starworld. We were extremely disappointed and will never go back. If you want to actually get your moneys worth, I highly recommend visiting one of the nicer theaters. For the same amount of money youll actually be able to sit in a nice, comfortable, clean chair and enjoy audio from speakers that arent blown out and LOUDLY crackling during intense moments of your movie.

Walked into the theater to watch 47 meters down at 9:40 pm and the entire theater looked empty. The people working behind the counter were nice but as we walked into the theater it looked creepy because not a single person was there besides me and my girlfriend. The entire theater looked closed nobody was working there besides the two people at the front counter. Once in the theater, the seats smelled weird and old and we saw trash all over the theater. During the entire movie we were looking for the emergency exit just in case something would happen.. Safe to say, Im NEVER going back.

Saw a movie at 7pm and wasnt even sure the theater was open. Most of it was shut down in the front. I got my ticket and the front desk people were nice. The whole theater looks like it hasnt been updated since the 90s (especially the carpet). I got to my theater and it hadnt been cleaned from the previous film. There was trash everywhere, not counting the new stuff from the people I was in there with. Probably a theater Im going to avoid in the future unless they shape up. The AMC across the street is far nicer.

i absolutely love the movie theater it has a large selection of seats the staff is always friends i do however wish that they had a line for tickets only and not allow people to purchase food but that only happended a few times im guessing under staffed. but over all its my favorite theater very affordable... i dont care if the seats dont recline like AMC across the street.. atleast regal dont have a mice problem like AMC.

The staff was attentive, and very friendly. The popcorn was delicious, the Coke Zero was good. I watched Jason Born in theater Eight, which resides upstairs on the second floor, and is the largest theater they have. I frequent this theater due to their matinee prices, and the movie selection. This theater is pretty decent and tends to be less crowded than others I have been to.

My sister and I went at about 8 a few nights ago and there were roughly 20, either teen or young adults, being loud, abnoxious, and running all around the theatre. It was a terrible experience. I thought about notifying an employee but was terrified to because it seemed like a very unsafe environment. They need police officers in the theatres. Its that bad. Dont go.

Hi, My friend and i visited your movie theater yesterday, popcorn was fresh, pop tasted fizzy. My friend and I are in our sixtys and we had a delightful time. I believe your prices are lower than other matinees too. We found the selection of movies good and your staff friendly... This theater is under-rated, thank you for the great experience!! Inga Eaton

I read some unpleasant reviews, but didnt find any of it true. Theater 10 was fine, not smelly. The counter people were great. The popcorn and candy were fresh. The bathroom was clean, in good working order and had supplies. One thing, the movie sound could have been louder for us old, hard-of-hearing folks.

What is with all the complaining? This is an older theater and they price it as such. Why pay $11 across the street when you can see a movie here for $4. Yea, the seats dont recline and the sound system is dated but the popcorn is good and the cokes are cold. Get over yourselves people!

Theres nothing wrong with this movie theater. It doesnt have the reclining seats like AMC across the street, but it doesnt have the crowds or hassle of assigned seating either. This is more low key, less crowded. Its a good alternative depending on your mood and what youre looking for.

Why would you go here when AMC 20 is across the street? I have only went here when I won $100 worth of tickets to this theater. After 2 movies I ended up giving the rest of the gift card to a friend. It was horrible. one of the theaters stunk like B.O. the 2nd time the staff was rude.

Were at this theater right now, waiting for the movie to start, and while the film should be great, this theater is awful! It smells, is poorly ventilated, has a crackling speaker system and a vibe that is tough to shake. Dont go see a movie here.

the upstairs smelled like a dirty basement and a dirty bathroom. I think my seat was broken because I was almost looking up at the guy sitting behind me when I sat back in it. This place would be awesome if it had a serious make-over

Well your probably a Gun Free Zone which announces to the idiots that its fish in a barrel situation. Do you think allowing folks with Concealed Carry to come in armed bet you it wont happen there. Just my thoughts on this whole mess.

I found it irritating that my boyfriend had to tell the staff about turning off the lights in the room so we could watch our movie. Lights were even on during the previews! Yes, it was a Friday night, but seriously?

It was pretty good, but it would be better if the concession stand up stairs was in service too. That would make it easier and faster if you are getting ready to watch a movie but need a quick refill.

Smells worse than a school gym. And they left a man sleeping in the back from the previous show. After notifying staff before even taking a seat I was denied a refund. Very disappointed.
